Experiencia fantástica: Wir haben uns für 3 Tage Roller gemietet, um die Umgebung von Valladolid zu erkunden. Zusätzlich zu den Rollern bekamen wir wirklich gute Tipps, was es sich lohnt anzuschauen. Die flotte Hummel und Blacky waren top in Schuss, also abgesehen davon, dass die Tempoanzeige nicht funktionierte, was dem Spaß aber keinen Abbruch tat. Man sollte eh so fahren, dass man auf sich und seine Umgebung achtet! :) Wir würden jedes Mal wieder darauf zurückgreifen. Danke Renan, dass Du Dir so Mühe gegeben hast!

Experiencia fantástica: Super fijne scooter verhuurder! Wij hebben hier met 2 personen 1 scooter gehuurd voor een halve dag (350 pesos). Hiermee zijn we de cenote in de buurt gaan bezoeken. We werden fijn ontvangen door Renan. Hij legde ons alles uit over de scooter en hoe we naar de cenotes konden rijden. Ook gaf hij zijn nummer als er problemen waren. Ter plekke kon je er voor kiezen om 1 of 2 verzekeringen te nemen. Wij hebben er 1 gekozen (+100 pesos). De scooter reed erg fijn (een automaat) en we hebben geen problemen gehad.

Dat was een prima rit, maar helaas leek de achterband lek te zijn toen we terug naar Valladolid wilden rijden... Na contact met de verhuurder regelde hij binnen no time een monteur op onze locatie. Na het plaatsen van een nieuw wiel, konden we weer verder! We kregen een degelijke scooter voor een goeie prijs. De verhuurder is een zeer vriendelijke man die goed Engels spreekt en duidelijk uitlegt over welke routes er zijn te volgen.

Experiencia fantástica: Auf unserer Reise durch Valladolid haben wir uns hier für 2 Tage einen Roller gemietet. Die Anmietung und Rückgabe erfolgte vollkommen problemlos. Obendrein hat uns Renan wertvolle Ausflugstipps gegeben und wir hätten die Anmietung spontan auch noch verlängern können. Als Kaution können entweder 1000 Pesos in Bar, oder ein Ausweis hinterlegt werden. Der Roller kostete 450 Pesos pro Tag, Helme inbegriffen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Experiencia fantástica: Ich habe einen Scooter für einen halben Tag gemietet (350 Pesos) und war sehr zufrieden mit dem Scooter und dem freundlichen Service. Englisch war kein Problem. Optional gibt es eine Versicherung für Schäden am eigenen Scooter (100 Pesos). Zuerst war niemand da, man muss die WhatsApp Nr am Eingang kurz anrufen. Als Deposit wurden 1000 Pesos oder ein deutscher Ausweis akzeptiert. Andere verlangen oft den Reisepass, was sich immer schlecht anfühlt. Zum Schluss gab es noch Tipps, wie ich am besten aus der Stadt heraus und zu den Cenoten finde.

Experiencia positiva: Trafiliśmy do wypożyczalni sprawdzając wcześniejsze opinie na Google. Właściciel bardzo przyjemny, kontakt szybki i skuteczny, skuter którym mieliśmy możliwość jeździć w bardzo dobrym stanie. Miejsce bardzo dobrze zlokalizowane - w samym centrum Valladolid, bez problemu można trafić. Z plusów to by było na tyle. Niestety zostaliśmy rozczarowani pod koniec wynajmu skutera, a mianowicie, byliśmy przekonani (bo tak to z reguły wyglada), ze cena która płacimy za wynajem (400 pesos + 200 pesos za ubezpieczenia na które się zdecydowaliśmy), dotyczy wynajmu na 24h. Nic bardziej mylnego, jak się okazało o 18, właściciel wydzwaniał do nas abyśmy oddali skuter bo jest czynny jeszcze chwile… zdziwieni odstawiliśmy skuter do wypożyczalni. Lekcja: pytajcie na jak długi czas jest wynajem. My wypożyczyliśmy skuter około 12 i po 6h już musieliśmy go oddać co z lekka podsumowując koszty było przesada… gdybyśmy zostali poinformowani wcześniej na pewno nie zdecydowalibyśmy się na wypożyczenie w tym miejscu. Nauczka dla nas. Z ciekawostek, właściciel organizuje tez wycieczki do różnych atrakcji w okolicy jak Rio Lagartos - za 4000 pesos od pary. Z tego co się orientowaliśmy i na tyle na ile sami zorganizowaliśmy sobie wycieczkę właśnie w tym kierunku - można to zrobić przynajmniej o polowe takiej ;).

Experiencia negativa: Bad experience, We received the scooter the night before in the dark and did not take pictures of it (!! Always do so when you rent a scooter or car) and did not pay attention during the day to scratches on the scooter (we used it to visit chichen itza and some cenotes nearby). We drove it back in the evening and the rental guy told us we had to pay for the scratches on the motor bike, or would not return our id card. We did not fall during the day and told him so (we are honest people), however he did not believe us and we had to pay near 1500 pesos additional over rental price of 700. We had an ugly fight with him (as we did not want to pay for a scratch we were not responsible for!!) and we found him unprofessional. It ruined our holidays for several days, as we we were treated badly by this company and lost money. I recommend you going elsewhere!! Tbh, we do not understand how it got so many good reviews. And PLEASE take pictures of every cm2 as they can say whatever they want as you are without proof.

Experiencia fantástica: Wir sind eigentlich nur am scooter rental vorbeigelaufen, und wollten zu einem anderen rental. Allerdings hat uns renma so nett angesprochen, dass wir unsere Pläne beiseite warfen und dort einen scooter mieteten. Er hat uns in ruhe und in gutem englisch alles sorgfältig erklärt. Zudem sollten wir vorher unsere fahrfähigkeit unter beweis stellen, damit er sicher sein kann dass wir keinen unfall bauen und fahren können. Der scooter war in einem guten Zustand, wie versprochen. Lediglich die Helme waren sehr alt und keine richtigen scooter Helme, sondern eher Fahrrad oder Moped Helme, welche bei höherer Geschwindigkeit vom Kopf rutschten. Ansonsten alles super :-)
