Experiencia fantástica: Laura was extremely courteous and pleasant on our ride to the Isla Mujeres Puerto Juarez Terminal. She was extremely punctual in the morning and in the evening she waited a whole extra hour for us since our ferry wasn't back yet at the time we designated. We highly recommend Ride Transport as their vans are nicely equipped and very comfortable! I also wanted to share that Luis brought us to our main hotel from the airport And that was a very pleasant ride as well. The affordability sure beats other transportation services. I would book again.

Experiencia negativa: We had a terrible experience with this company on the most important day of our lives. On the morning of my wedding, they dropped us off at the wrong location and left before we even got inside, which forced us to walk to the venue in our wedding attire. Completely unacceptable. After the reception, they made our guests wait over an hour before the shuttle would leave — despite clear prior communication that they could do multiple trips and take guests as they were ready. At the end of the night, they refused to take everyone back, even though I had paid for transportation for 60 guests and only 39 needed a ride. They were rushing people out and refusing rides, claiming they couldn’t take more. To make matters worse, on the way to the wedding, they left 3 of our guests behind, saying I had only paid for 65 people and couldn’t add more — even though I absolutely would have paid extra if I’d been told in advance. The shuttle had room, but they still wouldn’t take them. Those guests had to scramble for a taxi last minute. When I addressed these issues afterward, they blamed me, were incredibly rude, and took no accountability for any of the stress they caused. This experience was deeply disappointing and stressful — exactly the opposite of what you want for a wedding. Do not risk using this company. You are also completely lying about things that happened. Beware of using this company!!

Pero creemos que nuestros servicios cumplió con el contrato, ninguno de sus invitados quedó sin transporte, Lamentamos que lo que contrato no fue lo que sus invitados necesitaron ya que muchos querían irse antes de finalizar el evento eso es algo que nosotros no podemos controlar, sin embargo nuestro equipo fue flexible y todos los invitados les dimos atención. Lamentamos que el personal encargo de su eventos los allan apresurado y precionaran para que se retiraran antes de tiempo. Tenemos más de 10 años de experiencia y siempre nos esforzamos para dar el mejor servicio y atención.
Muchos de sus invitados salieron muy borrachos y con una actitud grosera y agresivos, incluso la novia quiso golpear a uno de los conductores. Tenemos cámaras en los vehículos y todo quedo grabado.
Lamentablemente nosotros también tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con su grupo.
Uno de los invitados bomito la van y aunque pagaron eso nos perjudico al siguiente día.
Las ubicación gps de tus lugares de destino tu nos lo diste, así que si estuvo mal no fue por nosotros.
Contrataste por un número de pasajeros el cual se pago, enviamos vehículos con el número de asientos reservados.
Cumplimos con el contrato y lo solicitado.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service, ponctual, flexible, safe and clean private transportation with A/C. We used RIDE on 4 occasions while on vacation in Tulum / Playa del Carmen. Our arrival was at Tulum airport and Luis and Enrique two of our drivers was waiting for us at the exit of customs, we also used them to go to Playa Del Carmen as as well our return to airport. Very friendly and easy to communicate with via What's APP. Less expensive than taxi service. They were also very helpfull with suggestions and informative.

Experiencia fantástica: We used Ride Transport for our airport transportation from Tulum airport to our resort and back. We had a group of 20 girls and two of our friends had to ride solo at nighttime. They were able to get us there and back safely. Everything went smoothly, on time, and I like that Jose was very responsive with any questions we had. Luis was our driver and he was great and accommodating as well. I 100% recommend this transportation company and we will use them again when we come back to the cancun/tulum area.

Here perfectly in time, helped with all of our suitcases (about 100) and had a smile on his face throughout the whole journey. Good conversation and got us to our destination on time, and waited to make sure we were in the right place. Couldn’t recommend this taxi service more if you’re looking for reliable taxis!

Experiencia fantástica: Hello my name is Ramona Taveras , five days ago I was visiting Cancun for the first time for a friend wedding , so I starting searching for a tours and airport transportation company in Google so I came up with Ride Transport transfer & tours this company send us Pedro our tour guy / chauffeur who was amazing and so knowledgeable about the Rivera Maya . Pedro took us to Playa Del Carmen which was an amazing town better than Cancun lots of restaurants , boutique hotels, club and fancy stores . Also we went to one of the Cenotes Casa Tortuga which have four Cenotes in one and it was just beautiful , also Pedro our driver took us to a small restaurant where the local eat home cooking food in Playa Del Carmen , this company is very reasonable and honest and you feel like home. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

I booked them for airport transportation from Cancun international airport to Tulum. Their vehicles were clean, new, and had working a/c. Experiencia fantástica: In my experience, this is the best private transportation service in the area. They are very flexible, punctual, and affordable for the excellent service that they provide. I have used them on 2 trips to Cancun and Tulum now. They do much more than local and airport transportation. We used them for day trips to Coba and Chichen Itza. Our favorite driver, Luis, is so knowledgeable about the area, the roads, and all the tourist attractions. He gives great recommendations for local eats and little side adventures for your main trip, and he’s a very good/safe driver. He also speaks excellent English. Their vans are very comfortable, clean, and always have coolers with water which is a great bonus. Whatever price they quote for your trip, it is 150% worth every penny/peso. We come to Q Roo multiple times a year, and will not use anyone else!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this company. Their communication, service and support was unlike anything I’ve experienced in this field. I traveled from United States to Cancun and the company was able to last minute for me in and provide me a personal driver to greet me at the airport and drive me to Tulum. Urias was our driver and he was so kind and professional. He provided us with a list of great restaurants and beaches that won’t disappoint and he stopped off at a local grocer so we could run in and grab a few things to make a meal with since it was getting late. He also carried all our bags up to our Airbnb. I can’t speak highly enough about this company and Urias. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the peace of mind knowing you’re in good hands.

Even accidentally left some items in the car and they let me come to their personal location at 5am to pick up. Great communication skills via WhatsApp. I highly recommend.
