Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time in Cancun and first time in the Hotel zone and it has been amazing! The room has nice accommodations and a beautiful view of the beach. The beds are very comfortable in the room and we had no issues falling asleep. The atmosphere is very inviting. Our host Gianmarco has been the best and communicated with us throughout the whole trip. We would love to come back! One night we were also so fortunate enough to witness a large turtle giving birth right in front of the rear of the building. Another two nights we helped some small turtles to make their way safely to the water.

Experiencia fantástica: What I liked most about Carisa Y Palma is the convenience to everything. From the location of the shops, to the taxis, to the pick up location for tours. Everything was within walking distance. We were picked up directly in front of our building for a tour and it was the best because we didn't have to walk to a central location like some tours make you. Gianmarco, thank you very much for hosting us! You have been excellent to work with. Right outside of our building we witnessed an amazing event. A large turtle made it's way to the back of the building to lay eggs in the sand. That was a once in a lifetime experience that we won't forget!! Check out the picture I included of the turtle on the beach at night.

Experiencia fantástica: We are having an excellent time here all thanks to our wonderful and attentive host Gianmarco! From start to finish he has been in communication with me and even before we arrived he was ready to assist with coordination. We truly appreciate his support! This is not our first time in Cancun, however it has been the best time so far! This area is in the heart of the hotel zone, you are literally 2 minutes away from the party area with Coco Bongo, malls, stores, a flea market directly across the street, 7-11 that's 30 seconds away, and a Grocery Market that's less than 10 minutes walking, what more can you ask for? The building is 20 seconds walking distance from the beach with direct private access to the beach, there are currently lounge chairs under the palm trees that you can use. There is also a pool which is so great because sometimes you want to go for a swim without the beach waves. There are small huts with chairs underneath to keep you out of the sun if you want to relax poolside. There are showers located outside near the beach and pool so you can rinse off from the ocean and pool water. Everything is so convenient. We stayed within rooms 101-2 & 101-3 with our 7-8 guests. Within the room there are plenty of amenities, including an air fryer and induction stove top which we used when we wanted to make our own food. However there are plenty of amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance. The rooms have refrigerators and ice cold air conditioning to keep you cool after a day out in the sun. We loved all of the amenities. Thank you again Gianmarco for making this trip extra special for us! We will definitely be back and spread the word about you and this place!!! I also included some pictures and videos of the view from our room, it was spectacular!

Accommodations? Seamless, like butter on a hot griddle. Friendly? The man’s so friendly, he could have a conversation with a brick wall and somehow get the wall to thank *him*. You come to Cancun for an experience, and Gianmarco and Pacancun are that experience. It’s not just a stay; it’s a performance. The final piece of the puzzle that took our experience to the highest level possible was Gianmarco’s recommendation to try La Madalena. Reminiscing on the service, food, and experience akin to inter-dimensional travel projecting us into a new world with every dish!

Liked the place a lot, and Gianmarco is one of the best hosts I have ever come across. Just be mindful that apartment itself is a bit on the older side, wasn't a problem for us but some people might not like it. Overall, 10/10 and happy we had a chance to stay. Thanks Gianmarco!

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed here early July 2022… If you are looking for a place right next to the ocean, shopping, eating and nightlife this is a no brainer. The location is perfect for what I mentioned above. Literally walk downstairs and the beach is there, 2-5 min walk from eating and night life. If you want a quiet place then go to an area more south of the strip. The host GianMarco showed us great hospitality and had good advice on what to do in the area. We also needed a ride to the airport super early and he arranged that (for an extra fee of course) but we felt safe and most importantly were able to have fun! There’s always people outside the complex grounds trying to sell you tours and tickets to the clubs, but that’s everywhere down there. People are so persistent so just say no thank you/no gracias or I already went thank/ ya fui gracias and walk away.

Even though we stayed really close to a few clubs the noise was not bad at all. We actually didn’t hear anything from our rooms and everything was walking distance. Group and i are looking forwards to booking again.

Experiencia fantástica: Gianmarco is an amazing host. My sister and nieces got first to the apartment, and he arranged the driver and everything. He explained to them where to buy food and where to go. Also, he received them with some woodies-Coronas. Regardless the apartment, this is one of the best, relaxing apartments I have been. I love the ocean view as my backyard and the front view is the pool. The whole apartment has AC. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. 7 eleven is right next to the apartment. If you want a cheaper supermarket you need to walk like 10 minutes- it is full of stuff as well. Hard Rock, Coco Bongo, Mandala Beach, Señor Forg’s and other night clubs are next to the apto so you just walk. We did late check out since our flight was late in the afternoon. The staff around the building is so kind and helped us on everything we needed. This apto is Just what we needed. We are definitely coming back to this apto. Note for those who likes to drink alcohol like us- from Monday to Saturday you can can buy alcohol at the supermarket until 11:59 pm and on Sundays until 6:00 pm. Bars are open without any issue. Coming back soon to Cancun!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience ever! Highly recommended! We had a girl’s trip and everything was beyond amazing. Location is great , pretty close to everything such as restaurants, bars,clubs,stores and right on the beach. Rooms were spacious and with an amazing view. There’s also a market where you can buy souvenirs right in front of the condo. Gianmarco is definitely a great host, He greeted us when we arrived, and answered each question we had during our whole visit. He definitely made sure our stay was comfortable. We had fun and hope to go back soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Waited till last minute to book our place to stay in Cancun and it was worth it. I ended up choosing Gianmarco’s listing and I’m glad because it all I can say is WOW. We booked the 2 rooms next to each other they were cozy with plenty of space for 3 people. The location is great right in the hotel zone next to all bars and clubs they are all about a 2 minute walk and everything else is just a drive down the hotel zone which you can take a taxi ( expensive ) or the bus which is only 12 pesos per person, and there is a bus stop right outside the Airbnb. The clubs and bars are so close to the condo that if you open up a window you can hear the music which we liked hearing while getting ready to go out at night, but if you left them closed you did not hear anything. They view is the first thing that grabs your attention when looking at this place, it’s so beautiful seeing the sunrise and sunset. Hearing the waves is so relaxing after a long day of activities. If all that did not convince you to book this place the attention you will get from Gianmarcos will ! He met us at the Airbnb when we arrived to check in to help us settle in, he showed us everything there was to know about his place and answered every questions we had. What host has cold beer in the fridge waiting for you ? He did and even stayed back to enjoy a cold one with us , and even did a celebratory shot while chatting and laughing. He checked in on us and made sure we were good and recommended places to eat. I give this place 20/10 we are already planning our next trip to visit Gianmarco’s place.

Experiencia fantástica: First of all, I want to say how outgoing and friendly Gianmarco was to my partner and I. He was very easy to get a hold of and answered any questions that we had. Definitely the best experience with a host I’ve had, I would recommend booking your stay with him in Cancun. Also the view was AMAZING from the balcony. Even though the condo is located right by the clubs and restaurants, it was still quiet from our room. We had no issues getting a good night rest. Will definitely be back again :)

Beim Einchecken wartet der Gastgeber selbst, um die Gegend mit ein paar Bier vorzustellen! Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, um die täglichen Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, gute Matratzenqualität. Es gibt lokale Geschäfte in der Nähe von 2 Minuten zu Fuß, oder noch besser, der große Markt, der 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist. Ich möchte noch einige Erfahrungen hinzufügen, die ich selbst gemacht habe: Zugang zum Hotel durch bewachtes Tor Super zentral in der Hotelzone Einfacher und privater Zugang zum Strandbereich Private Strandplätze Reisebüro in der Nähe (ich empfehle, Gianmarco für Tagesausflüge zu fragen) Bis bald, lieber Freund!

He offered to pick us up as we were already in Cancun in a nearby Airbnb that didn’t work out and he met all of our expectations plus more! The location of this condo is truly in the heart of all the action, music, liveliness and the amazing beach is just beyond what we expected. I will definitely stay here again and feel truly safe to have trusted in Gianmarco and will recommend all my family and friends as he finds the best accommodations and even found us a van to get picked up and taken to airport for the last day. The condo is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay plus the wonderful view above on the 8th floor is spectacular!
