I reached out to a bunch of destination wedding travel agencies and finally found Lucie at Paradise Weddings, and seriously thank goodness for Paradise Weddings. Lucie took the time (so much time, so so so much time) to help my husband and I find the exactly right place for us. We must have reviewed every resort on the east side of Mexico from Tulum to the top of Cancun. She never let us give up on what we wanted (a luxurious, posh, glam wedding) despite pressure from others along the way. And when we ultimately went with Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai Cancun, the other members of the Paradise Weddings team came in to help with bookings and issues along the way including Asgard and and Val. They were attentive, organized, very quickly responsive to emails, texts, phone calls, etc. They were our go-to people throughout this journey. When we had some issues with the resort, I am telling you that it was Paradise Weddings who seriously helped us resolve the issues with their knowledge and connections. Whoever you hire, make sure when you plan your destination wedding, have a destination wedding travel agency that has perfect reviews (like Paradise Weddings) there for you. They do NOT cost you a dime, they serve as your personal representative (kind of like a buffer between you and the resort, especially for negotiations and issues), and are on your side. I can’t say enough amazing things about Paradise Weddings and especially Lucie, Val, and Asgard.

Once picked out, a travel coordinator will be assigned for booking you and your guests rooms! We had Isabel and is truly one of my friends now. Karla got introduced to us the last couple months of planning and was in charge of transportation to and from the airport. Her and Isabel are the dream team! All of our guests were so impressed with how quickly they answered emails and how they gracefully handled any requests. I will genuinely miss talking to them on the regular. Experiencia fantástica: Let me start first by saying, if you are considering a destination wedding, absolutely do it. Then, reach out to Paradise Weddings because they are the best and they made everything incredibly easy and smooth. My now wife and I began our destination wedding search by looking through tons of wedding agencies including Paradise Weddings. We then started working with a few specialists from those agencies, but we had no idea where to start with resorts to pick or what venue options were possible, and we found that most specialists weren't being very attentive or helpful. To make matters worse, we were approaching 6 months until our desired wedding date (Feb 21, 2025). Then we met with Hannah Tischler from Paradise Weddings who served as our destination wedding specialist. Game changer. From the get go, Hannah was reaching out to set up teams meetings to meet us over camera and to take the time to present a powerpoint, walking us through a couple different resort options and packages as a base to start with. She was more than aware of our target date, and she did the most to present us with the information we needed to speed along the process. From there, we had a good idea how resort weddings were structured, how much they cost, what they came with, and had ideas of what possible venue options were out there. Using this information, we were able to establish a budget, request additional recommendations, and also present some resort options from our own research. Ultimately we came to the decision to go with Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar in Riviera Maya which offered a great initial package and also allowed for us to make customizations on top of it. Hannah then reached out to the resort and locked in our room blocks for guests. Then we were introduced to Giliane Capoferri who served as our travel coordinator from Paradise Weddings. Giliane was amazing and she literally helped with anything we could think of. For the wedding, we had around 50 guests planning to come, and I can't even imagine the amount of stress my wife and I would have gone through if we had to handle travel coordination and questions for those 50 guests. We had guests that wanted to stay longer than the selected room blocks, some that wanted to change roommates before or during the stay, some that waited until the last minute to pay, some that didn't know how to get from the airport to the resort, some that wanted to set up excursions once on the resort, etc. I can't imagine handling all of that, and that's because Giliane handled it all. All we did was essentially work with Giliane to establish the date everyone should pay by and to provide a photo to use on the Paradise Wedding website that guests would use to book. From there, guests used the site to book, and they directly reached out to Giliane for questions or additional accommodations. Giliane would then follow up with guests as it got closer to the payment need by date and she would regularly update us on the state of guest bookings. In addition to the wedding at Iberostar, my wife and I took advantage of being in Mexico already by spending our honeymoon at a few other resorts in the Cancun area. We were a bit concerned about having to figure out transportation to each different resort and to/from the airport, but all it took was an email to Giliane, and she locked in private shuttles to each resort and back to the airport. Easy. I'm hoping my long review can capture how great of an experience we had working with Paradise Weddings. A lot of people asked us how stressful our wedding planning was, and honestly, we weren't stressed at all the entire process. That's because of Paradise Weddings (and Iberostar who managed the actual wedding events). The team we worked with was absolutely incredible. So TLDR: Say yes to a destination wedding and reach out to Paradise Weddings (Hannah and Giliane specifically if you can). Beginning with Karla helping us scout locations to entering into a contract with the resort, she’s been awesome. She listened and made sure all our requirements were met. Then came Vicky with her always sweet and ready to help personality! She managed reservations and communications with 200 guests efficiently and seamlessly. That’s one huge task taken off of our hands, and I am very thankful for that. Nataly was on top of communications and transportation for the guests. Experiencia positiva: We started our journey into destination weddings with a very skeptical mindset. It was not going to be a large wedding, and we were not sure the numbers would work. We liked the attitude of Paradise Weddings right at the start and decided to work with them. It was one of the best decisions we made. Right from the start, Vicki was very communicative and easy to work with and helped us navigate difficult international bookings. Then we had a major mix up, which was discovered just 2 days before we left for the wedding and Emilio Garcia was very helpful and effective in handling that for us. He found us a room and arranged for transportation from another resort as well as arranged an extra day for us at the resort we were at. They were not able to find us rooms at that same resort to extend our stay at the end, due to flight cancellations, but he was very helpful in trying to find us alternative accomodations. We were lucky to not need it as we found accomodations in the same resort on Expedia for a much lower rate. I did feel that Paradise should have taken a bit more rsponsibility for their part of the mix up but Emilio made up for it with his helpful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for other small hiccups we countered at the hotel and with the transportation. If it were not for him, our destination dream could have been a nightmare. Thank you Emilio (& team) for your quick response at each call. If it were not for the initial mix up, and that we had to find our own accomodation at the lower rates, I would give you guys all 5 stars!

We had an initial call where she gathered information about my resort must haves, wedding vision, likely guest count and budget. After that call she put together a resort presentation with her resort recommendations for us to choose from. From there we chose the resort and then she worked with the resort to put together our room block at a fabulous price. Once the room block was sorted Megan handed us off to Fatima Vivar, travel coordinator at paradise weddings who assisted out guests in booking. She also helped to me book a last minute room the week of my wedding ay a discounted rate. Highly recommend Paradise Weddings!

My Wife and I just got married on December 6th, 2024 in Cancun and we could not have done it without the help of Paradise Weddings. When we first decided on Mexico as our destination wedding location we started doing some research and stumbled across PW and decided to reach out and see what it was all about. Nadiya was our first point of contact and she was so friendly and helpful. She spent a few months with us, sending resort after resort until we finally found the one that worked best for us. Next Miguel, not only did we love Miguel as our travel coordinator, but so did our guests. Any guests who called and talked with Miguel immediately reach out to us to tell us how awesome he was. I completely knew where there feelings were coming from. Everytime I had a question, Miguel was there. Quick email responses, texts or calls, he was always there. Overall Paradies Weddings made our wedding possible and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having a destination wedding at an all inclusive resort in Mexico.

Her communication and organization allowed us to find a venue within our 10 month timeframe. She listened to our desires and requirements and provided us with several options to choose from, and as a bonus, negotiated a great room rate for our room block with the all-inclusive resort. We then worked with Aline who helped with our booking site for guests, room changes, and transportation. She was responsive to our emails and phone calls and overall our guests had a positive experience with the booking experience. After after a few virtual calls with outstanding options and presentations, we scheduled our site visit for almost exactly a year before our wedding. We visited two properties with Lucie who was an amazing guide, and brought us the sweetest gifts! We stayed at Secrets Moxche in Playa del Carmen for an amazing deal. This hotel the clear winner for our big day, but we had concerns about pricing for our guests, but the team worked with us to suggest the best time of year and negotiated the best rates. We did a save the date and noted that there was no formal invite to follow. The card included a QR code to our wedding website, where putting a deposit on your room with Paradise Weddings was their RSVP. Lu, our travel coordinator, was SO responsive and constantly provided me with updates so I could track our headcount. They communicated directly with guests and sent reminders so that the process was so incredibly stress free for me and my husband. She coordinated all the rooms and flights as requested, providing me with detailed spreadsheets as I requested them. Emilio helped coordinate airport transfers for our party. When I asked if we could have beers in the vehicles for our guests, he QUICKLY found a vendor that would do this AT NO COST - so fun! He was super responsive, friendly, and surprised me and the groom with luxury accommodations. A few day before we embarked on our destination weddings, the team wired us all rebates we were promised/they negotiated for us, which was perfect as this was around the time our final payment to the resort was due. Finally, Lucie and Lu kindly visited us at the resort before our wedding and greeted us with the most thoughtful gift. I can't recommend Paradise Weddings enough! Hard to believe that their services are FREE. They handled everything from our website, booking, transportation, room, reservations, and all that jazz. The team was amazing!

I never felt “pressured” at any point through the process. It didn’t feel transactional, rather personal and sincere. Nadiya helped us find the perfect resort for our wedding, she took everything we wanted, did the research and presented to us 3 options. She gave us time to think about it and that’s how we landed at our wedding resort. Estefani was also a great person to work with, she handled all of the hotel and travel bookings for us and our guests. The paradise weddings team was available to help when needed and they were able to work with some complications and last minute things with no issue! Experiencia fantástica: The people that I worked with (Emilio, Ernesto, and Neto) from the ParadiseWeddings.com team were extremely easy to work with and made my booking and travel experience very easy. I will be honest, it was likely not the easiest for them as I did not book in time to take advantage of the room block that was set up, yet they still got me a discounted rate. I added a traveler to my reservation about 2 weeks prior which not only involved adding them to the room, but changing our airport transportation schedule as well since I changed flights when the other traveler decided to join. Overall I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Annie Rojas from Paradise Weddings. Initially, I was skeptical of using a company for my wedding of approximately 100 people, but I had no reason to worry! They handled everything so smoothly and someone was always there to pick up the call to ease any concerns! My one tip to any bride / groom is to set your dates well in advanced if your contract date. For example, final payment was due at the end of April but I told my guest the end of February. This helped saved a lot of headache! Of course folks were still a little late but this helped to reduce stress a lot.

I met with a few companies to decide who we wanted to work with as our travel agent for what we thought would be 50 people (ended up being 67 people) destination wedding. They made this process so easy and delivered my absolute DREAM wedding within my budget. No hiccups for shuttles, hotel check-ins, nothing; it was all perfect. Experiencia fantástica: We booked Paradise Weddings to help facilitate our room block for our wedding in Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres on Novemeber 3rd, 2023! We initially spoke with Lucie to narrow down which hotel we wanted for our wedding, and she provided us with a ton of options/price points. We knew we wanted to get married in a church, so having a church/chapel on site was a necessity. We also wanted a nice beach, food/drinks, and relatively decent price point for our guests; ultimately we went with Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres/TRS Coral. Once we finalized the hotel room block, we worked with Ulises who was a star! He was so responsive to all my emails and made sure all my guests were provided ample communication of their room and shuttles. When we encountered problems with our hotel they contacted the hotel right away and helped us get some sort of reimbursement. I am so thankful for Lucie and Ulises, they are THE BEST!

A friend of a friend recommended them to me and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided throughout our entire wedding and travel planning process. I was first in contact with Nadiya who was so kind over email and on the phone, and answered all of my questions right off the bat. Once we decided to move forward with Paradise Weddings, Virginia (Vicky) became our direct contact, and I cannot say enough nice things about her! She was absolutely incredible to work with and quickly became a friend. She was so attentive to our wedding travel and to each one of our guests as they booked their travel accommodations with her. She consistently went above and beyond for my fiancé and I by reaching out to the hotel on our behalf and making sure we got everything included in our package with the hotel. She was always available over call/email/text even on her off days. Vicky made us and all of our guests feel like a priority. I truly feel so blessed she came into our lives! We couldn't have done this whole process without her. She even came to our wedding with her mother who was visiting her that weekend! She will forever be a friend now :) We love you Vicky!

Experiencia fantástica: The ‘Paradise weddings’ group was an absolute pleasure to work with. I booked through them for my friends destination Wedding and it took away all the stress of planning. They even gave me a courtesy call as the number of rooms at the resort were dwindling down so that I could make sure I secured one. I travel a lot and I am used to doing all of this on my own so to have this service was an absolute luxury. They were easy to communicate with so that I didn’t have to bother the bride and groom for small details regarding our arrival and departure. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ease and a peace of mind while traveling for a destination wedding.
