Experiencia fantástica: Have used MexiTravels for transportation when visiting a private home in Puerto Vallarta several times. Safe, secure, and dependable. Alberto A. was my agent two weeks ago and he was fantastic. Our trip consisted of 3 couples all requiring separate airport transfers, dinner reservations, and unexpected alternative requirements due to flight cancellations. Alberto was flawless, patient, and accommodating. I will seek out MexiTravels whenever my travels involve Mexico.

Experiencia fantástica: Villa Primrose: this truly feels like a luxury escape in pampering getaway. The property, the views, the location, the amenities are entirely perfect. Everything looks newly renovated and so clean. If you’re able to ask for a concierge you have to ask for Justine. She is so organized, she has an answer for everything and provided solutions for any issue we had. for example, two members in our group had birthdays. She connected us with a pastry chef.. She is outstanding and the property is awesome.

Working with Israel to plan this trip was easy and he was so supportive and communicative. Our driver, Gustavo, was the best. He was careful, focused and so flexible and communicative. Experiencia fantástica: We stayed at Casa Yvonneka for a 40th birthday celebration with 20 people, and it was truly perfect. The property is expansive, beautifully designed, and has everything you could possibly need. With so many areas for entertaining—whether for a formal dinner, lounging by the pool, or enjoying games—there was never a dull moment. The pool itself is like something out of a dream, giving you the feeling of floating above Puerto Vallarta with breathtaking 180-degree views of the city and the bay. The staff was outstanding—warm, attentive, and committed to making every detail flawless. The food was consistently delicious, and we always had a fresh cocktail in hand, thanks to their impeccable service. Leading up to our stay, the concierge was incredibly helpful, arranging airport transfers, stocking the house with food and drinks, organizing a beautiful birthday cake, and even setting up special experiences like tequila tastings, mariachis, and an in-house day of massages. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property and its incredible team, especially for a big group gathering. It’s a place where unforgettable memories are made.

They took care of us from the minute we started pre-planning to the moment we loaded our airport transfer and waved goodbye. Alexa: coordinated our trips, car seats, special requests, market runs, excursions and checked on us without bugging us. Alexa is amazing! Jose, bartender: our glasses were always full, no matter where we were: poolside or at the dining room table. He made fun smoothies for the kids and speciality cocktail for us. José is incredible! Pedro, head server: can’t say enough good things! Pedro ran all round the property with a smile to make our trip and our kids’ trip extra special. Chef Tomás: the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Everything was 5 stars, insanely fresh, high quality and delicious! Sous chef, Charlie: the talent and menu blew us away at every meal and snack time! And such a sweet person! Experiencia negativa: Deceptive sales tactics, their sales agent sold me tickets for Vallarta Adventures Rhythm’s of the night telling me that it included options that I had to later pay for at the check in. Beware and do not buy from Yesenia. If you are allowing your vendors or agents to use your pay system then you are taking a responsibility for them. So yes when I use someone who is using your pay system that means they are working for you. Here is a picture to prove I WAS your customer.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to respond to your comments and impressions purching an a local activity.
First, I would like to point out that, as you mentioned, you purchase your activity with a localy vendor as opposed to booking directly with us or our website, All sales tactics that you experienced were due 1) all the information of the inclutions of the activity. As you are well aware was from a local vendor, Mexitravels does not administer local vendors nor do we promote them anywhere on our webpage or marketing channels. Had you made your reservation as a client of Mexitravels you would have all the correct information of your activity, costs and inclutions. The vast majority clients have commented on this forum, and others like this, just how much they were able to relax in this tropical paradise, while allowing my staff to cater to their personal needs.
I hope that if you decide to return to the Puerto Vallarta, you do so as a guest of ours and you our high standards of our services.
I do hope that the Rhythm´s of the night was a huge success.

Experiencia fantástica: Our party of 14 loved Casa Tabachin. The villa is beautiful with amazing views of downtown and the water. It is spacious and open but also has plenty of privacy and cozy spaces. The pool is lovely. The staff is fantastic and prepared very delicious meals and kept the place so tidy and well stocked with our favorite snacks and drinks. Highly recommend and we would love to come back if we ever get the chance. Thanks to concierge Alberto for planning our transportation and outings and for his communication, efficiency and courtesy. Also thanks to Chef Jose Luis, house manager Lala, housekeepers Juanita and Gema and watchman Beto. You all made for a very special experience!

The staff: Damian, Roy, Alex, Thomas, Hector, Elvira, Yareli, Aaron and Narciso went above and beyond for our family. They made us feel like family and communicated any need or concern there was with us. The food was AMAZING - I didn’t even get to take pictures because we would devour it but trust me, it was delicious. There was nothing we would change about our stay - everything was perfect. The kids really enjoyed both pools as well and we took advantage of having the option to do massages which were some of the best we’ve had. Our family enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to go back next year. Also, Alberto our concierge, was available for any and all requests and he was so attentive to us before, during and even after our stay. We recommend Mexitravels for all your vacation needs!

She arranged for our Covid Testing to be performed at the house we were staying at - one less thing to worry about trying to organize ourselves. Experiencia fantástica: Me and my gang had a lovely time at Villa Alexa! The property was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the staff was the best ever! The chef was better than any restaurant that we had on our trip. The bartender was great as well, and everyone everyone else took such good care of us. Experiencia fantástica: This was the best concierge service I have ever experienced. We traveled to Puerto Vallarta for a week, and they treated us like royalty. We were picked up from the airport in as 15 seat sprinter van with a cooler with water and beers. At our villa, the staff of 10 made the most amazing food daily and the bartender made some of the best drinks I have ever had. They were all so professional. If we need grocery runs, they saved all the detailed receipts and all wore uniforms. I level of care and attention to detail was astonishing. I highly recommend Mexitravels. Great service!!

We utilized Mexitravels multiple times to shuttle our party of six around - to and from the airport, to and from a boat ride, and to and from dinner. They also helped us secure dining reservations at a FANTASTIC sunset location. Plus, working late on Saturday, Monserrat found us a terrific Sunday boat ride. They transported multiple groups for me during our stay and were able to accommodate us with busses or sprinter vans, whatever we needed. They did a great job with last minute requests as well. The drivers were professional and we felt very safe. The vans and busses were extremely clean and new. I would absolutely use them again for personal use or for large groups. Communicating was also very easy, initially I worked with Israel via email and then he and my drivers through WhatsApp once we were here in Mexico. Everyone was very responsive. Very glad we had this recommendation to use MexiTravels.

As beautiful as the home and view were, the concierge, Monse, and the staff were exceptional. Monse coordinated everything, from transportation to activities to meal coordination. Pedro and Alonso made are transportation experiences to and from the airport and to the yacht so fun and enjoyable! Alonso was wonderful showing. us the sites along the way.
