Experiencia fantástica: Es una muy buena opción para dejar/enviar los paquetes de diversas compañías de envíos que no tenemos en Tulum. Savana recibe tus paquetes y los camiones recolectores de diversas paqueterías pasan a recogerlos en ese punto x un bajo costo... es muy bueno porque si no existiera Savana, uno tendría que hacer viaje a Playa del Carmen para llevar los paquetes... y tienen un amplio horario...

Experiencia fantástica: Se você é turista e precisa receber alguma encomenda. Esse lugar é bem localizado e seguro. A recepcionista é bem simpática.

Experiencia positiva: Great place to send your packages to if you don't have a lobby. They are affordable but I wish they wouldn't charge you per package but still the service guy is exceptional, the other attendants are not personable and warm. The guy who works there is professional, kind and helpful. I also like the candy bowl, they always have a treat for the customer and festive decor for the holidays. Thank you for your service, I recommend you all the time.

Experiencia positiva: Me hackearon mis tarjetas y pusieron esta dirección de entrega, entiendo que funcionan como paquetería, pero entonces le facilitan el trabajo a los estafadores? O con qué filtro entregan uds los paquetes? -.- Intente comunicarme con uds todo el día para dar con el responsable y no contestan en ningún número que aparece en sus redes. No quiero afectarlos con una mala puntuación solo quiero una respuesta

Experiencia negativa: Pésima atención! Me llevé una desagradable sensación al salir del local. El horario de atención es de 9 a 21hs, estuve esperando hasta las 9:20am y no había nadie para abrir el local. Volví a las 10am y la persona que atiende tiene un trato horrible con los clientes, no respondió al saludo de buen día, cada consulta que le hice no me respondía verbalmente me mostraba un papel. Ese tipo de trabajadoras hacen que el puntaje de una empresa buena sea bajo. Hay que contratar gente que tenga un mínimo de ganas de trabajar, me lleve una experiencia horrible! Lamento por la empresa porque es una buena empresa, se lleva la menor puntuación por el trato de su empleada.

Experiencia negativa: Lo que dice Ramon Barragan es verdad a mi tambien me intentaron estafar .Este señor( Jean Saez )hizo un pedido de tambores a mi tienda ,segun para surtir su tienda y dio esta direccion de ustedes para el entrego,un tal Jean Saez y una tal Juli.Quicieron comprarme con una falcificacion de tiket de tranferencia electronica de la cual enviaron una fotp de tiket falso toda mal hecha.Ellos (jean Saez y juli)dan esta dirección para enviarles sus pedido y esta a su nombre el apartado postal.Una dirección postal se maneja con un solo número.Las fotos son de Jean Saez el estafador.La policia cibernetica ya esta llevando el caso.

Experiencia negativa: Esta persona se dedica a cometer fraudes de envíos con compras online; tengan cuidado con sus servicios. Tenemos 3 fraudes de compras entregadas en su agencia que después se reclaman como "pedidos no entregados"

Experiencia negativa: OVER CHARGING!!!!! DOUBLE $$ CROOKS !!!!!! What a crooked place! I went to send an envelope with DHL and they wanted to charge 1600 pesos. I went online and dhl charged me 700 pesos + a free pickup! THATS INSANE!!! FedEx would have been 1500 pesos but later it dropped to 1200, estafete they didn’t even want to handle even though estafete comes every day to deliver. Mala Onda!!! Ladrones!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Bueno, debido a que las direcciones es postales en Tulum son un Caos, de verdad, son un desastre, y hace muy complicado el poder recibir correo postal y paquetería, los de Savana Travel tienen el servicio de recibir tu correspondencia, 50 MXN por sobre, 100 MXN por cajas.

Experiencia negativa: So went to send a parcel within Mexico. First time I was told that the person who knows how to do this was not in (this is a post office so not very useful) I returned 2 more times with the same response & was then told the person who knows is away on holiday. So now I’m going to DHL which I could have done over a week ago in the first place. Also in general the guy working there is very slow and doesn’t know what to do. Very strange way to run a business.

Experiencia positiva: Very helpful place to receive DHL, UPS or FedEx packages. They typically charge $100 MX +any taxes or import fees due . The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they are a little bit inconsistent with sending text message notifications when your package arrives. But it's OK I can live with that

Experiencia fantástica: We booked a whale shark snorkeling tour. Unfortunately it was rained out and the tours shut down by the government. Valeria saved the day. She immediately suggested a tour of cenotes and snorkeling in Tulum. We had an absolute blast!! Valeria was full of information about the cenote. I highly recommend this company and Valeria in particular. She even offered to take us to the airport the next day for our flight. Picked us up and took us to a local food truck l for breakfast. I cannot say enough about the quality of the experience.

Experiencia negativa: We wanted to go with Savanna tours on 2 different tours. We payed them the whole money before. The first tour was really not enjoyable. We started late: 1,5 h. The whole day was unorganised and hectic. We had to wait a lot of time so that we hadn't had enough time to watch the dolphins and turtles and all the other things we wanted to do at this trip! The equipment was old and most of it was broken. We came back really late and all of the tour members were pretty pissed off! But the worst thing was that they didn't gave us the money back for the second tour. My boyfriend got sick and we had to leave Mexico earlier. They promised us to send us our money back - but they didn't. It was about 110$(US). It was really disappointing because they were lying to us really convincingly. We wouldn't go with savanna tours again and we really want to warn other people to do this!

Experiencia negativa: Acudí con mi pareja el pasado 27 de agosto al tour de tiburón ballena. La puntualidad es lo único que puedo rescatar del servicio. Valeria escasamente interactuó con nosotros, siendo así creo que el tour bien lo puedes hacer sin guía y a lo mejor te puedes ahorrar dinero. El desayuno café (malo) y pan, durante el viaje te ofrecen agua, yogurt bebible y jugo. Noté que el tiempo de nuestras inmersiones era muy poco en comparación con el de una pareja (amigos de Valeria), considero que, si estás pagando por un servicio éste debe ser de calidad para todos, independientemente de si son tus amigos y familiares. En nuestra segunda inmersión, nos aventaron sin ni siquiera asegurar que el tiburón estaba cerca, como resultado obvio no pudimos verlo. Afortunadamente, en la primera y tercera inmersión si pudimos apreciar a este gigante. Un dato curioso es que en algunos momentos nosotros teníamos que decirle al capitán dónde estaba el tiburón, imagínense! Otro punto negativo es que el guía en el nado, iba como por su cuenta, no atendía las solicitudes de la gente, en general muy mal servicio. Les recomiendo que busquen otra empresa para realizar esta actividad, no les puedo recomendar ninguna porque esta fue mi primera vez, pero seguro hay mejores opciones.

Experiencia fantástica: This travel agency really went above and beyond to accommodate my mother and I with a really fun alternative day snorkeling in Tulum. The cancellation of our bus tour trip to Chichen Itza was out of their control, however the owner, Anita, is so loving that she felt for us so she hooked it up. She gifted us with a free snorkeling tour and an upgrade on our Chichen Itza tour on the following day. What a GEM!

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DONT GO. WE SELECTED THE ATV PACKAGE, TOOK YOU IN A CIRCLE FOR 30 MINUTES. WASN'T FUN. EVEN THOUGH WE WERE PROMISED AN HOUR. CENOTE THEY TOOK US TO LOOKED LIKE SOMEONES BACKYARD POND. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS EXPERIENCE.

Experiencia negativa: As you can see when you google La Posada Del Sol in Tulum, we were left with damaged statues with a value of $1300.00. They sent them through this agency per #DHLexpress. Why would I give this company a poor rating? They advised the boutique, not to ship the statues in the original wooden crates because of expenses. Mind you, I was to pay these expenses, not the boutique. Furthermore, they illegally noted the total value of the pieces sent as $150.00. This rendered insurance absolutely useless. Why did they do this, and why is it illegal? They wanted to trick the German customs offices, so that I would not have to pay duties. This was all done of their own. We did not ask them to do this! So what happens when you contact them and ask for your money back on at the very least the shipping costs, if not the full value of the statues? Nada. I received a paypal credit of $150.00, because they just felt so terribly bad for the damages and $150.00 from DHL Express Mexico. .... Wait till you see the pictures of what they consider proper shipping! Really? #DHLexpress these are your partners?
