Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I just spent 2 weeks in Heaven, at Impression Moxche thanks to Carli and the Travelingos team. We couldn't have asked for more. From the start of our reservation, pick up at the airport and back, the Travelingos team was on top of it. Impression Moxche is without a doubt true 5 Star resort. The first thing to say is that everything offered may not be your cup of tea but truly worth trying. The service is beyond expectations. The staff throughout the resort are true professional and extremely personable and are there to make your stay perfect. The restaurants are out of this world and the food is to perfection. Again not everyone's taste are the same but try them all, a true experience. We stayed in a Signature Suite Ocean View King and it was like a second home away from home. The butler staff is beyond expectations, could ask for better service. The rooftop pool staff is totally unbelievable as to the service they offer. We are already looking at a return trip this November. Also would like to give a shout out to Blanche and the 3 Day 3 Noches team for the superb reviews of the resort, truly helpful in making our decision.

Experiencia fantástica: Just returned from our first trip booked with Travelingos, it went perfectly and Carli was a gem. We saved $1,000 by booking with them compared to any other agency or booking direct. Communication was perfect with Carli and our transportation company. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: We booked our 40th birthday party vacation through them and they gave us great pricing. However, when we reach our goal to get a free room we got the run around and were told to deal with hotel. Hotel staff said since we booked through travel agency we need to deal with them. Travelingos did not take any ownership of this issue and we were not credit for our free room.

Experiencia fantástica: Carli at Travelingos was fantastic. She booked us a weekend trip for our 10 year anniversary to the Hyatt Ziva Cancun. We were in the adults only tower and had Butler service our Butler Arcangel and his team took care of us and we wanted for nothing. The property is beautiful Carli took care of transport from the airport to the property. Once you get to the resort you walk on and it is beautiful. It has two different beaches. It has three different pools the adult pool is a rooftop pool overlooking the property, which is just gorgeous. They have several different restaurants where all the food is delicious. Carli recommended habaneros for ceviche and it did not disappoint. It was fantastic. We also did the dolphin experience which is on property and got massages and they were great. I would highly recommend the Hyatt Ziva a wonderful all inclusive property that you should definitely check out. Also would highly recommend working with Carli she has great knowledge of the area and resorts and helps plan a great getaway :)

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Playa del Carmen, All Inclusive Resort (Adults Only) for my 2-year anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. I must thank Daniel at Travlingos for securing such a fantastic deal and setting us up with our transport to/from the airport! Despite having already prebooked the hotel, he offered a rate of $1400 lower than what I had booked through Priceline VIP, making it an even more exceptional value for money! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From check-in to check-out, their warmth and professionalism stood out. Room service was always within the 30 minutes they quoted. The wait staff at each restaurant was patient and very accommodating. We barely felt any language barrier throughout our stay. Even when walking through the halls, the staff shared a courteous smile along with a buen venidos or hello. THE FOOD. As someone who had All-inclusive at four other hotels in Cancun, I can confidently say that the food quality at Hilton Playa del Carmen was the best—surpassing JW Marriot and Unico. The array of dining options, ranging from gourmet Asian, Mediterranean, and Italian dishes to local specialties, catered to every taste and dietary restriction (they asked for dietary restrictions at the beginning of every meal/room service order!). Each meal had exquisite flavor, matching the cuisines offered at each restaurant. Our favorite was the Mediterranean/Italian fusion restaurant - Kalamata. We went there about 4 times during our stay. The attention to detail and presentation truly elevated the dining experience. The room quality at Hilton Playa del Carmen was outstanding. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Each room had a hot tub and a hammock, making it feel like a luxurious retreat. We'd spend our kick-back days between excursions reading from the hammock while enjoying a cocktail from the pool bars or detoxing a long day after the Xcaret excursions in the hot tub. The bedding was right in that sweet spot between soft and firm. Every night was restful, and if you wanted a more firm pillow, room service could provide. What truly set Hilton Playa del Carmen apart (besides the exquisite food) was the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere. Whether we were lounging by the pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or simply enjoying a cocktail at the bar, every moment felt like a true escape from reality. Thanks Daniel and the Travelingos team!
