Experiencia fantástica: Brian was a great instructor. Did the beginners 1 tank dive and it is was a blast. The reef is a quick boat ride and the training was in the pool.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic beautiful dives and crew. Well organized, great service from equipment to carrying and rinsing your own gear. Our divemaster Dan is outstanding. Friendly, organized, educative, clear plan. Not rushed at any point. And our photographer Selena was so helpful in pointing out shots for us to take with our cameras. The you can buy her package of photos if you like after viewing in the office. After seeing a few shots we were sold! Reasonable price, and she is also so nice to chat! From a service point of view, I can say this is the best service I have had diving for 40 years all over the world.

J’ai fait mon rafraîchissement de plongée avec Dan qui m’a amené plonger deux fois, il était tellement attentionné, patient et gentil! J’ai vraiment apprécié! Mes autres plongées ont été avec William, dont la plus mémorable des plongées que j’ai fait jusqu’à maintenant: les requins bouledogues ! C’était juste parfait ! Merci je vous les recommande!

Experiencia fantástica: Aquanauts Dive Adventures is just a short beach walk from Dream Jades Resort. Talked with Crescent (owner) through Whatsapp to plan my dives. Great little well organized dive shop with competent Dive Masters (Tom and William) and safety driver (Mark). My daughter and I did two 2 tank dives with this shop and left our dive gear at the shop. This shop is a big plus for resort guests looking for 2 tank dives that get you back for lunch. The 2 tank dives through the resort left at 8 am by bus and did not return till 3:30 pm.

Experiencia fantástica: Great diving experience with this dive shop. Very well organized. Dan was our dive master on the first day of diving, and he brought us to the "Aquarium" and "Fish Market". The second day of diving, William was my Son's dive master where he brought my Son to "The Bridge" and "Horse Shoe" dive site. If you're staying at El Cid Resort, I suggest you hire them for your Scuba Diving adventures in Puerto Morelos Mexico.

Experiencia fantástica: Fabulous dive shop. Very organized thanks to Crescent who owns the shop along with her wonderful husband William. I dove with many companies including Dressels who claim to be the best but Aquanauts by far is the best of the best. I have found a new home. This was my second time diving with them as I was here last month. I just had to come back and plan on returning annually now. They practice very safe diving and equipment is well maintained yet they are so chill.....I felt much more relaxed with them compared to Dressels which made my dives more enjoyable.William and Dan are great dive masters and honestly spoil you. I'm used to changing my own tanks after dives but they do it all for you. They also make an effort to take you to different sites as much as possible. I finally took the next step and did my advanced open water with them....helped me tremendously with my buoyancy. I highly recommend them wether you're new to scuba or have been diving for years. Give them a try and like me you'll be going back

Experiencia fantástica: Great dive shop in PM. Crescent went out of her way to get me to Cozumel last minute (last minute on my part) and even on the way back to my resort stopped off at the local grocery store so I could pick up some items. I had a great couple days of diving and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to dive in PM. There are a lot of dive shops to choose from here but Aquanuts should be at the top of your list.

Make sure to do a Cenote dive with William. Dan is a wonderful dive master and really takes care of his divers. Highly recommend the wreck dive as well

Transportation was a breeze thanks to Antonio, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. His knowledge of the area and his recommendations for local food were spot-on. Antonio's passion for his hometown was contagious, and we loved hearing his stories and insights as we explored the vibrant local culture. Overall, our experience with Aquanauts Dive Adventures was fantastic. The personal service, attention to detail, and the genuine care shown by William, Crescent, Renee, Catalina, and Antonio truly made our trip unforgettable. Experiencia fantástica: I had to a PADI refresher session, and this gave my wife and son a chance to also try a Scuba experience. I did 5 dives in the end. Great team and well organised. Was also great to have a professional photographer from Seazoom, taking some amazing shots. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I called Aquanauts and spoke to Crescent the owner. Immediately she was super friendly and offered to call me back to save my phone bill. She built a package of dives for me and my wife and was very helpful, flexible and fun to deal with. We then connected on WhatsApp and she was super responsive even sending pictures of how to get to the dive center with our rental car. The whole dive team was extremely professional but also alot of fun. They could not do enough for us, loading the gear onto the dive boat and generally making our experience a great one. The dive gear was all in excellent condition and well looked after. The dive sites were great and we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately I developed an ear infection and had to stop diving. Cresent immediately offered a refund for the balance and there was no haggling or negotiation. She even drove to our hotel to get us the refund as the machine had a fault the previous day. When I asked her why she took so much trouble she replied "because we are in it for the long haul". I think this sums up Aquanauts. They deeply care about their customers. One fellow diver on the boat had been coming back for 14 years. I understand why as we will definitely be going back and cannot recommend them highly enough. A great all round operation.
