Experiencia negativa: please do not book with them, we took a 4 hour horse ride, we rode horses that were so old and depressed it seemed like they would crush during the ride, the whole experience was so unprofessional and i felt so bad for the horses, THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR HORSES please please please dont help them continue doing this

Marcelo le guide est très sympathique et Edith, la personne qui nous accueille pour se rafraîchir au campement sur la plage mérite d’être connue. Mention spéciale aux petits chevaux bien courageux et très vaillants. Ce n’est pas qu’une promenade, c’est une immersion.

Nos dio muchísima información y nos explicó todo ! También contestaba a todas nuestras preguntas y siempre estuvo al tanto para que pudiéramos ver todos los animales. La liberación de tortugas también estuvo increíble. Fuimos al campamento Palmarito, atención no es el mismo siempre la agencia fue clara que es dependiendo de si las tortugas han nacido o todavía no puede cambiar. Gente muy dedicada a su labor y nos explicaron todo un gran BRAVO Agencia responsable, puntual y siempre ahí para ayudar. La recomiendo

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional organisation, dont book with them! We had a very unprofessional experience with their mangrove tour. We booked the mangrove tour, but we just did a lap around the lake and did not see the mangroves. Our tourguide overslept, did not bring binoculars and when we asked to go into the mangroves he said “we might get lost if we do that”. Not the professional guide and the mangrove experience that is promised on the website. When we got back I texted the company about this, and they told us its not possible to go into the mangroves due to weather conditions, however they did sell us a tour for 1600. When I asked them how this fix this they ignored us. Would not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing time, the horses seemed happy and in good form. The sceneary is amazing, galloping down the beach as a relative beginner was incredible for my partner. As an first timer the galloping was a bit scary, but the horse was very well trained and was super easy to control it back to a walk. If you have any reservations having never ridden a horse before, I can say i am very glad i did it and did not find it difficult nor scary at any point.

Experiencia negativa: Before booking the horse riding trip, please double check if they are organizing it themselves (which seems great, looking at the reviews). For my booking they moved me to another operator without any notification as there weren’t enough people. This turned out to be a bad and sketchy experience. Solved well by the agency (after a lot of complaining), but still costed me 3 hours of travel time.

Experiencia positiva: Esperaba más del tour de delfines. Entiendo que al ser una actividad con naturaleza no se puede garantizar que los veas pero siento que el capitán no estaba interesado en lograr que viéramos más delfines. De todo el tiempo que estuvimos en altamar solo el 5% estuvimos viendo delfines. El resto del tiempo solo estábamos andando aparentemente sin un destino fijo. El capitán tenía la mirada todo el tiempo en su celular, no se molestaba en mirar al mar para buscar delfines. El tour debería durar hasta las 10am pero a las 9 nos llevaron a ver las playas de Puerto Escondido (una manera de perder el tiempo) y a las 9:30am ya estábamos de vuelta en el lugar donde embarcamos. Teníamos un guía que parecía muy capacitado pero de poco sirve cuando vimos pocos delfines y ni el guía ni el capitán demostraron mucho esfuerzo por encontrar más.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an incredible day doing the horse ride to the hot springs. The hot springs were magical but I actually loved the horse ride so much, it was such a beautiful setting seeing the mountains and forest and rivers!!! Lovely friendly staff too and a lovely air conditioned bus for the drive there which helped as I get motion sick usually but was fine on this!

We caught lots of fish, and the crew was awesome, helping us with everything we needed. It was so much fun, and I totally recommend it to anyone who loves fishing. The dolphins watching tour was just magical. Seeing the dolphins up close in the wild was like a dream. The boat was comfy, and the guides knew the best spots to see the dolphins. Overall, this travel agency made my vacation unforgettable. They are professional, friendly, and really care about making sure you have the best time. I can't wait to come back and try more of their tours!

Experiencia fantástica: We contacted Puerto Escondido Tours for a last-minute private fishing tour, and Pierre was wonderful! The whole process was quick and well-organized. I must say that the fishing was amazing; those guys know what they're doing, and the experience was great, especially for serious fishing enthusiasts. It's not recommended for someone who wants to chill because the whole focus was on fishing and the patience needed for it. We successfully caught two beautiful, delicious sailfish, and the team was kind enough to treat us to an amazing experience of dolphin watching afterward. We had a wonderful time; and we will definitely contact them again!

Experiencia negativa: It was a great experience and we saw a lot of dolphins, however I wouldn't do it again. It's quite expensive and it feels like the pick up from the hotel alone is what the price mostly consists of. Since the playa is super close, I could have easily walked there. I wouldn't call it a tour since you don't really have a guide. Only the car driver for 5 minutes, and the boat driver. I was put in a group with 3 English-Speaking couples even though I requested Spanish language. Also, the staff wasn't really friendly and the experience itself felt like mass processing. Would recommend to just go to the beach and directly jump on a tour boat there as you'd pay at least only half the price.

Water was warm to float around and the stars in the sky gave a very nice touch to the atmosphere.(The only thing that I was expecting to see was the blue color in the water like the pics the Traveling Agency shows online and it didn’t happen. So just be prepared of seeing the bio luminiscencia more like “white sparks”) (Just to clarify, everyone in the tour asked about the blue water to our captain and even though he said he hasn’t seen it before either, it doesn’t change the beauty of the experience) La experiencia fue increíble a pesar de que el agua no se vio azul como se muestra en las fotografías. Solamente prepárate para ver la bioluminiscencia más como chispas blancas, lo cual todavía sigue siendo genial.

Experiencia positiva: My partner and I did both tours: the horseback riding on the beach and kayaking in the mangroves.The sunset ride was really really nice to experience. There is not much to see on the way to the beach beside horses and cows but it's definitely worth it. The Kayaking was also fun but it's in the same area as the horseback riding so it didn't feel as exciting, so I probs would not do both. The reason for my 4-star review is because the guides we had did not contribute much to making the experience more fun. They made sure we were safe, which is very important, but they did not speak much about the history or what we were seeing (e.g. birds, mangroves, etc.). They were nice, not rude at all, but I would have appreciated more effort or having your regular script for tourists. I think overall there is a need to improve the experience but i would not skip it, especially the horseback riding.

Experiencia fantástica: The bioluminescence tour in Manialtepec was a bucket list item. Our guide Oscar had great vibes and was very knowledgeable and happy to share. Company went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. Picked us up and dropped us off at our airbnb and when we thought we left the phone in the van, he dropped everything at 11pm to reach out to the van driver and boat driver. 10/10 experience

Experiencia fantástica: Prachtige paardenrit gemaakt. We hadden een privé tour met een Mexicaanse gids en we hadden super lieve paarden! We zijn door prachtige natuur gereden, rivieren overgestoken en op het strand gegaloppeerd met zonsondergang. Bij het oversteken van de rivier gingen wij in een bootje en de paarden werden los gelaten en gingen zwemmen. Dat was zo bijzonder! Het strand leek wel een onbewoond eiland er was niemand! Prachtig zandstrand met mega veel palmbomen. Het was alleen te bereiken door de lagune over te steken, waar overigens ook krokodillen zwemmen, gelukkig hebben we die niet gezien. Absolute aanrader!!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience. We did a private boat tour and it was clean, spacious & came with a good Bluetooth speaker and cooler bag (we bought our own beers). They also picked us up & dropped us back and we saw 100s of dolphins, turtles and also manta rays! They were super responsive and helpful beforehand in organising the trip and also in terms of explanations on the day for what’s happening etc. We also caught a stunning sunset so would recommend doing it in the afternoon!!

Experiencia fantástica: NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I’ve gone horseback riding in Puerto Suelo twice and each time was equally magical. The guides are accommodating for all levels of riders, and allow those who are adventurous to gallop freely. Maybe not the right tour for those looking for a very slow & basic trip, better for people who love freedom & aren’t too uptight ☺️ Western style riding, Mexican Cowboys, helmets are not provided.

We did the Horse back riding with Hot Spring. Arrived on time, cold water in car, friendly guide and a perfect riding time. This was a highlight of our trip and would not hesitate to recommend this tour company. Friendly and professional and you can see he had a great relationship with the locals who care for the horses.

Experiencia fantástica: Pierre was AMAZING, kind and sincere. He was so welcoming and made my family and I all feel like long lost friends. The tour was definitely the best experience of my life. I've never seen so much beauty in one place. My parents are in their 50s and they absolutely loved it. The level of activity isn't super high, so it's suitable for older folks as well. I'd also like to mention Nacho, the owner of the horses, he was the sweetest and kindest soul, it was like talking to an uncle. He's very knowledgeable and his beautiful horses (Coral, Rebelde, Titanic and Canelo) are so well trained and calm, and they listen to his voice at his command. We never felt scared of them, and they're very used to people. I'm definitely telling all my friends to book a your with Pierre and Nacho. They definitely make an awesome team!

Experiencia fantástica: We had the tour on New Years Eve - and it was amazing. Only few people, everything well organized and a lot of fun. The horses are well educated and the nature including the beach and the lagoon overwhelming. It‘s worth every peso. Thanks to Pierre and Nico.

Experiencia fantástica: Pierre is a Frenchman so we thought he would be late, but that was not the case! He was perfectly on time for the pickup and Pierre gave us a really great tour to see some crocodiles in a nearby lagoon. He was really knowledgeable about the animals and their habitat. Later that day my girlfriend took another tour with Pierre and she had a really good time horse riding on the beach. Pierre, monsieur, thanks for the great tours!

Experiencia fantástica: Superbe expérience avec Pierre. Il nous a emmené sur des plages désertes non touristiques magnifiques. Selon votre niveau il va autoriser à faire du galop. Même moi étant débutant, l’expérience était magique : le galop sur une plage de sable blanc pendant le coucher du soleil. Pierre ne s’est pas juste contenté de nous accompagner mais à discuté longuement avec nous, rendant l’expérience beaucoup plus amicale. Je recommande vraiment, c’est rare dans la région.

We were lucky to be travelling at the date when 100,000 mother turtles arrived to lay their eggs, something that only happens a few times each year. We would never have known about this, unless Pierre and his team had told us. Other tour companies we talked to didn’t mention anything about it! A really fantastic and unique experience. We also did the horse riding, which was brilliantly organised too.

The tour has different phases like crossing a river, running with the horses on the beach, stunning sunset views and finally seeing hundreds of fireflies on the way back. Pierre is a really friendly guide with a good sense of humor:) Worth your money I can say!

Experiencia fantástica: El paseo a caballo es, sin lugar a duda, de las mejores actividades que uno puede hacer en Puerto Escondido. Un paseo cómodo y seguro con caballos muy bien entrenados que hará felices a familias, parejas o grupos de amigos. El sitio es precioso, el guía muy amable y la experiencia inolvidable. Además te mandan fotos muy buenas de toda la excursión. Si vuelvo a Puerto Escondido repetiré seguro!
