Experiencia fantástica: Did the snorkeling and Isla Mujeres experience. The snorkeling was a little intense with the heavy current but my wife loved it! The crew on boat #7 were awesome and kept the drinks flowing!

Experiencia positiva: Christian (driver) and Ernesto (guide) were fabulous. The excursion was a great time, food was awesome, and we still had time when we got back to our hotel to enjoy the later afternoon and evening.

Our guide Lalo was great in building special connection with us all, making the experience smooth, fun and memorable! He’s super knowledgeable and creative and friendly. Also our driver Mano very safely drove us. Much recommended.

From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Angel was informative and made us feel safe throughout the journey. The lunch and drinks provided on the boat were delicious and added to the overall enjoyment of the day. I highly recommend this adventure for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Isla while having a memorable and relaxing time!

Experiencia fantástica: Mich and Omar were our hosts for the Cenote & Lagoon tour. Those two made the experience so enriching - as most great guides do. Highly recommended!! As someone who as taken tours on 5 different continents, Omar is among the best in the world. The downside, I’m hoping some higher-ups from Cancun Adventures see this to address the food situation. We were picked up at 630am (places weren’t open for breakfast yet) and dropped off shortly after 2pm. So 7.5hrs and all we had was a snack bar and water. I understand we can have multiple snack bars, but it wasn’t enough. The tour is sold as 9am-1pm, and with that window I can understand how food would not be provided. But the reality of it being a full day with transportation is different. Still an absolutely stellar experience (hence the 5 stars) that felt safe, informed, on-time. And I’m glad we went to an Oxxo the night before to get ourselves a yogurt and a snack for the morning. Without that, I think the lack of food would have seriously tainted the beauty of this experience.

Experiencia positiva: Trip includes transport from hotel which was great, but also meant waiting on others. The trip to the marina was fine, but for the trip back, we had to wait almost 45min for a family who went on a different catamaran before we could leave the marina. So, I advise not to make dinner plans if you’re doing the 2:30 trip. Cancún adventures, please plan ground transport better. Perhaps keep all parties in one shuttle on the same catamaran. Catamaran is amazing, staff attentive, Isla mujeres interesting. We only had 2 hrs on the island, so for those who want more time, better to use the ferry.

Experiencia negativa: Just know what you’re getting into! We were on a boat with 50-60 guests very interested in partying, dancing, and drinking heavily. Our “snorkel” got out-voted by “more partying” and then we were dropped at Isla Mujeres, cautioned not to drink anything beyond the shop where we were dropped, and left. Our group of 6 begged to stay on the catamaran or just return back with the group they were picking up from Isla Mujeres, but we were told no. After 3 hours we were picked up. After complaining about cancelling the snorkel they stopped for us on the way back to the marina. We got 5-10 minutes in the water, 2 people nearly drowned after drinking heavily for the previous 5 hours, and we saw almost no fish. Our goal was a catamaran ride and snorkeling, this is NOT THAT. If your goal is partying and sightseeing, you will love it! Wish we could have used that day for something else.

Experiencia fantástica: Adults only sailing day trip to Isla Mujeres runs rain or shine. The crew was amazing and despite the weather both being in our favor they did an excellent job making the sailing portion fun. We enjoyed walking around the island and stopped for a brief lunch before heading back. The central shop area is very touristy with many of the same or similar shops; we chose to avoid these but still had a great time on the island.

Experiencia negativa: 6 of us decided to go on this catamaran excursion at a pretty pricey cost of $150 USD per person. As soon as we left the pier, we were summoned to get into snorkel gear and were quickly ushered off the boat to follow the tour guide. 15 minutes later, we were back on the boat and that was it for snorkelling. We then were dropped off on Isla Mujeres on a pier through a tourist shop. Prior to getting off, we were informed that we had to take off all our belongings (as they needed to sail the catamaran back to Cancun for another excursion) and were not allowed to take any snorkelling gear off. Upon asking the "captain" why, he was rude and wouldn't answer why. We found a beach a 10 minute walk away from where we dropped off and we had 3 hours to 'enjoy' the beach.. along with the thousands of other tourists whilst constantly being bothered by people trying to sell you stuff. The return journey took 25 minutes so in total, we were probably on the boat for 1hr15 minutes.. for $150 USD, this was a pretty poor showing. The food was average and the drinks were ok. I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t bother. We found this trip a complete con and rip off. On the way out you stop en route for a quick 25 minute snorkel,just regular snorkels and nothing top quality as stated. Then quickly eat lunch afterwards and you are the. literally dumped on the island at a market full of hawkers and told that “the beach is that way”. We weren’t even allowed to take some snorkels with us. So we then walked to the beach about 10 minutes away,had to pay for sun beds and also pay for any drinks. We were picked up 3 hours later and sailed straight back,albeit with some more drinks. We could have done all this getting the ferry across and gone to a beach on the island for a lot less money,including getting our own drinks and lunch. I feel the trip is not what it makes out to be and would avoid

Experiencia fantástica: We took a sunset cruise on Christmas Eve. It was very well organised including pick up from our hotel. The catamaran was very clean and comfortable. The group size of about 25 was a good number for the activity. The crew continually delivered drinks around the boat which was part of the package, so no need to move about too much. The light diner that was served was more than sufficient. They even managed to provide a perfect sunset.

Experiencia positiva: Timely and professional, got us to isla mujeres on their catamaran along with several other people. I believe there were 21 people on our boat. Best part was just jumping off the boat and swimming. Snorkeling was rushed and fish were few and far between. Food was low mid. Crew were excellent, drink service excellent, time on the island was perfect

Experiencia fantástica: Nous avons fait l’excursion en catamaran ADULTS ONLY SAILING & SNORKELING avec Cancun Adventures et nous avons adoré. Malgré un temps maussade, l’équipe a su rendre cette sortie en catamaran très agréable. Le bateau et le service étaient impeccables . Un grand merci à Celina, Jesus, Isaac, Daniel, Jorge, et Paula. Le spot de plongée était magnifique, la plage propre, et nous avons pu profiter d’activités comme le paddle, tout en nous détendant à bord.

Experiencia fantástica: We did the the Tulum, Cenote and snorkeling with sea turtles tour with Cancun Adventures and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Arun and Victor were incredible guides with a vast knowledge of everything that was part of the excursion. They ensured everyone on the tour had a great time and gave us ample time to enjoy it all without feeling rushed. Our two young sons were incredibly happy the entire time and felt just as involved as any of us adults, it was a very special experience for both of them. Experiencia fantástica: Excellente journée , prise charge depuis Playa del Carmen en minibus jusqu'à Cancun. Aussitôt arrivés, embarquement sur un catamaran, coaché par Abraham Miguel, guide francophone, qui illumine le trajet par sa bonne humeur ! Deux étapes Snorkeling, puis visite libre de l'île , aux maisons colorées. Faites un passage à l'église centrale, la décoration est sobre et magnifique à la fois. Quelques petites boutiques locales à voir, loin des rues centrales encombrées des pièges à touristes traditionnels. Une excellente expérience Merci encore à Abraham et à l'équipage du catamaran, aux petits soins pour les passagers : une collation après la trempette et et cocktails à volonté !

Experiencia fantástica: We didn’t want to leave too far from our resort in our last day. We were sold this experience by a BD Experience person at our hotel. We ended up doing the sunset sail. We had a lot of fun. Our group was fairly small, I think we had 16 people in total. Martin was wonderful and the rest of the crew were also great. The waters were a little rough but it was a lot of fun. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing way to spend some time in the waters.

Experiencia fantástica: $75 USD a person is worth for the trip because experience that you gained is once in a lifetime. Kevin & crew are the best. No matter how hot it is, they will not stop with their service of food and beverages. Very understanding the start/crew is. Alcohol keeps flowing all over and doesn't stop until you're done with your trip. Quality of food was top notch. I hope they maintain it. We dipped at a safe location near the sea and staff was on their feet to assist us. Not even one point of time we felt that they are tired of us. They did it with all their heart. They will pick up from your resort and drop back on time. We were more than 100 KMS away from the port but they will have no complaint. Pick-up and drop is in an air condition van with leather seats. They are comfortable too. Me and my wife tipped a total of $10 USD($5/person). Go for it guys. KUDOS TO THE TEAM.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience going to Isla Mujeres. Catamarans were super clean, the crew was professional, fun loving and super caring. Kids swam and snorkeled in the ocean, saw some cool reefs. Amazing photos from the trip. Lunch was great. We rented a golf cart in the island and it was fun crisscrossing the island taking in the sights including the maya ruins in Punta Sur. Brown Sugar was our skipper and he was fantastic, and we highly recommend this company.

Experiencia positiva: Realizamos la experiencia de nadar con el tiburón ballena y fue espectacular. Desde el primer momento nos atendieron muy bien. Nuestra guía, Jaidi, fue muy profesional y en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Tuvimos la suerte de poder nadar con dos tiburones distintos y, en nuestro caso, sacar todo el jugo a la experiencia, gracias a las indicaciones de Jaidi y de la otra persona que iba en al barco a parte del capitán. La única pega que le pondría a la empresa (no al personal que fue con nosotros en el barco) es que al confirmar la reserva, vía e-mail, nos preguntaron si alguna persona tenía alguna restricción alimentaria y nosotros respondimos afirmativamente a dicho correo, indicando las intolerancias. Como no nos respondían, volvimos a escribir otra vez unos días después sin obtener dicha respuesta. Aunque llevamos impresos dichos emails el día de la experiencia, nadie de la empresa había comunicado nada al respecto al personal del barco.

Experiencia fantástica: While on a cruise, we booked on a catamaran excursion around the island of Cozumel. Best customer service from Russell, Margarito and a couple others. I think the photographer’s name was April, she takes AMAZING pictures. From start to finish we were greeted and treated with VIP service. All inclusive with food and drink included. Excellent family water excursion while in Cozumel. I’ve never seen someone dive down to the bottom on one breath and swim around, through tunnels and interact with the patrons like Russell. He made everyone feel safe, as did the rest of the crew.

Awesome views, the sails go up on the boat and you’re transported to the preserve on Isla. We will be touring with them again.

Experiencia fantástica: Our Isla Mujeres tour was the best catamaran sailing and snorkeling tour I've done - very well organised, with a great tour guide - Sebastian was super energetic and helpful, and gave us loads of useful tips for spending our time on the island, including what deals to expect and how not to get ripped off on the streets. During the snorkel stop, Sebastian guided our group over the reef pointing out specific fish including parrot fish and barracuda. The whole crew on board were great. Food - a Mexican bento box - was enjoyable, and the bar was plentiful.

Our group had so much fun and hopefully we will come back for the experience!!

Experiencia positiva: We did the Tulum Insta Experience Photo tour. The tour was exactly as promised with unlimited photos. Mario and Cesar were great however, I am upset that Cesar did not capture my cenote jump. I specifically asked to be sure it was captured and was told it was. This was the first video I searched for once we received our photos and it was not there. After going back and forth via phone calls and emails for over a week, I was finally told they did not have it. I explained that the photographer specifically told me he captured it. I was told multiple times someone would reach out to the photographer. They continued to send me the video of my male friend and not myself. After we departed Tulum, we were told the photographer states that his video did not appear, "due to the time it took to jump, it was not recorded". So no videos and no photos of the cenote jump after being told the camera was rolling. I stood there for a second before jumping after asking if the camera was rolling and was told yes. That was a poor excuse as my friend's jump was captured. I am very disappointed. I could have very easily re-did the jump prior to departure. I am also not sure how it takes a week to contact a photographer. I kept being told someone would follow-up with me and I had to keep calling back before finally getting an answer.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. Enjoyed a tour to the ruins in Chichen Itza guide Mica and driver were excellent. Tour was timed out perfectly for which included lunch in a quaint restaurant in a nice town. The ruins were fantastic and Micas knowledge and passion were air apparent.

Experiencia positiva: Erick and Judy provided an excellent day of activities for us. Judy was extremely knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information about the sites we visited. My only complaint is that the day was very slow to get started as we made so many stops before we finally reached the first site. The tour booking company told us it would take an hour to get there, but it ended up taking close to 3 hours to get there. I felt that perhaps it could have been better arranged to be more time efficient. Otherwise, the sites and activities were fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: We really enjoyed our day with crew 8 to Isla Majeras. The day started with a van pickup at our hotel where we drove to rhe marina getting everyone setup for our cruise. The registration process was well organized. Then off to the boat. We had crew 8 and they were friendly and well organized as each crew member played a few roles between taking care of the boat, serving us food/drinks and the time snorkeling. First we spent about a half hour sailing, followed by snorkeling for about 45min. We saw at least a thousand fish with schools of different fish and some really nice colorful ones. It was not rushed and everyone seemed to have enough snorkeling during that time but sea was kinda rough that day. Then it was open bar with well made drinks. They served a delicious lunch with chips/gaucomole, snall salad, some protein and a piece of cornbread. After another 30min we arrived at the island where normally you have 3hrs. With rough seas they were closing the marina early so we only had about 90min which was just enough time to drive a golf cart around this beautiful island. On the way back we got even more cocktails, good music and got back to the hotel as planned. It was a great crew, boat, experience, and not crowded at all. We highly recommend it!

Experiencia fantástica: Had an amazing tour with Cancun Adventures! My family with 9yo and 11yo did a tour to Isla Mujeres. We all loved it. We left Cancun by catamaran, stopped halfway to do snorkeling, enjoyed an amazing meal on board and then got time to enjoy Isla Mujeres. We rented a golf cart to explore the island. It was great to feel the breeze on a hot day. Unfortunately I was left with less cash than expected so my tip wasn’t as much as wanted to give. I noticed a lot of tourists not tipping after the tour and it made me feel worse. Their service was top notch. They were friendly and professional, in making our drinks, serving our food, helping us get fitted for snorkeling and everything else. If I ever get the chance to go back, I will be sure to do a trip with Cancún Adventures and bring extra cash for tipping.

Experiencia negativa: Sadly, my review is not like most of the others. While the staff were incredible and very accomodating, the experience felt both deceptive and overpirced. Yes, there are drinks and food provided but the drinks were pretty watered down and the food was practically inedible and very disappointing for $150 pp. Yes we did get to go snorkeling but the equipment was poor quality and several of us were swallowing loads of salt water., making it a bit unenjoyable. There were very few fish varieties when there were fish to see, none of the fancy, exotic fish we saw on the billboard. The Isle de Mujeiros was simply another tourist spot filled with tourist shops and restaurants (which was much better than the food we had on the catamaran). All in all, we had a lovely time because we were with friends sailing on a lovely boat. However, spending over $500 for a family of four was not worth it to me.

Experiencia negativa: Note that they pack every single seat in a small van. Try not to get the last seats for a more enjoyable experience especially for longer rides.

Experiencia negativa: The crew were 5 out of 5. The experience was maybe 3.5. The management was less than 0. We were lied to about the drive time (1:45 minutes one way) then when the return trip was significantly delayed, they weren't even willing to give us a few pictures of the experience without charging an additional fee. There are so many better options than Cancun adventures

Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed by this tour. The crew of boat no9 was very nice but they kept rushing us when we did the snorkeling saying “vamonos, let’s go”… like if we were in some kind of a rush, we must’ve stayed only 15 minutes in the water …then they dropped us on the island for three hours… there was no paddleboard available as advertised. It felt like they were really in a hurry to get their tree hours break and getting their clients off the boat…. We did the tour to do snorkeling and we didn’t see much… a few fish, and then we really had to rush to see the trees statues… it was not worth the price …. You might as well just take the ferry to go to isla mujeres…it’s gonna cost to 10$instead of 155$US for this tour

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve had the best time during our half day catamaran cruise from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. The tour is not the cheapest, but in return you get picked up from the hotel, they drive you to the marina and then things only get better :) we spent 30mins sailing, got a healthy lunch and a couple of rounds of tasty cocktails and then we did some swimming (snorkelling is not our thing). After that we kept on sailing to the island where we spent 3hrs walking around and driving a golf cart around this beautiful island. On the way back we got even more cocktails and got back to the hotel as planned. It was a great experience, not crowded at all, perfectly organised with the best crew :) highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: Have done Adventures with this company in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta, so we knew the quality, and Cancun Adventures did not disappoint. We took the Luxury Sunset Sail on Sept 6th to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We were picked up at our hotel by Pedro right on time. Drove out to the dock where we met Enrique, who was our guide. He was so friendly and shared all about the area. We were thrilled to be onboard with only 14 total passengers and 5 crew. One couple got engaged at sunset. So fun to be part of that. The crew served drinks and a nice platter of hors devours. The sunset was beautiful. It was so peaceful out there and very few other boats about, unlike in Cabo where there are 50 or more boats out at sunset. Definitely well worth the price paid.

Experiencia fantástica: Javier and Myriam were amazing throughout our trip! Very grateful for both of them! We did not bring cash to use at all on this trip due to issues on past trips with being stolen from. It would be amazing if there were non-cash options (i.e. cash app, credit card readers for phone such as square, PayPal, Venmo, etc) to tip guides to allow them to get paid what they are worth and protect tourists from being robbed.

Experiencia fantástica: We used them to visit Isla Mujeres. It was a fun trip. We got to snorkel before we reached the island. We explored the island for several hours. Experiencia fantástica: I went on my fourth excursion with Cancun Adventures. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them! We did the whale shark snorkeling and Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing this time. Both were incredible!

Experiencia fantástica: Getting some random tour company at the hotel travel agency is a crapshoot, but this was a great experience. All the staff were helpful and fun. Drinks served throughout the whole trip. Good snorkeling experience. Our guide even lent us cash on the island when I forgot my wallet.

Experiencia negativa: We did the whale shark tour and myself and my group were honestly very disappointed. Our disappointment is with the lack of organization from the tour guide and boat crew on making sure the group had basic snorkeling knowledge along with being ready. For a 1 hour boat ride "one way" to the location where the whale sharks are found we had a total of 7 minutes in the water. The excessive amount of other boat operators which was 30+ out there is was almost impossible to get more time in the water. I've used the sister company "Cabo Adventures" for many tours and had very good experiences but this was not worth the $160.00 price tag per person. I would hope they could regulate the amount of tour operators per day but this probably won't happen. There are better places to snorkel with Whale Sharks where you get more time in the water, more organized crews and briefing before hand. If this is your only time to see Whale Sharks then sure go for, it just isn't worth the price tag.

Experiencia fantástica: Our guide, Nestor, was fantastic and made the experience amazing. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. We felt very safe during our tour and he ensured the group stayed together and no one got lost. The food was also phenomenal and it was an overall awesome experience. I'd highly recommend using this company if you're wanting to do some sight seeing.

Experiencia negativa: Pésima atención. Anteriormente he tenido la experiencia de estar en otros lugares de paseo y está fue nefasta, me tocó de guía un personaje que solo interactuaba con las personas hablantes del idioma inglés y en lo personal solo manejo el español y el francés lo cual se me dificultaba entender lo que daba a comunicar, si dio una explicación breve en español de lo primordial pero en realidad toda interacción de la comunicación hablada fue entre los hablantes de la lengua inglesa. Haciendo sentir a los que no le entendíamos fuera de su logística. Cómo sugerencia; si los guías disfrutan más la interacción entre los extranjeros deberían dedicarse a grupos exclusivos y dejar claro que no se hablara o dará ningúna explicación en español, así se evitaría uno la pena de asistir a estos grupos y buscaría otras opciones para disfrutar de estos bellísimos lugares o bien debería darse el tiempo necesario en la atención entre el público de lengua inglesa y el público de la lengua española. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que dentro de la instalación del transporte te hacen quitarte el calzado para no maltratar el piso, es entendible pues se tienen que cuidar las instalaciones, pero habían personas que tenían poca higiene en sus pies y a simple vista se notaba que tenían hongos en las uñas de los pies, así como ellos cuidan sus instalaciones así también deberían cuidar la salud y la higiene de los que adquirimos el paquete de viaje. En lo personal no lo recomiendo mi experiencia con este guía fue horrible!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing could not recommend it enough! Views were exquisite, drinks were good, and the crew was such a blast. We did the sunset cruise to isla mujeres on boat 3 I cant remember our tour guides name I want to say Shiva? She and the rest of the employees were incredibly attentive and kind! Our driver to and from the resort was Julien in bus 100 and he was honestly a tour in and of himself. He told us all about the city answered questions even through the language barrier and was all around such a sweet man. Gave us so many recommendations for the next time we were in town and even let us know some good taco places in the area we could stop by! I would definitely be traveling with this company again!!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an overall great experience through the help of amazing crew members of Cancun Adventures. Here are the three adventures we embarked on: Isla Mujeres/Snorkeling: we went aboard Catamaran #17 with David and had a great time escaping our all-inclusive resort to enjoying the hustle and bustle of Isla Mujeres. We went on the afternoon tour and saw a beautiful sunset on our way back to Playa Mujeres marina. Chichen Itza Express: took a two hour drive west of the resort to see one of the wonders of the world! We had a great driver, Ataulfo, and a wonderful guide, Gabby, walking with us to provide historical backgrounds and ensuring that everyone had a great time. We bonded with everybody in our small group and had a delicious almuerzo in Valladolid before heading back. Super hot, but wow, the site takes you back in time. ¡Increíble! Whale Shark Experience: a once-in-a-lifetime experience to swim with such a magnificent creature. We began the day stoked to get this opportunity, but little did we know it would come at a price: sea sickness. Going 30 miles offshore for the first time was no joke. Thankfully, our amazing guide, Michelle, Lupe, and captain Alexis took great care of us. We especially enjoyed being on board with Michelle; her sense of humor, enthusiasm, and passion for the whale sharks made this trip one of the most rewarding experiences ever. Make sure you take some motion sickness meds

Experiencia positiva: We had a good time taking the catamaran over to Isla Mujeres. The provided transportation arrived at our hotel on time. The crew was really good at getting people drinks and food while sailing. They did a good job at giving us tips before we had 3 hours to explore the island. We did not enjoy the photographer on board who kept hounding us about taking photos that she would trip to sell to us at a ridiculous price at the end of the trip. Also our tour guide repeatedly asked people to get out there phones and write a review on the spot, he was very pushy, made for a sour ending to a pretty good day.

Experiencia fantástica: We had such a fun trip on Boat #9 back in May! Even though we got rained on coming back to the mainland, the crew was great and it seemed like they truly enjoyed what they were doing. They did an excellent job watching out for all of us during the trip and it was so much fun! Would love to go back and do it again!

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT book this tour as they are SCAM artists. We booked this tour for a birthday weekend with 8 friends and spent an hour and a half waiting in the lobby without a driver showing up. When I called they said the driver had already come. This was 100% not the case as you cannot get onto the resorts property without checking in with security at the front manager and the tour desk at the resort checked with security as well and no one ever came from the company for our pickup. There was no option for a refund and no missed calls or texts. Also please note, about a week ago one person decided not to come on the tour, so though they are supposedly offering 100% returns bc the cancellation was more than the required time. Instead they provided about 65% of the money back to that person as they said they won’t refund taxes and fees, etc.

Experiencia fantástica: We took this excursion from the recommendation on our hotel. We were on boat #9 with Arturo and his crew. High praises, top tier 10/10. They even located a pair of sunglasses we lost. The food was excellent along with an open bar. More snorkel time would have been nice. Isla Mujeres is beautiful as always. We highly recommend this snorkel tour if you are in Cancun.

Experiencia negativa: Did an ATV Ride with Rodrigo and Abel which was a big scam. They would not allow you to carry your cellphone “because of safety reasons”, but gladly hold you hostage by forcing you to buy their photos for $80. Avoid at all costs. A bunch of thieves taking advantage of tourists.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great time on our trip! We have used Adventures multiple times (Puerto Vallarta, Cabo, and now Cancun) and they've all been excellent. We got a windy day for our luxury sailing, so unfortunately, snorkeling was cancelled. But, it made sense given the weather. The crew and trip were still awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: We took a morning catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres with Cancun Adventures. Our pickup in Playa del Carmen was right on time. The crew onboard #16 were fantastic! Well organized, kept everything clean, ensured we all had whatever bevvies we wanted at all times, and were polite and helpful. (A woman dropped her glasses in the marina and a crew member dove in to retrieve them!) Our guide, Shiva, was adorable and excellent at explaining and advising. Snorkeling and swimming was fun. We rented a golf cart on our free time to go to the temple of Ixcel at Punta Sur and loved the experience. Our only suggestion would be: music is great but too loud. Thanks all.

Experiencia negativa: How is 90 minutes on a catamaran (with way more people then there were supposed to be on it) and FOUR HOURS in Islas de las Mujeres called “Luxury sailing”?! Where was the sailing? The nice parts were snorkeling, time on the boat and drinks, but to spend almost four hours on crowded, dirty, tourist trap-y Islas de las mujeres with no guide or tips on what to do and where to go was tiresome and ruined our experience. The staff and service were good, but the adventure should be called “Boat taxi to islands where you get harassed by everyone and there is nothing to do except to lay on an overcrowded beach, listen to Gasolina by Don Omar and get yelled at by mango sellers.” Stars are for a caring staff and the fact that we got a nice tan from the boat taxi.

Experiencia fantástica: Una experiencia maravillosa desde la recogida hasta volver. Yo tomé el Paseo en Catamaran a Isla Mujeres en el Catamaran 17 con Alex de guía y me sentí VIP desde que subí al barco, te reciben con jugos, luego te explican lo que se hará, hacemos buceo de superficie en una zona segura donde verás peces, corales y hasta estatuas unidas (ellos te tan los equipos y los flotadores), se abre el Open Bar de bebidas variadas, luego viene el almuerzo de buen sabor y calidad, navegación y un chapuzon al llegar a la isla. Luego te dan 3 hrs para caminar y explorar a tu gusto. Tienen una zona exclusiva con bar para esperar que vuelva el Catamaran a recogerte o para que te quedes allí disfrutando de la playa y el sol. Un día sin desperdicio y de calidad. HAY QUE HACERLO si vienes a Cancun.

Experiencia fantástica: Took the Luxury sailing trip to Isla Mujeres. What an amazing time. Although Mother Nature said there would be no snorkelling, the crew led by Pedro made sure we all hd a good time. The whole crew went above and beyond for food and drink service. Once we arrived on the island Pedro was very informative about where to go and what not to do. All around I would not hesitate to use them again for a trip.
