Experiencia fantástica: So much fun! Our guide Juanito was very good! We had reservations for a Sunday and it was really windy so we weren't going to be able to go snorkeling, they were very accommodating and let us use our reservation for a day that we could go snorkeling. I would definitely recommend doing this, it was a great experience!

Wir wurden bei Ankunft einfach wieder nach Hause geschickt, mit der Aussage „ihr habt für gestern gebucht und wart nicht da, eure Tour ist storniert“ so ein Schwachsinn. Die haben sich mit den Buchungstagen vertan. Ich bin an dem Tag erschienen, für den ich gebucht habe. Hab alles schwarz auf weiß mit meiner Buchungsbestätigung. Sie weigern sich mir eine Rückerstattung zu geben, für eine Leistung die ich NIE erhalten habe. Jetzt suchen die sich für ihre Fehler Ausreden aus und verdrehen Tatsachen. Absolut unprofessionell, unfreundlich und definitiv nicht kundenorientiert. Spart euch das Geld und bucht lieber was bei Getyourguide

Experiencia fantástica: This was our second time on the speedboat and snorkeling tour with Cancun Jungle Tours, and it was just as incredible as before! My whole family joined this time, and we had a blast. Our guides, Noel and his son Jr., were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience unforgettable. The speedboat ride was thrilling, and snorkeling was breathtaking with plenty of fish and underwater statues. There was a minor injury, but the staff handled it professionally with a lifeguard ready upon return. Highly recommend this tour—fun, safe, and absolutely worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: I went with my 14 year old daughter to this tour today. We went speed boating to the reef first, then snorkeling and then back through the sea to the lagoon. We liked it. Especially snorkeling on the reef. We saw quite a few turtles and variety of fish. Touring on the boat on max speed of 25mph. It was a bit rough in the sea and more smooth in the lagoon. Attached is our path and some data from Fitbit tracker. 20 miles in total. About 1 hour 45 minutes on water. That was enough time. Good experience of the trip to Cancun.

Experiencia negativa: Please avoid this company - we experienced a terrible, unsafe trip with them and their attitude to safety was appalling. We boarded the boat as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7. The guide led the 5 boats and said we should all stay together for safety. The only problem with this is that the company guide sped into the distance and did not bother waiting for any of the convoy. There were 3 boats out of 6 that were significantly slower than the guides boat which meant we were really struggling to keep up yet the guide didn't seem interested in waiting. When we reached the area to snorkel, the lightening struck and the thunder began. The waves were extremely rough and it was unsafe to snorkel but when asked, the guide shrugged and said it was fine. It really was not fine. We chose to stay in the boat instead of sending our children out to snorkel in the choppy sea. Lightning continued to strike and the thunder rumbled. When asked, the guide smiled and shrugged it off. For the next part of the journey, we headed to the 'jungle' however, the guide continued to plough ahead and didn't wait for the 3 slower boats at all. At this point, the waves were incredibly rough and the storm was picking up. Rain lashed it down and the guide was no where to be seen. Visibility was extremely poor and we were caught in the horrendous storm yet the guide didn't head back to the dock, he just continued to the jungle. We chose to head back to the dock as the children and ourselves were really worried for our safety. When we docked, another boat from the company went to round up the other boats and bring them in to ensure they were safe. No explanation or apology or reassurance was offered. The only exchange was... do you want to buy your (insanely overpriced) photos?! Some of the boats are in really poor condition, they are really slow compared to the guides boat and the guide has no interest in ensuring the whole convoy is safe and following him. He was extremely irresponsible and I was really upset he shrugged off our childrens safety. I am glad we chose to follow our gut instinct and head back to the dock when the guide didn't wait for our boat as the conditions were extremely unsafe. I am in no way blaming this company for the storm... we are in Mexico, there are always storms in September. I am concerned that their attitude to safety is none existent! We asked several times whether it was safe and were shrugged off. We should have returned instead of the guide continuing the snorkel part of the trip and alternative dates or a refund should have been offered. I have tried to speak to this company to express my concerns about our trip, my concerns were brushed off and they said they can't control the weather. I obviously am not upset about the weather, I am upset that we weren't advised to go back to shore instead of put us through the torrent of the storm whilst the guide disappeared from sight. I asked to be refunded for the second part of the trip that we did not get to do and the snorkelling. I was told as I had paid on my credit card, they can't refund. I am now claiming it back through the CC company. It was really expensive too and shocking that it could not be refunded. The kids were traumatised. Please avoid this company if you want to stay safe.

Buena atención de nuestro guía creo que lo mejor de este tour es que comienza en el mar y va directo al arrecife de coral así que en el camino te vas secando, te recomiendo que lleves tus bebidas el speed boat tiene espacio para ponerlas Ahora solo espero hacer pronto el snorkeling con los Cocodrilos Muchas Gracias por el tour a Cancún Jungle Tours!

Experiencia fantástica: What an incredibly fun time!! At first we weren't sure if this was the best option for our tour because this business is located in a cute little hut right on the beach in a somewhat less populated area. But boy did we have an amazing time! Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and professional! From Claudia who booked us at the desk to Jose our tour guide, we just had so much fun and enjoyed ourselves immensely! The Reef dive was beautiful and it was cool to bring home our own little snorkel as a souvenir. We highly recommend booking your tour with these guys!!

Experiencia negativa: Tivemos uma experiência péssima. O nosso tour não durou nem 1 hr. Ao sair da lagoa o mar se mostrou muito agitado. O nosso guia deveria ter recomendado a gente voltar mas ao seguirmos adiante com muitas ondas e o mar muito batido decidimos encerrar o tour. Machuquei meu braço e meu marido q estava dirigindo ficou com as costas bem doloridas. Foi bem estressante pois o guia ficou um tempinho sem olhar para a gente e a gente só queria parar e voltar. E éramos apenas ele e a gente. Estávamos indo na direção de uma tempestade. Voltamos embaixo de chuva e com raios no horizonte. O pior é que outras empresas estavam também saindo com turistas nessa mesma hora que estávamos voltando. Ninguém falou nada. Não tinha rádio nem como avisar se tivéssemos tido algum problema maior. A gente só pensa nisso depois… Aconselho a avaliar bem tudo antes…. E tb o clima, apesar de que nenhuma previsão tinha tempestade para hj.

Experiencia negativa: Arrived at the exact time they asked me to arrive on whatsapp when I booked the tour. The older woman said I should have come 30 minutes early and to wait at their restaurant for a while and eat. Was told 10 more minutes again and again for 1.5 hours until we had enough. Took over an hour after that for them to give us a refund. They became super hostile as soon as we asked for our money back. They could have been honest from the start about how long we would be waiting, and we wouldn't have been upset. It was the nonstop lies and how they kept snickering at us when we would ask them for an accurate estimate that got us stressed out. Edit: Definitely not because of the light rain that came over an hour after you told us 10 minutes! Do not believe their response!

When I asked my family what their favorite part of Cancun was, we all said the jungle tour! Noel is a great tour guide. Will definitely do it again next time we’re in Cancun!

Experiencia negativa: Coral is nearly non existent and very little jungle to be seen during your tour. Guide seemed demoralized and rarely spoke.

Experiencia fantástica: Went speed boating and it was by far the best time I've ever had or excursion for the price. I didn't get to snorkel because it was too windy but I didn't want to snorkel much anyways. They reduced the price to accomodate this and all in all I would recommend any of the activities they offer here before doing anything else because this was well worth it and worth experiencing for the kid like adrenaline rush . I would recommend buying directly from the marina as the prices vary and can easily double if not triple buying from a middle man sales outlet. If you want to fund salesmen to be kind and have alot of money to give away then you can prebook with your agent or hotel or 3rd party vendor and might get transportation included with your package. But keep in mind my airline offered this but I could not book it everytime I tried online. My hotel concierge told me I was not able to book this unless I combined it with something else that would have been just over 4 times the amount I paid directly at the marina. I did however learn that visiting a kiosk in the mall that said information on the top looking for directions would end up costing me double the actual cost and had to deal with another sales pitch to attend a time share property and breakfast. So jet pack tours is the name of the actual vendor where I ended up and it was then I realized that the deposit I paid was not going to them at all. It was his sales commission and I had to pay again. He had mentioned I was not to mention the negotiated price with anyone because he had given me a steal of a deal and can't offer that all the time or risk losing his job over reducing the price so much. Because it was in pesos I didn't realize until that night I had double paid. The staff at jet pack tours said they had not requested a deposit and that was just the price reduced because snorkeling was not possible due to wind speeds that day. They so did not charge the $15 USD all the travel sites and excursion vendors say is required per person so that must be a rate of commission for the vendors selling their packages 3rd party. You can take a bus literally within less than 2 minutes anywhere along the Cancun hotel strip for 12 pesos which is about $0.61USD or $0.83 CAD. The bus ride would be no more than 5 minutes for nearly any hotel there and our cab there was 350 pesos which is $25CAD. So if your looking for a fun excursion and not break the bank do this you won't regret it. I don't have photos of the actual tour as it is not allowed to operate the boat and use a cell phone at the same time and would not have been easy even as a passenger to take. You would likely lose your device in the lagoon. Which by the way I learnt is full of crocodiles. So the little dock in my photo is attached to show where not to put your bare feet or sit

That bar was great and so was the service best fajitas we ate in mexico!! The pictures they snapped were great and we were thr only boat on the tour and our driver make it personal to what fit our needs with our 2 yr old. Great time, great people !!!

Experiencia fantástica: We had the best time in the jungle tour. It fun because we got to pilot the small fast boat which was a cool experience, the snorkeling was nice seeing all the fish and feeding them. Navigating through the jungle was a unique experience. We even saw a small crocodile. The Cap was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend doing this activity if you have nice weather.

Por ejemplo, me cotizaron una tarifa y luego me informaron que tenía que pagar un impuesto de $ 15, pero cuando llegué al muelle del bote de la excursión a la jungla, dijeron: "Oh, son $ 15 por persona". También me dijeron que me dejarían en el muelle, pero luego me subieron a un taxi y dijeron que tenía que pagarlo. Solo pagó mi viaje en taxi al muelle cuando amenacé con cancelar. Además, la recepcionista del tour por la jungla ignora el hecho de que sus tours son promocionados por un vendedor deshonesto. Mi consejo es pedir todos los cargos por adelantado antes de pagar nada.

Experiencia fantástica: We took a speed boat tour today. Gustavo helped us book the ticket. We called a day earlier and he communicated all the way with us. He was just awesome. Ask for him!! We got lucky with a solo tour and it was amazing. Our guide Noel was amazing. He even gave us extra time. Driving the boat was so easy and it was just beautiful. Tip: if you go there make sure Luis clicks your pics. He is the best photographer out there. Did did an amazing job. Make sure you buy the pics. They also have other tours with snorkel, jet ski and trip to isla mujeres. This was the best rate we found in Cancun and the best experience ever. Park your car if needed at the hotel parking which is safe and secure. Must visit!!

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend the boat tour! We did the 5pm tour; Noel Gustavo was our tour guide and he was awesome! He has such a great personality and made the whole event fun! He gave us some stale tortillas to feed the fish under water while snorkeling which was really cool! So many fish came and ate from our hands! Such an awesome experience! Overall the price was great and the experience even greater! Definitely worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the best tours I have ever made. I've been coming to cancun for 6 years now, and don't know why I never did this before. Juanito was our guide and he was really clear in explaining how to drive the boat and also took care of me and my family when we were out in the sea. The snorkelling is great!! We drove the speedboat through the mangrove and when we got back we saw our amazing video and photos took by Malena. She also did a great job capturing our memories from this awesome day. Highly recomended!!!

Experiencia negativa: Noel is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. He carried this place on his back! Noel was great. This was my first time snorkeling and he walked me through it until I got the hang of it! Definitely recommend Noel ..if it wasn’t for Noel I would’ve gave this place ZERO stars Mary & her brother ( camera crew) was very racist towards me ... me & a Caucasian couple went on the group tour .. Mary took our pictures. She charged me $25 for 6 pictures and told me she had no video of me .. cool whatever I paid ... Mary then pulled the Caucasian couple to the side & told them that they could get all their pictures & videos for $25 I then proceeded to ask Mary why was I charged a higher price than them .. she then said “that’s a good question” her brother then jumped in and said “Bc those are our rules” so, your rules are to charge black customers a higher prices than the Caucasian customers??? That’s rude & hateful. I’ll never use this place again Bc of Mary the camera woman & her brother! Tour Date 2-26-2021 3pm

Experiencia positiva: Beautiful. Felt some kind of way about the trip. Lets just say i spenr more than my ticket. Bring an umbrella. Being mosquito repellent. Wear sneakers. Bring money for a bike or a cart with a driver... it was alot but not enough.... enjoy.

Experiencia fantástica: Desde la llegada a registrarnos hasta el momento de despedirnos fue una buena experiencia, Claudia muy amable y muy atenta de nosotros, los formularios se llenaron y nos entregaron nuestro equipo de seguridad (chaleco) y snorkel (sellado, nuevo), Noel se encargo de una manera muy amena de enseñarnos las funciones de la embarcación, las señalizaciones y todo lo referente al tour, NOS PROMETIO MUCHOS PECES Y NOS DIO MUCHISIMOS PECES, fuimos 2 adultos y 2 niños, muchas gracias a todos y seguramente regresaremos

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente tour guiado, ya que tu mismo manejas la lancha, donde visitas el arrecife Maya que aproximadamente toma unos 20 minutos para llegar al área, con un nado de 30 a 40 minutos, posteriormente recorres la Laguna Nichupte.
