Experiencia fantástica: My airbnb host Julie recommended Turismo Mexico to me. I initially contacted them to make arrangements for a private chef but I ended up requesting them to assist with some other services as well. I highly recommend Turismo Mexico. Lucas was very helpful, attentive and went above and beyond to assist with my every need. If I am ever back in Tulum, I would make use of their services again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for everything Lucas!

Experiencia fantástica: This agency was associated with our Anbib in Tulum. They were reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Making all transactions flawless. This virtual team helped with coordinating our adventures and then some. The transport to and fro from the Cancun airport, a Ruin and (bicycle) city tour, as well as, taking care of minor hiccups at our Anbib. There was always someone on call ready to help (within minutes). The team was available right before our departure and throughout our stay in Tulum. I highly recommend them, thanks again team Mūn!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the most amazing experience with Turismo Mexico Tours/Transportación company. I reached out to them right around Nov/Dec ‘24 and my trip was May’25. I knew I wanted to go to Tulum and that I would want assistance in planning my trip because I have never visited before. I personally like to write out everything and have a very detailed itinerary having a concierge service was the icing on the cake for me because I was about to get real time and life feedback from people out side of the social media app recommendations. This company had assisted me every step of the way from restaurants to booking both those reservations along with my excursions. There was also reminders for anything that we had such had our private chef’s, private tequila tasting that we had during our dinner and our airbnb being decorated and lastly our at home private massages.Using Turismo Mexico Tours also allowed us to have confirm prices and securely secure our deposits for things that needed a down payment upfront. The persons/companies that they have affiliations with are on time and extremely professional, I always felt the vision for w.e service I was having done, had been met, and it was don’t timely.I would use this company again if I was to come back to Tulum and I would highly recommend anyone that needs assistance and direction with their trip to book them. Experiencia fantástica: I planned a bachelorette party for 19 people in Tulum and I could not have done it without the help of Turismo Mexico Tours/Transportación and specially Lucas. They helped me plan private chef dinners, beach club events and nights out on the strip for the group. Above all they were able to help us coordinate safe transportation to and from all our activities at almost any hour we were in need (shout out to Marilu and her team of drivers!). We had a great time and it wouldn’t haven’t been as easy or fun without their help!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely brilliant service! Communication was amazing the moment we got to Tulum. We went for my sister’s hen party and they accommodated to us girls so well. There was 9 of us and we had booked taxis, they were all so friendly and so punctual. We tended to do the round trips, and their service went on till pretty late (after nights out) which was so good and safe! They do have other services too which we didn’t get to use this time around, but would 100% recommend.

Our request was for an uncrowded, close-by (30 minutes drive max), and secluded cave/cenote/laguna. And wow did they deliver and go above and beyond our expectations!! We went to a family-owned estate for the cave and cenote!! Only saw 3 other people the entire time spent there. Pictures do not do it justice!! You have to go see/visit for yourself!! The laguna was a bit more popular but nevertheless not crowded at all. Highly recommend if you want the out-of-the-ordinary and specifically-designed- for-you tour!!

The day started by experiencing the Tulum ruins, then on to enjoying cenotes, tacos and sweet treats and ending with getting up close with sea turtles, sting rays and a puffer fish. It was fun, fast paced and so much more special doing it as our small group rather than the giant tour groups all trying to fit in tight spaces. Highly recommend for the memories!
