Experiencia fantástica: We booked an excursion through Disney Cruise Line to snorkel and enjoy a private beach and of course a catamaran ride. Angel was the captain. He did an amazing job communicating with us and ensured our safety. His whole crew was amazing. I would do this excursion every time we go to Cozumel. Highly recommend. My kids enjoyed it just as much as we did.

Experiencia negativa: Way to crowded and very subpar snorkeling. We came off a cruise ship and they loaded 4 catamarans packed full of people. Then they took all of us to a random spot just off the short with very few fish and basically no coral. We had to stay in a cluster together and it was pure chaos in the water. The snorkeling was for a very short time period and they made us get out of the water. Then we went to a beach which we enjoyed, but they only let us stay there a little over an hour. They were super intense on the time because I think they turned the boat around for an afternoon tour. The staff was nice, but I would never recommend this trip, and I would never do it again.

Experiencia negativa: Snorkeling was a 2/10. All grouped together, no coral, and just a bad experience. If it's your first snorkel experience, it'll be enough but it's honestly not much. Way better snorkeling in the area. Beach was moderately fun. Kids enjoyed the blow up stuff. But only there for an hour. Overall, not worth the cost.

We spent the day on a catamaran, made a stop to snorkel, hang out at a sand bar, then to a beach to enjoy a cheese burger. we caught the sunset on the way back to the pier. The staff were personable, safe and overall great! We brought our 2 kids and they had fun as well. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I took a Christmas cruise with Disney and had the chance to go on an excursion with Fury Catamarans. Boat #3 was incredible, and the crew was fantastic! The music, the snorkeling location, and the stunning scenery were all top-notch. The photographer captured a wonderful moment of my daughter snorkeling. I also had a great time at the dance party. I can’t wait to join them for another excursion in the future! A picture of the beautiful water!

Experiencia negativa: I booked a Catamaran Snorkel & Beach Party for my wife and I through our Cruise Ship Line Holland America inJanuary 2025. It was the worst snorkeling we ever had and over the years we have done at least 25 snorkeling excursions. Cozumel has some excellent snorkeling, but Fury took us straight down the coast and only about a mile from the next large cruise ship dock and stopped about 50 yards off shore in a pretty busy boat traffic area. There was really nothing to look at there except they used a bit of fish food to attract a small school of fish. Because of the high boat traffic they kept everyone in a tight group constantly bumping into each other and pestered us for pictures with the fish they were feeding so they could sell them to us. This was a total ripoff and kept us from enjoying the great snorkeling that Cozumel offers. The staff was nice, but ,wow, what a farse of a snorkeling trip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Experiencia fantástica: I booked this fantastic tour on Viator. We went snorkeling and to El Cielo and to the private beach club. The crew were professional, helpful, fun, and focused on our safety. I’ve been on other boat tours where I thought I might die! Never once did I feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The snorkeling was Insane! The waves were high, the currents were really strong, but we delightfully endured I saw lots of fish, a sea turtle A lobster . The longest part of the trip is getting to and from, next the snorkeling is about 40 mins, El Cielo 30 mins and beach club 1 hour. Overall it was really fun!

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great experience! Christmas day was pure enjoyment!! Despite working on Christmas morning, our crew was ready and welcoming. They were friendly, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to keep their guests entertained and safe. Clean snorkeling gear was provided and there was a seamless transition from crusie to catamaran and catamaran to each destination. Snorkeling was awesome, underwater guest pictures were offered and were beautifully taken. Tons of fish to see! Private island and inflatable Waterpark were well kept and filled with things to do(relaxing on hammocks, volleyball, massage, food, kayak/paddleboard, everything needed was provided). Music and dancing on the ride back was fun for all ages. Would highly recommend, it was surely a trip to remember. Huge thank you from our party of 14.

Experiencia fantástica: We just did this tour today and it was amazing! Shout out to the Boat 5, Fernando and his crew!! Everybody was so friendly, they served you margaritas, sodas and beers all over the boat for free, the water was crystal clear. The beach was private with chairs, umbrellas, hammocks, water slides! They had amazing burgers for 12$ and very affordable gifts.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a great excursion. The crews top priority is safety. Snorkeling was amazing the guide was very knowledgeable to all the species of fish. The private island was perfect and relaxing the fresh grilled burgers were amazing. The ride back to shore was awesome all you can drink beer and margaritas. I will definitely be doing this excursion again.

Experiencia negativa: This used to be a very nice tour, however, it has degraded into a low quality budget adventure. You first board the catamaran which used to be a very nice and shiny clean boat and now they are old and dingy. You will arrive at the first place to snorkel in which they will allow you to get out and float over a mostly bare bottom area. They will not tell you anything you see or help you see anything. However, they do have a photographer that tries to take pictures of you and sell them to you when you got on the boat. Please note you can negotiate for these photos on the boat. Their beach club is very old, and is dilapidated. The grill area is filthy, and you will pay handsomely for food. The inflatable waterpark is old and covered in growth. Many of the handles to assist you in climbing have been ripped off over many many years and they were not repaired. You will be disappointed on your route, as you will pass a very colorful and updated inflatable waterpark, and that is not the one you will go to. They do not warn you about jellyfish in the area. Two of us were stung, including one right as we exited the boat to get to the waterpark. There were no safety precautions or warnings regarding the jellyfish, however, it wasn’t that bad, and was not the catalyst for this low review. They let us know during a 15 minute safety overview that they have cameras on the boat and they will use them against you should anything go wrong on the tour. Most of the safety briefing discussed the cameras and litigation. After the tour was over, the main tour guide came up to me and asked how we were doing with the jellyfish stings. But that’s not really what he was doing, he had brought with a release form for me to sign, releasing them of all liability. I thought that was a little Terse, given the fact that they could’ve warned us about the jellyfish in the area as well as put a net up around the staircase where you enter into the water. It is a generic tour that does not provide you with any individualization or character. No one will explain to you any of the fish or wildlife you were seeing. And they do not attempt to awaken some of the sea creatures which normally tour guides do for you. Also note that you don’t get any snorkeling fins, which makes this difficult to navigate in the water. You also receive a very low quality breathing tube without a check valve.

From start to finish, the crew was friendly, professional, and truly made the trip enjoyable. The catamaran itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of seating and a smooth ride. We snorkeled in beautiful waters and saw vibrant coral reefs and tropical fish. The open bar and tasty snacks added to the fun atmosphere, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or a first-time visitor, the Fury Catamaran is an excellent choice for a day on the water! Highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: I recently went on a catamaran tour in Cozumel, and while the area we visited was absolutely stunning, the experience was a bit mixed. The snorkeling spots and scenic views were breathtaking, making it clear why this is such a popular excursion. However, the tour was quite overcrowded, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. The catamaran felt packed, with too many people onboard, which sometimes made moving around challenging and took away from the relaxed vibe I was hoping for. It also affected the snorkeling experience, as the large number of people meant limited space and time to truly explore underwater. Overall, the natural beauty of Cozumel can't be beat, but I hope they reconsider group sizes to provide a more comfortable and personalized experience.

Experiencia positiva: Had a birthday party of almost 100 people so we needed two catamarans. Overall had a great time! Fury cannot control the waters. (was kinda rough for inexperienced snorkelers and El Cielo didn't live up to the hype due to surge and murky waters) However, while snorkeling we did see a turtle, a shark, and a mermaid. Had a great party. Staff was very helpful and provided lots of drinks.

Experiencia fantástica: Did a Fury trip in Sept of 2024 very excellent. Clean catamaran, clean bathrooms. Jonathan did very well. The food was excellent. Paco at the beach was excellent. Jerry, Charlie and the whole gang were great.

Experiencia fantástica: We went on this excursion as part of our Royal Caribbean cruise. It was such a blast! Angel and his crew did an amazing job. They were so friendly and took great care of us! The island we went to was beautiful and snorkeling was great!

Experiencia negativa: Overcrowded catamaran with lame snorkling and bad drinks. Waters were rough and everyone was swiming on top of each other, fighting to avoid getting kicked or swatted. Staff was shouting and herding us like cattle to hurry us around. Snorkling was very short and not much to see anyway. Included drinks were Dos Equis, Pepsi, 7UP, water, and some nasty premade fake "margarita" served from a large drink dispenser cooler. On the beach, burgers were $12 ea. with a bag of chips. Same nasty free drinks. Time on the beach was also very short. The company provides all snorkel gear and it was in good condition. The beach area had great seating options in the sun or shade, water inflattables, life jackets, kayas and paddle boards all available for use. There was a photographer onboard who took nice photos sold them for $15 each.

Experiencia fantástica: We had the best time on boat 4 with the crew. The boat is well maintained, organized, and the staff is fantastic! My only disappointment was that we did not snorkel on a reef. It was just the basic bottom of the ocean near the beach we were going to. The beach was wonderful. The excursion was presented as snorkelIng over a reef and I was really looking forward to seeing a coral reef! Other than that, this was a great time for a reasonable price. Just don't expect to see anything huge in the water. Some fish and a basic bottom.

I will definitely do this RC ship excursion again. (snorkeling, private beach chairs and cabanas, cheeseburgers, ocean inflatable slides, kayaks, and nonstop adult beverages.) Good gear, clean boat, lots of shade, excellent location for snorkeling. The catamaran picked us up just outside the cruise terminal, so no driving. The beach was clean with lots of things to do. Free drinks, burgers on the beach were $12 if you wanted one. If you only choose one spot on your cruise, this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: Captain was entertaining driving the catamaran. Lots of dancing, snorkeling was beautiful. So much intrustuction. We went to a private resort and relaxed for a hour plus. Every shipmate was happy and fun. Tequila!

We snorkeled for about an hour, took a short cruise south to their private beach with plenty of water toys, drinks, food, and clean bathrooms. Absolutely would recommend to everyone!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely had an amazing time during our December cruise with Celebrity. Fury Catamaran’s Crew was a blast, photographer was actually great too & totally worth it!! Highly recommend. Snorkeling can be a bit crowded so I definitely recommend doing a private tour if you want good views/footage, but otherwise the catamaran, the island and excursion experience were all worth it! Loved the kayaking!

Experiencia negativa: They put too many people on the catamaran! Fernando was very rude when giving us the safety speech. He was yelling at people for not giving the correct signals when they were getting out of the water and threatened to charge $100 dollars if anybody needed to be saved! There were children in the water that were struggling to swim. 2 lifeguards for 50 people is not enough. Then there were more problems when we were on the beach we decided to walk back to our resort that was very close and Fernando threatened us and tried to make us pay for a taxi and had one of our people sign a waiver of some sort that we didn't need. Then he told us we had to get back on the boat by yelling at us and telling us we needed to leave the beach immediately. We were a group of 10 paying customers getting scared. We paid a lot of money to have a fun day on the water and it turned into a nightmare. The only person who was helpful and nice was Paco. I would avoid this snorkeling tour until they make some safety changes.

Experiencia fantástica: Lovely day on the Fury Catamaran snorkeling excursion. We were picked up at Paradise Beach but I believe they have a pickup option at the port. The gear included a new snorkle, life jacket and goggles. Crew would add / remove air from your life jacket as needed. Of course you could bring your own gear too. The crew were helpful and knowledgeable. First stop at Columbia Reef followed by El Cielo and a lunch on the Fury Beach to end the day. Fury Beach is set up w all the beach activities, including inflatables, kayak, SUP boards, lounge chairs, and hammocks. Alcohol drinks provided after snorkel activity (margaritas and beer). Party music on the ride for all the dancing too!

Experiencia negativa: Purtroppo a causa di vento forte ci hanno comunicato che il tour sarebbe stato cancellato il giorno stesso e noi eravamo già a Cozumel. Ci siamo quindi organizzati per i fatti nostri e abbiamo visitato i dintorni. La sera alle 18 prendiamo il traghetto per rientrare a Playa del Carmen e chi ci troviamo che rientra dal giro ? Proprio loro! Con una decina di turisti a seguito Comunicazione da migliorare

Experiencia negativa: Used this service for an outing with my family it was a fun time and we were able to experience seeing a lot of fish and coral reef. The reason for the one star was because of the racism I witnessed against a Muslim family. I openly witnessed the captain of the boat being rude and treating the family very poorly in comparison to everyone else on the boat. I am not one to write reviews, but I don’t tolerate racism, and I don’t think business deserve work your hard earned dollar if they don’t treat people fairly

Experiencia positiva: Great experience …. Nice ride and snorkeling in 2 locations. Snorkeling time maybe extended instead of 45 min on the beach eating hamburgers. Plenty of drinks on the boat. I wish we stopped to another location for snorkeling. They provide masks and tube… no fins and life jacket (mandatory to wear).

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I had so much fun on this trip. The crew took amazing care of us on and off the catamaran. The day was filled with fun, the crew are hilarious. The crew couldn't do enough to ensure that we had a fantastic time and made sure that our glasses were always topped up. I highly recommend this trip!

Experiencia positiva: The experience was awesome however short lived. The snorkel itself was relatively short seemed to be only about 15-20 minutes. Then they brought us to the private beach which is extremely fun and relaxing. The only issue was they only gave us 1.5 hours on the beach which is not enough time to play amd relax. We were done by 11 am which is pretty lame when you have 5 more hours to spend in the port

Experiencia positiva: El barco es justo como en la publicidad, la tripulación es muy servicial y se cumple con lo que prometen. Vas al arrecife, haces snorkel, luego a una playa cristalina... no haybestrellas de mar... yo creí que ahí era, pero resulta que el Cielo y el Cielito son cosas diferentes. Luego te llevan a una playa privada donde hay juegos infalibles en el agua y es super divertido. El único gran problema que nosotros tuvimos es que la comida nos dio una diarrea espantosa, que nos duró 2 días y arruino los últimos días de vacaciones pues la.pasamos mal, con fiebre y entre el baño.

Experiencia negativa: La atención puede mejorar bastante, así como la actitud del crew. Al contratar deben estar seguros de qué incluye su paseo, ya que NO va al Cielo ni a Cielito, ya que el catamaran es muy grande para estar ahí. Nosotros fuimos porque nos prometieron ver las estrellas de mar y fuimos engañados ya que no se hace esta parada.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice excursion for a decent price. Omar and his team took great care of all aboard. Pick up was very close to the Disney Cruise ship. Our tour took us on a catamaran to snorkel (however they did NOT take us to El Cielo our favorite spot in Cozumel). The water was pretty and we saw a good amount of fish, but not the best Cozumel has to offer. Next we were dropped off at a beach area, with chairs and umbrellas. The children loved the floating slides in the water. Food was offered at a cost, however free drinks were offer on the boat and at the beach (beer, margaritas, soft drinks and water).

Experiencia fantástica: We rented a private catamaran for 50 people through Fury. We got married at Mr. Sancho's, then walked to Fury beach and ate a delicious lunch before getting on the catamaran that served as our wedding reception. We worked directly with Adalberto who was phenomenal and very accommodating to all our requests and needs. The catamaran captain and crew were all very nice and eager to make sure everyone had a great time. The water was beautiful and crystal clear allowing for excellent snorkeling. We saw many sting rays and beautiful fish. We couldn't have asked for a better boat or crew. I would highly recommend Fury Catamarans.

Experiencia fantástica: We took Catamaran tour to visit Colombia reef, El Cielo and private fury island. We had a very nice sunny day. There were about 40 people in the boat, glad it was not much, as the boat has 100 people capacity. We brought small cooler with additional refreshments like fruits and juices, since they only offer sodas, beers and margaritas. The staff did their best to keep passenger secure and well informed about the rules and plan for the tour. It last about 5 hours and 30 min, I thought it was too long, but it really felt short time in each of the locations we stopped for activities. It was super fun, and beautiful, fury beach fully equipped and well organized, 2 options chicken or beef hamburgers, very delicious. I will totally recommend and I would love to be back soon!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely loved this excursion! We booked early through Royal Caribbean and got a discount. Finding the boat was easy, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, and we even had a couple that wasn’t very kind and the staff took change and moved them away from our group. They give clear instructions and set expectations. OMAR and his crew were wonderful! The photos were cute and not overpriced. The beach spa was very reasonable and relaxing. The hammocks were awesome. Snorkeling was fun. Facilities were well maintained. Overall a terrific day to spend adventuring/relaxing in Mexico! The only feedback that I heard from some of my group was that the margaritas were weak and tasted like 7 up. My feedback would be to tweak the recipe. Thanks so much to your crew!

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente, el trato del crew muy bien, te llevaban bebidas aunque no las pidieras, el lugar de snorkel está muy limpio, agua cristalina, después te llevan a una playa privada, puedes comprar comida pero las bebidas son gratis, la arena blanca, tienen inflables en el agua grandes para jugar, muy recomendado.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the highlight of our trip on our Royal Caribbean cruise! We picked Fury after recommendations from a friend and it did not disappoint. Our crew and captain were phenomenal. They brought the energy, the tunes and made it a great experience for everyone on board. They were attentive and made us feel taken care of the entire trip. The boat ride out was lovely and we saw flying fish on our way back. The snorkeling was incredible and there was so much to look at and enjoy. The beach club had plenty of space to relax in the shade or play in the water. Thank you Omar & crew for a fantastic day in Cozumel.

Experiencia positiva: We booked through Celebrity cruise line and had a fun day on #2 with an energetic and fun captain and crew. We didn’t snorkel so can’t comment on that but “fury beach” was a small private beach with plenty of chairs, inflatables, and kayaks. Free drinks (soda, water, beer, and margaritas) are plentiful on both the boats and the beach.

Experiencia fantástica: We did the Fury Catamaran and Beach Break in Cozumel while cruising with Disney Cruise Line. It was the highlight of our trip. It was very family friendly. The kids loved snorkling and the blow up obstacles at the beach. They had a dance party as we cruised back to the ship. It was the perfect way to spend our port day! Highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: This NCL arranged trip was a “meet at the pier” Fury Catamaran sail to snorkel an off-shore reef and then spend time at the beach (complimentary drinks), and then an on-board music, booze-cruise back to the port. It was fun but there were 90 passengers and a crew of 6. The snorkel time was short and was a tangle of people and legs and getting kicked in the face. We had to stay together or the staff yelled at us. Bonus I had my underwater camera, and one staff member free-dove to get some excellent coverage. There was even “paparazzi,” or onboard photography so we bought a $20 photo to capture our day. My husband (who chose not to snorkel on this trip) noted that the crew all hosed off afterward but did not mention that the passengers should probably do so as well. I ended up with a severe case of sea lice AKA sea bather’s eruption. Participants should have been advised of the sea lice (jellyfish larvae) in the water. Overall, a nice, albeit crowded time. Warning if you have sensitive skin or are allergic to bug bites you might want to skip this one or at least rinse off and change clothes/bring antihistamine and topical cream.

Experiencia negativa: Worst cruise I have ever been on. Manny the manager yelled almost the whole trip and blew his whistle several times. Kept making us go forward for no reason and no explanation. Totally not the vacation vibe I was looking for. I felt like I was in grade school with all the whistle blowing.

Experiencia positiva: We had a good time on this snorkel but we’ve had better. The crew was very attentive and safe. Our issue came once we got to the beach. My daughters are 17 & 20. The guy told them they had to be 18 to paddle board. They are experienced paddle boarders and the water was very calm and shallow and roped off. My 17 year old walked away bummed out and he proceeded to give my 20 year old a hard time about her age. She told him she was a senior in college and he finally said ok. It was stupid and caused conflict that didn’t need to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Our excursion was on a somewhat stormy day. The crew made sure we made it out of port just in time to miss the rain. The snorkeling experience was great and we were able to see so many fish! The beach was great and they kept the drinks flowing! Manny and his crew are amazing!
