Experiencia negativa: THE WORST TOUR OF MY LIFE. IF YOU’RE THINKING OF BOOKING WITH THEM, DON’T. If you don’t want to end up burned from the sun, insulted by a man, stung by a jellyfish, extorted for tips, and humiliated in front of your own family, then look for another tour. Trust me, it’s not worth going through something like this. We booked this tour thinking it would be a fun family experience, but from the very beginning it was a disaster. When we arrived, Mr. Arturo Díaz came up with the “rule” that we could only apply sunscreen on our neck and shoulders because, according to him, it would harm the ocean and the animals. I am allergic to the sun and my skin breaks out in rashes if I don’t protect it, so being responsible, I decided to buy biodegradable sunscreen to avoid harming the environment. The problem? They never told us in advance that it had to be applied before arriving, so once we were there, they wouldn’t let me use it. From that moment, I felt deceived and unprotected. Later on, I went into a little shop next door to buy snacks for my nephews. Since my bag was very small, I had to take out the sunscreen to reach for my wallet and pay. I came out holding the food bag in one hand and the sunscreen in the other. At that moment, Mr. Arturo started yelling at me in front of everyone, accusing me of hiding to secretly put on sunscreen. He shouted at me in front of my parents, my siblings, my nephews, his own employees, and other tourists, pointing at me as if I had done something wrong. I felt attacked and treated like a liar. Never in my life had I been put through such an uncomfortable situation on a tour. It is one of the most degrading things to be yelled at like that by a man in front of your family for something you didn’t even do. The treatment was so abusive that even one of his own employees came up to me to apologize while Arturo wasn’t looking, telling me that if he treated customers like this, she didn’t even want to say how badly he must treat her as his worker. That made me feel both scared and furious: how is it possible that such an arrogant, aggressive person has direct contact with families and children? I was afraid to have my nephews anywhere near him, but since we had already paid, I didn’t want to ruin the trip for my family. They took us to places to see fish, but 3 people on the tour came back with jellyfish stings. I know that’s not entirely their fault, but at least take tourists to safer spots. Snorkeling and seeing the animals is nice, yes, but they completely ruined it with how they handled tips. Before letting us off the boat, they practically forced us to give them money. My brother gave $10 and my mom gave another $10, and the man’s response was: “That’s not even enough for a taco.” Absolutely rude, abusive, and disrespectful toward paying customers. This tour wasn’t just a scam, it was a traumatic experience. I left feeling humiliated, insulted, and abused. They made me go through unjustified embarrassment and treated my family as if we “owed them something.” Don’t risk going through the same. Do not book this tour. There are plenty of beautiful snorkeling options without having to put up with an arrogant, abusive, and rude guide.

Experiencia positiva: We had a great experience. Luckily for us, it was just us in the boat. There were 3 people guiding the boat and tour and we felt safe at all times. I would only say they stressed a lot the fact that tips were important to them, we were planning to tip regardless, so if they could refrain to comment so much on tips that would be great. Other than that, the trip was fantastic!

Experiencia negativa: Penso che siano tutte turist trap, in quanto quello che si va a vedere non vale quanto si paga. Le prime due tappe sono una unica e ci sono una specie massimo due di pesci. La seconda e ultima fermata è l'unica che varrebbe la pena starci più tempo per chi non ha mai visto stelle marine o razze. Per il resto il buffet equivale ad una birra e un chevice condiviso con 22 persone quindi un micro snack.

Experiencia fantástica: The family trip was amazing. Excellent crew, food and price. I was a little hesitant to pay Arturo then cash to captain. I thought I hope the boat shows up! But it all worked out great. I guess here that’s the way they do it. I am thankful for the trip. Arturo is very nice and patient with this old lady. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Pros: small group and easy to find when disembarking from ferry. Cons: outsource to other companies, in my case Shark Tours. Very disorganized. Sent me 3 different confirmations, including one with completely wrong info. Stated reef fee is $11 in my email confirmation. When paying my balance tried to force me to pay more until I showed them my confirmation with the amount. Then talked nastily about me...not realizing this gringa is fluent in Spanish. Boat and itinerary were fine, basically the same as every other operator. Our boat pilot, Froi, was very nice. The guide, Emiliano, less so until it came time for tips. Suddenly became nice because Americans and Europeans tip, even if we don't get good service. The Mexicans on the boat he fawned over during the trip do not, and did not. Emiliano pretty much ignored me, pushed me out of the way multiple times on the boat, asked everyone else if they wanted photos at El Cielo except me (which i actually did), and swam in front of me taking others photos then yelled at me to move....yet I had been floating there alone until then. Hombre malcreado. Honestly wish I had gone with the other operator I looked at, or just booked when I got there. Do not recommend and too many other options that are the actual company and not an outsourcer of trips.

Experiencia fantástica: Es un paseo muy lindo. La tripulación el embarque de 10. !!! Especial consideración a Miguel y Santi . Al capitán no lo vi mucho pero le agradezco que el viaje fue tranquilo. Vimos varios peces y corales. Lo recomiendo si quieres un viaje corto (2 horas) gracias.

Experiencia fantástica: We went on a 2-hr snorkeling trip with Safe Tours and it was so good. The land crew and the sea crew worked really well together to coordinate itineraries, payments, etc and the whole process was smooth. The crews spoke English and even lent me a snorkel mask that was a high prescription. No other tour has ever offered this to me before so that was above and beyond. The person who took pictures for guests also did a really good job capturing us with the fish. Haggle a little with him at the end if you are willing to buy - they will give you a good deal! We have been on many excursions in the Caribbean and this is the easiest 5 stars I have ever given.

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn't ask for a nicer guy. Communication was good and the trip was also good. The only negative thing that I could say is that I wish they had snorkling masks that fit smaller kids. Luckily, my kids had their goggles, but my daughter had to hold her nose and they missed out on the larger view. The boat crew were nice and would swim down to the bottom to find sealife for you. They were also very good in making the non strong swimmers in my family feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully, he will get some smaller masks for smaller kids. It would also be nice if they provided some flippers.

Experiencia fantástica: Chema and Giovanni were great guides. We saw tons of fish, rays, a sea turtle, nurse shark (I think that was the type!) and a lobster. Then at Cielito, Chema made fresh guacamole and ceviche while we chilled out in the perfectly clear water drinking lemonade, beer, and tequila waterfalled from the bottle. There were genuine laughs and conversations. Our boat only had 10 people, but we had representation from USA, Mexico, Canada, Italy, and Germany. In a time where our political leaders are attempting to create international turmoil, it was great to remember that we the people can share kindness, laughter, and memories. Note: a few reviews complained that if you are advanced at snorkeling, it is frustrating because you have to stay with the group. That may be true of breadth, but not depth. They let me dive, and they dove with me to take pictures with me. So for those who like to complain, maybe try working with people rather than against them! These guides are just keeping you safe from the other 5 boats that are circling the same area. Thank you again Chema and Giovanni!

Experiencia fantástica: We went on the Private Guided Tour of Cozumel today. There are 6 older adults in our group and our tour guide was Julio. We had a wonderful time exploring the East side of the island, stopping to sample tequila, chocolate and tortillas, visiting San Gervasio, a church downtown and then lunch on the beach! In between stops Julio talked about what we would be seeing and the history/background of the location. Very informative! The van we were in was air conditioned and quite comfortable. We set up our tour before we arrived in Cozumel with Arturo and Safe Tours. It was so easy! I would highly recommend this tour for anyone! Julio is a great guide and very accommodating!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience with Safe tours and boat Cubana! It was out first time snorkeling and a couple of us didn't know to swim as well. Hence we had booked a glass bottom boat in case I was too scared to get into water. But the crew on the boat were very friendly and took care of non swimmers by providing a floating ring and Santiago pulled us around for snorkeling. Miguel was very funny and the main guide for the swimmers. And Santiago really stayed with our group and helped us have a great time and not miss out on this experience. Pocho took great photos.

Experiencia fantástica: Realmente recomendable! Acabamos de estar en Cozumel con crucero y nos pusimos en contacto con Arturo quien nos programó un viaje en catamaran a Playa Cielito. Arturo en todo momento se preocupó por todos nosotros (eramos una familia de 18 personas), nos informaba del clima que tendríamos y nos reservó un catamaran para nosotros solos! Dentro del catamaran la experiencia fue fantástica! Tanto el capitan como los ayudantes nos trataron de maravilla, nos sirvieron un pica-pica, nos tomaron fotos acuáticas, nos pusieron música y nos hicieron explicaciones de seguridad y del entorno! Catamaran amplio, con escaleras para subir y bajar, wc, chalecos, gafas y tubos (por cierto, Arturo nos regaló un tubo a cada uno! un detallazo!) Sin dudarlo, volvería a contactar con Arturo! Mil gracias por todo Arturo!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We chose the snorkelling tour with Safe Tours Cozumel, and it was amazing! All of the staff of the boat such as the tour guides, Julian and two others, as well as the driver, Carlos, and the photographer Juan, were all skilled swimmers and divers, as well as friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, making us feel extremely safe the entire experience. The tour guides even taught us how to dive down safely for those that were strong swimmers. Drinks were provided anytime, and Juan made sure to capture great pictures of everyone having a great time swimming with fish! Definitely would go on another tour with them, great experience and great price! It’s also important to support local businesses that have been impacted by the cruise lines at their hometowns.

Experiencia fantástica: Really fun tour, we saw turtles, stingrays, and star fishes. The tour was almost 4 hours for 1100 pesos and leaving from the main port. At the end of the tour we had cocktails and delicious ceviche with guacamole and tortilla chips. Definitely worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: Arturo provided great customer service and clear instructions. He was easily available through whatsapp, so communication was easy. We did “Full Day of Fun”, which was snorkeling, lunch, and a private tour of the island. Everything was well executed. And if you can pick a lunch, I would suggest ‘Casa Mision’ because the scenery is great and you see more of the local culture. Also they offer free tequila tastings. The snorkel team was nice and ensured a great and safe experience. They also give you your own snorkeling tube, which is a plus. They took nice underwater pictures. Nelson provided a great personal tour of the island and was very informative. I would highly recommend this tour with this company.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been booking 2-tank scuba dives with Safe Tours Cozumel for over 10 years. I have always felt safe and enjoyed myself. Arturo is a great guy and will go the extra mile to make sure you have a good time. And make sure you dive with the master diver named Hector. He is great!!

Experiencia fantástica: We had such a great time! The walk with our two little ones to get to the hotel from the cruise ship wasn't too bad. Arturo called our names as we walked up, so it was comforting to know we were with the right group! We saw so many amazing fish in the crystal clear water! Initially I was disappointed to see the places we were going when above the water, but holy cow the reefs were amazing right near the cruise ships! The glass bottom portion in the middle was great for our little ones as we rode to each destination. We were beyond pleased with our experience!

SafeTours nám, ale umožnilo strávit krásný den, kde jsme mohli být všichni pohromadě. Team SafeTours se o vše postaral od A-Z. Odvoz, skvělé občerstvení, pití (alkoholické i nealkoholické), šnorchlování, plavání s rejnoky,… poté zase odvoz zpět na hotel. Celou dobu byli v blízkém kontaktu s námi a vyslechli všechna naše přání, která i splnila. Jednoznačně doporučujeme a budeme se těšit na další tour s SafeTours. !!! Děkujeme moc.

Fue su primera vez haciendo snorkeling y Ángel el guía del grupo eso hizo con mi hija de 9 años "un Ángel" que la hizo sentir segura y feliz viendo peces, corales y un par de mantarrayas punteadas hermosas. My 6 year old niece and mother stayed in the boat while we snorkeled, they were able to feed the fish! Experiencia fantástica: We had a great time today with Xavier. He drove us around the whole island, showing us the nicest places and sharing his more than 20 year old tourguide knowledge with us. Also, he was born on the Island and knows it by heart. For breaks, he showed us bars of people he knew, but we could have also asked him to stop somewhere else. Xavier is kind and friendly and we always felt comfortable. His driving style is very secure. His tour is highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Just a fantastic way to spend a day. We left Playa Del Carmen on the ferry, got to the meeting place at noon and had a wonderful afternoon. The staff were attentive and very professional. Our boat had about 20 guests, from beginners to excellent snorkelers. The guides looked out for everyone and were very thorough. I'd highly recommend this trip! We had a wonderful time. It's a terrific bargain.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday we did the 2 tank discover scuba tour with Safetours Cozumel. Everything about this experience was fabulous. The tour manager was easy to reach, responsive, helpful. The dive guide was superb - training us and then checking us out in the water. He then led us on a wonderful long dive along the reef and pointed out things to see. As experienced divers who had not dived in twenty years we greatly appreciated his care and attention to detail. We felt very safe with Hector. Couldn’t imagine a better experience. These guys are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Did the 2-tank scuba dive with Safe Tours and had an awesome time. Arturo was amazing with helping us figure out the logistics and transportation from Cancun where we stayed all the way to the island of Cozumel for our dives and back to Cancun in the end. On the boat, our divemaster was also really helpful with setting up our gear and getting us in and out of the water each time. The included lunch after the dives was also delicious and the scheduled ferry ride back gave us just the right amount of time to check out the town before heading home. Would highly recommend SafeTours Cozumel/Cancun!

Arturo reached out immediately after we booked to touch basis with us about what to expect when we arrive in Cozumel. We arrived to the meeting point early and Arturo was only a couple minutes behind us. We got to hear about his history and how he came to be hosting snorkeling tours, got some wonderful suggestions on restaurants in the area, and learned more about efforts being made to further restore the reef. The crew onboard that lead us through our snorkeling adventure were so much fun but also made sure we understood the importance of safety. They made our group all feel confident and comfortable as first time snorkelers. We got to snorkle in 3 different areas and were provided free drinks after each stop! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently went on a scuba diving tour with Safe Tours coming from Cancun and was blown away by the level of service and professionalism from start to finish. What really stood out to me was the friendly and attentive service of both Arturo and the dive instructors. From the moment I made the booking, the staff was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I had all the necessary information for my trip. When I arrived in Cancun, the logistics of the tour were seamless. The transportation to and from the dive site was timely and comfortable, and the equipment was well-maintained. The diving itself was nothing short of spectacular. The visibility was excellent and the coral reefs were teeming with a diverse array of marine life. I saw so many colorful fish and even a massive 10+ foot spotted manta ray. Overall, I highly recommend Safe Tours for anyone looking to go scuba diving. From the fantastic logistics to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, they truly go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic diving experience.

Experiencia positiva: We did the snorkel tour for three reefs. It was really good. People are very friendly and take care of you. The boat was clean and secured. The only negative point was the smell of gas from the engine when we were moving slowly. This a tour we fully recommend. Thank you Juan for the excellent experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Arturo was friendly and easy to work with. Overall, the kids had fun and the photographer had food to keep the fish close by. Staff was helpful. 4.5 stars. DETAILS: I made a same day reservation (literally called from the ship) to go snorkeling two hours later. He told me to not book online because it may be too late, but that the price was the same. We arrive and he tells me that the “last minute” price is normally $45/adult (30% higher versus the $30/adult online price) but to “not tell anyone” and agrees to honor the online price (which he already agreed to over the phone). That was a little annoying, but typical touristy kind of stuff I’ve come to expect in Mexico and other locales. The boat ride itself fine. Staff was fluent in English and helped everybody get their equipment ready. You pull up to a spot and they have you jump off. Much easier to use a float and relax while snorkeling (especially with kids) as the waves were a little choppy at times. After a bit, they pick you up. We went to three spots. Two hours was plenty of time for our group. Didn’t need the third stop imo as we got our fill sooner. The reefs themselves are OK. Better ones out there, but hit the spot. They also have water, soda, and beer available as part of the price, which was nice. I did love that it was only two hours versus four hours with lunch. Price was reasonable.

Experiencia fantástica: We booked this the same day our Disney cruise arrived at the Cozumel port as we didn’t have anything planned. I’m so glad that we booked this excursion! We had a wonderful time with a small group of people and a fabulous guided tour by the lead guide, Julian and his partner. Julian took care of us at the three different snorkel stops and went out of his way to point out different fish and sea creatures to us as we snorkeled. It was a great experience and memorable for our whole family! Great value for the money paid and about two hours long which was the perfect amount of time to see lots of little creatures and still have time to shop and eat while in Cozumel.

No recuerdo su nombre, pero creo hubo un señor muy atento conmigo que me ayudó en todo momento, ya que tengo la movilidad reducida. Our local guide Xavi was very nice, caring and had a lot of knowledge. Thanks to him we discovered some of the most beautiful spots on the island, enjoyed some time at a lovely beachclub (which was also a great place to do some snorkling) and learned a lot about the history of the island and the people. I really would recommend Safe Tours to everyone who likes to discover Cozumel!

Experiencia negativa: I want to start off by saying that our tour guides for the 2 hour snorkel tour were excellent. Braulio and Julián were very welcoming and did a great job bouncing between Spanish and English for our multilingual group. Also, before going on the tour I thought that 2 hours might be too short, but it was actually the perfect amount of time for this trip. Now onto my real issue which is with the booking agent, Arturo Diaz. We were met by Arturo at the launch point around 10 minutes before the tour. He informed my group that we would be leaving soon and that this would be our last opportunity to apply sunscreen before getting on the boat. I promptly began applying my sunscreen while he walked away to converse with the Spanish speaking members of the tour. When he returned five minutes later as I was still applying sunscreen he immediately began to berate me for applying sunscreen saying that he told me "specifically not to do that." What? He then went on a tirade about how millennials like us are supposed to be the ones that care about the environment and malented that even though he doesn't care about the environment that he has to be the one to tell us to care about it. Totally ridiculous and unnecessary. Pretty sure me putting on my reef safe sun screen 19 minutes before snorkeling vs. 20 minutes before snorkeling is not the primary reason for their damaged reefs. Give me a break. Arturo should learn some customer service if he wants to continuing working in the service industry.

Experiencia fantástica: Our snorkeling excursion was AMAZING! Julian and his crew were amazing guides. They took us to different locations, explained about conservation and the efforts being taken to restore the reefs, and used their abilities to create a beyond awesome experience! In addition to being knowledgeable the guides kept our group safe and were very accommodating to all parties on board. A MUST DO if you are in cancun, playa del carmen, cozumel, or the surrounding areas!

Experiencia fantástica: We were lucky enough to book a 2 hour snorkel trip with Safe Tour Cozumel during our short stay on the island. I cannot say enough good things about this company. All members of their staff were more than helpful and attentive. Arturo Díaz met us personally at our pick up location, help us get to the boat and then was waiting for us when we finished. On the boat all of the crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Jullian was our guide on the boat and he was awesome. He has a fantastic sense of humor, is very professional and willing to help with anything you may need.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great time snorkeling with Safe Tours Cozumel. Everything was easy once we got to our meeting point, which was a 3 minute walk from the cruise port. We felt safe and confident, which can be difficult in an unknown place with people you don't know. Our snorkeling tour guide swam down to show us different sea life and made sure to point things out to us and tell us what they were. He also made sure we were safe and not having any issues with swimming or with our masks/snorkels. Free drinks on the boat were nice as well. It was a great experience. Make sure you check which meeting point you need to go to based on which port you're at if you're on the cruise and make sure you have your $5 cash per person for the pier fee - and then just enjoy!

Experiencia fantástica: The guide was awesome. I had an underwater camera and the guide was able to dive very deep so he offered to video at greater depths than I could go. Here captured great video in and out of coral caves and among fish schools. I never expected the advice and beyond that was offered. Great team of guys!

Experiencia negativa: We booked through this company (safe tours cozumel), who apparently contracted out to another company (shark adventures). There was minimal english spoken. We told them we are beginners - that didn't matter to them at all. More importantly - we had an issue with a passenger not feeling comfortable in the water and panicking - they offered little help to get them out of the water. Another passenger helped him out. Another pair of passengers signaled they wanted to come out of the water and they were tired - the boat driver made them swim further away to join the group, instead of picking them up. All in all - I felt these were all safety issues.

Experiencia negativa: We got a bit of a bait and switch. We ended up on a tour with Sharks Adventure through Safe Tours. They pig piled too many people on a small boat. The tour guides were not cheery, they didn't make it a good time like your guides usually do. We had to put all our things up top and give our shoes only to get them back on the dock after the tour after. It was very strange. We didn't go to Palancar, Columbia, and El Cielo like we were supposed to. Only palancar and El Cielo. We left pretty late. I've never had a bad experience on a snorkel tour and this one was just not great. Also we were not permitted to wear sunblock and were told this after we got on the boat (not 30 minutes prior like they say in their reply). Then when we were in the water the put the ladder up so we couldn't get back on the boat and in the shade. If these are the rules they need to tell you before so you can prepare or decide not to go. I should also mention that we did not try to "pass off" teens as children. We simply did not notice there was a price difference when booking and did not notice that they considered children to be 10 and under. Simple mistake and it shows you the character of the company for trying to denigrate my review by pointing this out. Just check out the services for sharks adventures and see for yourself. I should mention that the people at check in WERE fantastic, however the tour itself was not great.

Experiencia fantástica: Julian and the whole snorkeling crew were fantastic. They did an excellent job of putting us in at terrific spots and guiding us to some beautiful spots. Experiencia positiva: It was very easy and convenient to book the tour via the safetours website, so i am positive about that. But on the day of the tour it turned out we didn't go with 'safe tours', but with Shark adventures Cozumel. I don't know if this is the same company but to us it seemed like we where dropped with another company because safe tours didn't have a full boat themselves. This would not have mattered if the experience was good, but it wasn't. The tour guides where really unmotivated and barely spoke english. They were really eager to push you about giving a tip, but they added zero fun or enthousiasm and were pretty uninterested during the whole trip.

They advised us where it would be best to safely snorkel from the beach in detail. It’s unfortunate that the weather was bad, I’m sure that the tour would have been as good as the people working there.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an Incredible experience with Safe Tours Cozumel. From the moment we arrived at the meeting spot in downtown Cozumel, to Arturo getting us a taxi back to downtown from the pier, we felt totally safe. I was a little nervous to get in unfamiliar water, but Julian answered all my questions, and re-assured me that we wouldn't get eaten by a shark. My boyfriend is new to swimming, and Julian helped him, so by the second reef he was snorkeling on his own! He also enthusiasticly answered all our questions about the sea, breathing under water, and Cozumel in general. Maiko took incredible pictures of us, which we now have for memories. The whole experience was unforgettable, I highly recommend a tour with Safe Tours Cozumel. Thank you Arturo, Julian, Maiko & all the great staff!

Experiencia fantástica: My family of four had a guided tour of Tulum during our cruise on the Disney Magic. We booked it on our own before the cruise because all of Disney’s shore excursions were sold out. Arturo contacted me a couple of times and was very accommodating and very conscious of our ship’s sailing time. At first he didn’t think we could do it because of the ship’s restrictive port schedule. However, instead of just dismissing us and moving on, he found out that the ferry company added a boat to the schedule that would make it possible for us to go to Tulum. When we met him in Cozumel, he gave us very detailed instructions about the ferry from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen, and exactly where to find Sergio, our guide, when we got off the ferry. Sergio was fantastic! It was a very warm day (even though we live in Las Vegas) and he had an ice chest in the van with cold bottles of water. He is of Mayan descent, so he speaks the language and is very knowledgeable about the culture and history of the Maya, Aztec, Toltec, Olmec, and other local ancient civilizations. He was also very aware of our time constraints, and in the end we had a good basic education about Tulum and boarded our ship with an hour to spare! I strongly recommend Safe Tours Cozumel.

Experiencia fantástica: Do your Cozumel snorkeling with these guys, it was great and easy. Don't bother with all the others trying to sell you stuff on the way to the ferry. I just sent them an email asking availability for the next day and they got back to me quickly. They picked us up from the ferry Pier, took us to the marina, we did the tour and they dropped us back at the pier. Definitely suggest that you take Dramamine before the ferry and the tour.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend safe tour Cozumel! They made sure my son and I were safe and equipment was properly secure the entire time! Our guides Miguel and Julian were exceptional! The snorkeling spots we went to had treasures of marine life! As we snorkeled Miguel swam below us and took so many photographs of our adventures, that was priceless! We saw so many colorful varieties of sea life and was kept safe the entire time. Miguel took more advance swimmers down closer to the corals. Julian made sure we all felt safe and our equipment stayed proper. I had accidentally swallowed too much sea water and didn’t feel well and Miguel was more than happy to wave Carlos our captain to bring our boat over.. the care was above and beyond!
