Experiencia positiva: Had a fun ride. There was some confusion with our booked trip, but it worked out just fine because they let us have a 4 seater UTV for the same price as 2, 2up ATV, to go with the 2 other 2up ATVs we had. The tequila tasting tour was excellent. We wish we were offered the photos at the end of the trip, because we would have purchased some.

Experiencia positiva: Amazing guides and thrilling ride through the jungle to such a beautiful isolated area! Food at the Eden was pricey for what it was but the food and drinks were very tasty. Definitely took us a minute to get the tour started, but once it was going my girlfriend and I had a blast! Swimming in the river was COLD but awesome! And the tequila & liquor tasting at the end was the cherry on top!

Experiencia negativa: Lo peor en promesas de ventas...! Hay sobre venta de los paquetes que ofrecen y entonces inventan sus famosos intermedios solo para no aplicar devolución. El tour entonces solo será de 20 minutos y no visitaras los lugares asignados en la logística. Tengan cuidado.

The service was top-notch from start to finish – they clearly prioritize both safety and fun. The ATV tour itself was absolutely thrilling, taking us through gorgeous trails with stunning views. Experiencia positiva: El viaje en moto me gustó. La seguridad fue buena, los guías siempre atentos a que todo estuviera bien. Pero el tiempo que estuvimos en El Edén fue muy poco, no te da tiempo para disfrutar y la verdad para el precio que se pagó ($1500 por dos personas) no lo vale, porque no disfrutas nada. Nos habían prometido que habría un mirador y no hubo.

Experiencia fantástica: We walked in and booked for the next morning. Had a great time. Danny Boy and his compadres were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The ride begins at their facility in Mismaloya, down the highway for a photo op at Los Arcos, then back south on MX 200 where we turned off the highway and climbed the mountain on a 'paved' road. This was to get us familiar with the equipment. Then we went back to Mismaloya and up the mountain to Eden, where Predator was filmed. We spent about an hour there. You can eat there, or if you pay additional, ride ziplines. You can swim and dive in a river. Then, back down the mountain to a tequila tasting, then back to the starting location. When we went, the road was very rough from rains, but this actually made it enjoyable on the atvs. Otherwise, a smooth road may have been boring. At the top, they try to sell you a photo package of your trip. The photos looked good, but they were more than we cared to spend. Recommend an approximate 3 hour adventure.

Experiencia fantástica: This tour was awesome! From first introductions to the moment we said our goodbyes, Jorge and his team were incredibly hospitable, professional and friendly. We were a group of 8 adults and they made us laugh the whole time with their wittiness and fun. They prioritized safety, and it was clear they truly want their customers to have a great time on their tour. We had a delicious lunch at El Eden and visited a local Tequila business where we tasted many flavors and left with a few bottles to take home. Riding ATVs into the jungle and being welcomed by the locals was a highlight of our entire week in PV!

Experiencia negativa: 1:30 tour did not start until after 2:30. Tour started with a 5 minute safety talk about the dangers of ATVs, after which staff handed us broken helmets that would not fasten. Despite highlighting how dangerous this was, they told us they had no working ones left and told us it would be fine. after 100 metres I had seen enough to know there was little concern for safety and left.

Experiencia negativa: Not recommended. I paid for the transportation and i was told to be at the corner of the square. The drive passed by and didn’t picked me up. They didn’t even apologize for that and i had to pay the taxi myself.

Experiencia fantástica: Pedro was our tour guide and he was very nice! I did the atv/ zip lining combo and I was exhausted by the end of the tour but I had an amazing time! They have ATMs in the area and accept card. Make sure you bring for deposit and an ID/ or license if you do the ATVs

Experiencia fantástica: When we first approached the facility, we were met by Jorge, from the first interaction we knew this would be a magnificent experience! Jorge was laid back and most informative and you felt like you were at home, he was informative and joking at the same time, we reserved a spot for the next morning. Then we met Ozzy, a young and very knowledgeable leader under Jorge’s direction. He was awesome and made sure everyone knew all safety precautions. He was the same as Jorge, serious with his position but made us laugh and feel at home. Then we had the “Mexican Paparazzi”, Alex, we never saw him pass us, but he was at every turn and photo opportunity there was! These guys were great tour guides and the ATV Tour is a must, these guys make the tour! Truly recommend these guys! Thanks Jorge, Ozzy and Alex for a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a blast! This was our second ATV adventure, but first time with this company. The ride was more than adequate with mostly off-road trails The staff was very attentive ensuring safety for all participating.

Experiencia negativa: Muy malo el tour la verdad super aburrido, muy lento, atencion del personal muy malo. La verdad no vale la pena gastarse su dinero aqui. Recomiendo mejor rentar unas motos e irse de escursion aparte. Aaaaaa y no te dejan usar tu telefono o gropro por que un muchachillo que anda tomando fotos te quiere vender 10 fotos tuyas en 40dlls o 20dlls solo una foto jajajaja super chafas las fotos por cierto. Lo unico bueno fue el tequila

Experiencia fantástica: Me pareció exelente tour, el personal por parte del staff muy buenos chicos, bilingües, agradables, siempre al pendiente de todos los turistas, explicando de manera clara las actividades, nos sentimos muy cómodos y seguros con ellos, los precios super accesibles $1300 por el tour de moto y tirolesa, solo tomar en cuenta que se deben dejar $1000 pesos de depósito por cada moto.

Sure like many things in Mexico there is the "buy Tequila" stop on the Tour, and "buy Photo Memories", but all is done without any pressure and done professionally. I'd highly recommend this tour and this company

Experiencia fantástica: A Friend and I came here for our Christmas vacation and neither one of us was experienced in ATVing or or Zip lining... from the moment when we began riding our ATVs we had a blast!!! I made sure to wear a (bright lime green shirt and shorts) just so it's easier to see me. the staff was great lots and lots of laughs. Zip lining was thrilling definitely a must stop vacation spot for anyone planning on coming to Puerto Vallarta..

Experiencia negativa: Not what we expected. Just a quick summary for ATVs Tour only.. They picked us up almost an hour late... We got to the Eden 45 min before everything closed.. You either get in the water or hike for a short time.. and not have enough time to eat, or you either come here to eat not do anything else. Not worth the money.,don't waste half of your day!
