Experiencia fantástica: Wie können den Anbieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen, insbesondere im Kontrast zu einem anderen Anbieter, den wir zu den Wasserfällen Roberto Barrios genommen und mit dem Service nicht zufrieden waren. Tulum Transportadora hingegen war in jeglicher Hinsicht super! Der Fahrer Ángel war pünktlich vor Ort, ist sicher gefahren, hat uns an der Grenze an den anderen netten Fahrer übergeben, war selbst sympathisch und hat uns durchgehend gut unterhalten.

Experiencia fantástica: Good organisation, good price. I did the Palenque ruins, Misol-Ha and Agua Azul for 810 pesos. Entrance Tickets and Transportation included without a guide. But you can get a guide at the Ruins entrance.

Experiencia positiva: We booked the misol ha and agua azul tour with transport to san christobal de las casas. The waterfall tour was really nice. For the transport we got changed to another minivan. The road was a bit wild and bumpy, but we arrived safe in san christobal. Only downside is that driver dropped only us off 15 minutes walk from the city center, whilst continuing to the city center with the rest of the passengers.

Experiencia fantástica: Habe 2 Touren mit dem Anbieter gemacht. Yaxchilan und Bonampak sowie den Transfer nach Flores. Beides mal sehr zuverlässige und umsichtige Fahrer. Bei der Fahrt nach Guatemala übergibt einen der Fahrer an seinen Kollegen. Der angegebene Zeitplan wurde eingehalten. Kann den Anbieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Mundo is highly recommended as a driver, very caring and good behing the wheel. The breakfast buffet was amazing. And all those people saying Yaxchilan and Bonompak should not be missed are not lying. Thank you from my heart and wallet.

Experiencia fantástica: Tuvimos un recorrido excelente. El señor que nos atendió cerca de la central de ADO fue muy amable y nos brindo mucha información útil sobre Palenque. En cuanto al tour son muy puntuales, llegan a la hora exacta, te buscan hasta la puerta del hotel, los conductores que nos tocaron manejaron con precaución hacía las cascadas de Roberto Barrios y la zona arqueológica. Lo único a considerar es que no ofrecen guía turístico, pero aún así la experiencia por cuenta propia es muy buena. Los recomiendo mucho.

Experiencia negativa: They drop you off and pick you up at bad times. The journey was a disgrace, the driver was driving so fast through the windy mountains a passenger threw up. You had to hold on for your life for 4 hours. Their guide that was on bus when we arrived, lied about giving a jungle tour, he took the money then switched guides so we couldn’t get our money back. The other guide told us we could get our money back at 4pm which was a complete lie because we would never see them again after the “tour “ if you want to call it that. Total scam. The guide’s name was Ernesto Arias, see picture .

Experiencia fantástica: Zúčastnila jsem se jednodenního zájezdu do Yaxchilanu a Bonampaku. Vše proběhlo v pořádku. Dvě hodiny na návštěvu Yaxchilan není mnoho, pokud chcete vidět vše. Snídaně zahrnutá v ceně zájezdu byla dobrá.

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente servicio ofrecido por esta compañía. Tomamos un transfer de Palenque a Flores, precio bastante competitivo. Los choferes excelente, que incluso te ayudan a cruzar la frontera (para aquellos que no saben español).

Experiencia positiva: Yaxchilan 1 day tour was great, with a small group and sufficient time to explore the awesome ruins. Well worth going. They managed to arrange decent vegetarian food for us for breakfast and lunch for a slightly lower sum than other tour operators we enquired with. What I didn't like was that several seatbelts in the car did not work and the headrests had iron bars in them - not the safest option for 8 hours on Mexican roads.

Experiencia fantástica: Did the tour from Palenque to San Cristobal passing by Misol Ha and Agua Azul. Agua azul was a big highlight—so beautiful! Overall things went smoothly; we were picked up on time from our hostel in Palenque, and just had to briefly switch vans at agua azul to get to san cristobal. The road to san cristobal doesn’t feel the safest, but we made it without problems. Good experience overall.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an excellent experience travelling from Palenque to Flores, Guatemala. The man at the counter was helpful and offered to print our immigration forms at home. Pickup was on time and we arrived about 30 minutes early, even getting dropped off on the island near our hotel. The drivers were friendly and helpful for the immigration checkpoint. Everything went smoothly. Paid 750mxn for the transfer.

Experiencia positiva: We did the Tour of Palenque Ruins, Misol Ha waterfalls and Agua Azul Cascades. Information was provided in English, staff was nice. Driver was timely and nice, too. You pay in cash. When getting to the Palenque Ruins, they try to sell their partnered Tourguide, who gets paid by commission. You can just walk away and get the jungle Tour easily for 150 MX$ per person and the ruins Tour for 200 MX$ per person.

Experiencia fantástica: So friendly!! I got the information from Iván, who speaks English and you can always reach him on WA. It is a super well organized company, I wasn't expecting that here in Mexico. They were always right on time! I went from Palenque to Flores crossing the border at Ceibo and it went so smoothly! The first driver picks you up at your hotel and the next driver at the border was already there waiting for us. This border is a dream compared to the hectic one near Tapachula. No waiting in line and friendly personel. Afterwards we were quickly on the road. For the next stop the driver knew a place with free clean toilets. We were exactly on schedule in Flores. I mean.. wauw! This really was my best border crossing so far. Would highly recommend this company!

Experiencia fantástica: Contratamos dos tours con esta agencia: Misol-Há y Agua Azul, y Yaxchilán y Bonampak, y la experiencia fue muy buena. Siempre estuvieron a tiempo para recogernos en el hotel, y el conductor, Francisco, fue muy amable y simpático, haciendo los trayectos muy agradables. Además, queremos destacar la profesionalidad del guía Olfo en Yaxchilán y Bonampak: su explicación fue simplemente impecable, llena de detalles y con una pasión por la historia, la antropología y la arqueología que nos atrapó desde el inicio. Sin duda, una agencia muy profesional y altamente recomendable.

Experiencia fantástica: We arrived in the afternoon and they arranged very quickly our day after transfer to Guatemala for 650 pesos vs 900 or 1100 asked by other agencies. The van was very comfortable both on Mexico and Guatemala side, both drivers very professional.

Experiencia positiva: I went on a 2 day tour to Yaxchilan, Bonampak and selva. The tour was good overall, matched the description as expected. Raimundo, our driver, is a character (and a good time keeper as a matter of fact). Everything is timed well, no loss of time. It's a pity that all the tours follow exactly the same schedule, meaning that the sites are a bit busy when we visited, and probably deserted the rest of the time. I stayed 1 night in the selva lacandonia and did a guided walk the following day. The nature and forest are beautiful, it's worth staying. But I feel the experience could have been a lot better in a different campement. We stayed in the Cabañas El Buho, accommodation was basic but clean. However the woman was quite distant, so if you're hoping to have an immersion experience, well, that's not the case. Contrasting with the rest of the inhabitants, who were stopping us in the streets to chat, asking where we were from etc. The food as well was far from the standard of Mexican food; it is quite frustrating when you see they're growing coffee, corn, rice, avocado and have plenty of fruits, bananas... But you see none of that in your plate. The food was blend, the tortillas, industrial, and we were served instant coffee. If I were to do it again, I would book the tour but stay in a different accommodation, as I've seen a couple that looked way better. The walk was quite worth it, and for people who want to extend, there are other activities (not advertised by tours) such as rafting, overnight camp near a lake, nocturnal walk... Well worth visiting the beautiful ruins and this wild part of Mexico!

Experiencia negativa: The company has a strange way of taking care of their customers. They gave us a pick-up time at the hotel, but they were late twice by 30 minutes. The driver didn’t apologize and instead gave a funny excuse—"It’s the traffic jam’s fault!" Traffic jam in Palenque? Come on, do they think we’re idiots? Because of his delay, we ended up spending less time at the waterfall. On top of that, we had to pay for the tour immediately, but they didn’t give us the change. We only got our change at the end of the day—and even then, it wasn’t the correct amount. When we arrived on site, we were left on our own with no explanation. The van was crowded, and the air conditioning barely worked. This wouldn’t have been as much of a problem if we could at least open the windows.

Experiencia fantástica: Went on a tour to Yaxchilan and Bonampak, which requires quite a lot of logistics and for that reason we decided to go with a tour and not to arrive independently. Everything was organized well, breakfast and lunch were good and timing was according to plan on every step. The communication on WhatsApp the day before was clear and quick.

Experiencia negativa: Just wanted to share our experience to warn others. The tour itself was fine, (we took package 4 transport to San Cristobal plus waterfalls) decent time at each stop. We found this company when a staff member gave us a flyer as we walked past. The package was 500 each. We saw it was a good price and booked through WhatsApp. When getting picked up, the driver wanted 650 each. We tried to explain the flyer had a cheaper price. He took us to the office to sort it out, and we spoke with the same man who gave us the flyer. He claimed it was now extra and we could either pay or not get on the bus. We had to get to San Cristobal that day so had no choice. We explained to him this is very unprofessional as he gave us a flyer with a different price. Although not a large amount of money, this practice should not be allowed and thought others should be warned before booking incase it was more money or a more expensive tour. It was unfortunate as the driver was fine and overall tour was fine.

Experiencia positiva: Nous avons fait l'excursion Palenque + cascade misol ha et agua azul. Bus arrivé un peu en retard (15min) sans avoir été prévenu. Sinon dans l'ensemble, le trajet a été ok. En arrivant à Palenque, un guide rentre et propose ses services pour 200 pesos par personne, prix très correct. Visite des cascades ok. Le soir, on passe presque 1h à attendre sans savoir qui ni quoi, le chauffeur nous dit rien. On rentre 2h en retard en étant congelé car la clim est glaciale dans le bus. Mise à part ça, bon rapport qualité prix, bonne communication, et belle sortie avec plus de temps de visite que de trajet (ce qui est rare !)

Experiencia positiva: Bonne expérience, le bus était à l heure, et les excursions conforment à ce qui était proposé. Attention je l ai contacté par WhatsApp et le prix était 60 pesos de plus que le prix sur la brochure

Experiencia negativa: We booked the tour to the 2 waterfalls with final destination in San Cristobal. The tour itself was great, waterfalls are beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, while booking the tour, we were concerned about our safety traveling at night on road 199. The agent assured us that OF COURSE we wouldn‘t be driving on that road, since the safety of his drivers and the tourists, and his reputation are of his highest concern. Instead, we would be going another way. Well, we ended up on 199 at night and felt fooled, to say the least. We arrived safely, but the agent should be ashamed lying to 2 young girls concerned about their safety.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a very good experience with them. They are very mindfull of the timetables, we arrived at the ruins before the crowds and had a good time there to explore the whole place. The stop at Misol Ha was a bit rushed, but we had plenty of time at Agua Azul. Definitely recomend them.

Experiencia positiva: Great tour option to visits sights around Palenque. I did their afternoon waterfall tour and really enjoyed. Booking was easy over WhatsApp. Only thing that could be improved would be longer at the first waterfall and slightly less time at the 2nd as 3 hours was very generous. Overall a good experience :)

Experiencia fantástica: We went for a jungle hike and Bonampak trip after a different well rated agency didn't come back to us. We were a bit hesitant as the reviews on Google weren't the best but the trip had well exceeded our expectations and was much better value than an expensive tour with a well regarded agency we used for Calakmul. The driver picked us up from the hotel at 5.25am and then we were picked up but our main driver, Raymundo. This guy was amazing!!! Shame about our Spanish (we knew they don't speak english) because he was giving a lot of detail about the plant es we were passing. 7.30am we went for breakfast which was great (buffet with scrambled eggs, frijoles, lots of fruit, juices, sweet cakes etc). Then after breakfast we continued for a jungle hike (instead of going to Yaxchilan which was closed because of narco trounle) - this was around 3 hours and the guide (also Spanish speaking) was very knowledgeable. Lunch was another hot meal and drinks! We then had about 1.5h in Bonampak which is more than enough as the site is small. They dropped us off at 8pm at our hotel. The trip cost 1100 pesos!! Absolutely amazing value for money and we enjoyed the day very much! Thank you Juan Carlos and Raymundo- you saved our day (we have been robbed day before in our 3 star hotel)!!! Look no further, if we had more time we would certainly go with them again

Experiencia fantástica: We booked tour no. 2 (ruins of Palenque, Agua Azul and Misol-Ha followed by a transfer to San Cristobal). Everything worked out perfectly. Our luggage was always taken along with us - thank you very much, it was a great day.

Experiencia positiva: Buen recorrido a cascadas de misol-ha y de agua azul. Falta un poco de coordinación entre gerente y conductor. Lo mejor es qué tienen pago por transferencia. Detalles, cada vez que te metes a nadar te tienes que cambiar de ropa (seca), para subir a la unidad. Eso sí, son confiables y por eso lo recomiendo…

Experiencia positiva: Reservamos un traslado de Palenque a Flores (Guatemala) a través de Adrenalina Tours, que nos enviaron con esta empresa para el trayecto de Palenque al Ceibo. Los conductores muy amables y en ambos traslados (ida y vuelta) manejaron con bastante cuidado. Las unidades se encuentran en estado mejorable, asientos trabados y poco aire acondicionado, pero para el precio me parece que está bastante bien. Recomendado.

Experiencia fantástica: Demandez bien en espagnol comment se passe l'excursion et vous n'aurez pas de surprise. Le programme a été respecté de bout en bout. Avec oui un changement de bus qui est prévu pour aller à san Cristobal. Comme dans tous les collectivos, des places sont plus confortables que d'autres ... Les arrêts sont bien chronométrés. N'hésitez pas à négocier les prix des guides à palenque

Experiencia negativa: Basically all agencies in Palenque join tours and leave with as few Buses as possible. I don't think anyone cares about their services, just wanna get as much money as possible out of it. We went to Yakshilan with this overcapacitates bus. The drive is 3,5 h each way + 1 hour between sights. The back seats where we were crammed were really tight and had no windows. I think they were added later or made for luggage or emirgencies. We asked the driver to please organize another small car, but ofc they didn't. The agencies are all in on it and they pack their buses like this all the time. Everyone said it's not their fault and they can't do anything about it. The answers we got from the agencies were "It is a 20 people bus", "we need to pay if we want a different car" and "it's the fault of the other tourists, because they took the good places".

Experiencia fantástica: Byliśmy na klasycznej wycieczce do Yaxchilan i Bonampak, którą każdego dnia realizują kilkanaście agencji w Palenque i wszystkie mają zbliżony program. Nasz kierowca z agencji Tulum był bardzo punktualny, a grupa bardzo zwarta, dzięki czemu docieraliśmy na posiłki i do ruin jako jedni z pierwszych, unikając tłumów i kolejek. Polecam!

Experiencia positiva: I did two tours with Tulum Transportadora Turistica. The booking in Palenque was nice, the prices are quite cheap. The first tour (archaeological site Palenque, waterfalls Misol-Ha und Agua Azul for 600 pesos plus Tour-guide at the ruins that I can recommend, it was 800 pesos divided through the number of people participating) was easygoing, the driver was nice, the minivan in good shape, the times at every stop well-timed (just Musik-Ha could have been 15 minutes longer). The second tour to Bonampak and Yaxchilan (1.100 pesos) was rather disappointing. The driver of the regular gearshift car was very nice but one-armed. I’m sorry to say that, but especially on the way back, when it was dark with all the buttons that had to been used, this seamed not safe at all. The changing of cars was annoying and it was partly very uncomfortable, so I cannot recommend this tour. Details on the to Bonampak and Yaxchilan: We started at 5.30 in the morning, had breakfast (buffet with scrambled eggs, frijoles, bread, tortilla, fresh fruit and fruit juices) for around 1 hour at 7/7.30, and had to change into a minivan at around 10. We were quite surprised when the driver told us that our group of three people (we just met, but had a really good time together so far and we’re looking forward to enjoying the day together) couldn’t stay together and had to divide into two minivans. My minivan started with Yaxchilan (boat around 10.30-10.45, around 2 hours there with a guide for 250 pesos that I can highly recommend, the 250 also include a tour through Bonampak) and had lunch from around 1.30 to 2.30 pm. Bonampak was between 4 and 5 pm (change there to a very gas-smelly local minivan, bring a face mask). On the ride back we changed back into our car, but this time not with three people, instead we had to squeeze in 5 (probably people coming from Guatemala heading for Palenque) I was sitting with 2 other people on the back seat which was very uncomfortable, especially for so many hours). The air condition was way too cold and after I asked if we could lower it a little, the driver opened the window completely which was worse. My tip for the agency: calculate better on the number of people. Ask the people sometimes if they are ok, don’t make them ask - they might be too polite. Remember that the wind is way harder on the back seat. If you hire disabled people: Great thing to do, I really appreciate it, but get them a suitable car.

Experiencia fantástica: On m'a donné le flyer dès la sortie de mon bus, et j'ai pu constater que c'était un peu moins cher que les prix pratiqués dans mon hostel. J'ai fait l'excursion à Yaxchilan & Bonampak, puis celle aux ruines & Roberto Barrios avec transfer à San Cristobal de las casas: dans les 2 cas les chauffeurs étaient adorables, les bus recents, et l'organisation bien huillée. Rien à redire, je conseille.

Experiencia positiva: We have booked one day jungle walk tour from Palenque. It was kind of what was written, the bus was on time. But you should always ask about exact schedule of the trip. The journey took almost 3 hours there and than 3 back, the walk itself just 2 hours. It was simple and nice (we have visited little maya ruin and watefalls - unfortunatelly they didn't tell us to take the swimming suite) but than we got back, and after below the everage lunch we had to wait for 4 hours for the bus to get back (because it was also for people with longer trip). If we knew about the fact, that the one day walk took 2 hours, we wouldnt probably go, or took another trip.

Experiencia negativa: Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia el último día que nos mudamos de Palenque a San Cristóbal, nos cambiaron de camión en camión el último que nos cambiaron fue en Ocosingo, quién sabe con quién, el conductor estaba borracho, se detuvo en la carretera a orinar 2 a 3 veces en la calle cuando es de 2 carriles, ya era de noche, cuando llegamos a la entrada de San Cristóbal, solo dijo? Bueno todos se bajen aquí y nos dejó súper lejos del hotel, tuvimos que tomar un taxi, cuando a nosotros nos dijeron que nos dejarían cerca del hotel (centro)o en el hotel, para eso uno paga un buen servicio completo, solo te escribo para que no les pase este tipo de peligro con un conductor tomado, que revisen a sus choferes que te transportan muy bien, porque las distancias son muy largas, ese tramo que tomamos fue de 2 horas 30 minutos, un camino muy peligroso, los demás que venían eran puros extranjeros, no sabían ni que hacer, no hablaban español y el conductor no hablaba inglés, así que tomen sus precauciones con estos detalles!! Lo peor fue que no nos dimos cuenta hasta que llegamos San Cristobal!!! Si nos hubiéramos dado cuenta créanme que no nos hubiéramos dejado que nos cambiaran a ese transporte!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We booked the tour to Palenque Maya site , Misol Ha and Agua Asul with endpoint San Cristóbal de las Casas. We had a lovely talk with the man at the desk and he was very helpful. Great experience. Very well timed. Great drivers, good communication. All promises kept. Large, comfortable van with space to stow our luggage . Very good value in our opinion hence we recommend this agency.

Experiencia negativa: I did the 2-day Tour to Yaxchilan with transport to Flores, Guatemala the next day. It started very well, although the price was 2200 mexican pesos, not 2000 pesos, like the flyer said which i was given in my hostel. The transport to Yaxchilan with a minibus was fine. The breakfast i got on day 1 and 2 was nice. Lunch and dinner were below average. The cabaña where i stayed overnight was nice, a lot of nature around and a small shop nearby. What makes me give only 2 stars is what happened on the guatemalan side on day 2. First of all they put you on the public bus with many stops on the way to Flores, including a stop in a carwash to clean the bus (seriously??). They took my backpack and put in the back of the bus without saying a word or asking me if it's ok. After they gave it back to me it was covered with a thick layer of dust from the dirty road, so i had to spend the evening cleaning everything. Of course it was the bus personals fault and the tour operator has no control over it, but then don't offer a tour that includes transport for the whole way (or specify that it is a public bus, so people are aware of it). I'm traveling a lot and don't like to complain but this is unacceptable.

Experiencia fantástica: Went Yaxchilan and Bonampak tour on 12/4 and had a great experience. They sent a MERCEDES van to pick us up at 5:30am! Car looks new and is super clean and comfortable. The price also includes decent breakfast and lunch. Driver and guide are nice and helpful. Tip: Don’t hesitate to communicate with other travelers if you are weak in Spanish like me. Most people are willing to answer your questions.

Experiencia negativa: Nous avons effectué le trajet de El Ceibo à Palenque le 18/10 avec cette agence. Dès le départ le chauffeur s’est montré très désagréable, pas un bonjour, pas un sourire, seulement quelques mots pour nous presser. À 40 minutes d’arriver à Palenque le mini-van est tombé en panne. Le garagiste le plus proche nous a dit qu’il faudrait attendre 2-3h pour la réparation. Le chauffeur ne nous a pas adressé un mot sauf quand on a insisté pour avoir une solution. Il a alors affirmé pouvoir réparer lui-même le problème en 1h. Nous étions 5 touristes bloqués à 4pm avec un bus à prendre à 6pm le chauffeur ne voulait pas nous payer un taxi, ni envoyer un autre véhicule pour venir nous chercher… nous devions juste attendre. Nous sommes finalement parti en taxi jusque Palenque, que nous avons nous même payé sans être remboursés.

Experiencia positiva: Nous avons visité Yaxchilan et Bonampak avec l’agence Tulum. Le planning est assez serré pour pouvoir visiter les deux sites en une journée. Tout c’est tres bien passé, l’organisation était impeccable et sans temps mort. Pour 1050 pesos, tout est compris: le transport, les entrés, les péages des locaux et les repas. Ce qui revient moins cher que d’effectuer le voyage par soit même. Nous avons finalement opté pour la visite guidée de Yaxchilan (mais pas Bonampak) pour 200 pesos complémentaires car le guide parlait parfaitement anglais et était très interessant. Une visite sans guide est tout à fait possible. On visite Yaxchilan pendant 2h et Bonampak pendant 1h. Ce qui est suffisamment au vu de la taille des sites. Le mini-bus qui était affrété était de confort intermédiaire. Certains tours que nous avons croisés lors des visites avaient des bus plus récents (c’est probablement la seule différence entre les différents tours car le temps de visite sur les sites et les lieux de repas sont les mêmes). Seul point négatif, notre bus avait un bidon d’essence à l’intérieur, une très forte odeur en émanait ce qui était assez désagréable.

Experiencia fantástica: Mi compañero y yo tuvimos un viaje increíble e inolvidable a chiapas en parte gracias a ellos. La agencia se encargó de todo, nosotros solo tuvimos que despertar y esperar ser recogidos en nuestro Airbnb. El equipo es súper servicial y amable (como toda la gente en palenque) y además no tienen para nada publicidad engañosa. Todo fue como se nos prometió. Nosotros compramos los tours a yaxchilan, la noche en la selva con los lacandones, ruinas de palenque, cascadas de agua azul y Roberto barrios y el tour al eco parte. Totalmente recomendados y además por la comparación que hicimos de precios, creo que son los que ofrecen mejores tarifas. Y son lgbt+ friendly para nada sufrimos discriminación durante el viaje ni en el tour de las cabañas en la selva.

Experiencia fantástica: Can't comment for anyone elses experience but we booked two tours (agua Azul and Flores) that went smoothly. We booked the Flores tour before reading the reviews and obviously were worried however we had a private air conditioned collective to the Mexican border and then also the same to Flores (though we were told we weren't guaranteed an air conditioned bus from the Guatemalan border so we got lucky) Our driver Mynor who drove us to Flores was great! Waited ages for one of the passengers who had problems with her paperwork. Super friendly and informative about the area and history . The collectivo ride stops at the entrance of the island and we were told collectivos aren't allowed into the island and got pointed to a sign which seemed legit with my limited Spanish. From there we were ushered to a tour agency. We did book some other tours through them (for tomorrow) as we were on limited time and arrived late but I'd probably shop around first. Overall great experience

Experiencia negativa: We took the 2-day trip to the Jungle. The jungle walk was really nice, however the accommodation was really bad. We had pillows with mold and during the night there was severe rain leakage that made one of the two beds wet. There was no one at the reception to help up so we had to ask other people from the tour for an extra bed. The worst is that Tulum tours did nothing with our complaint, did not want to give financial compensation and only said -sorry.

Experiencia positiva: Nous avons choisi le package 4 (Misol Ha Cascada - Agua Azul - San Cristóbal). Le bus (sprinter) est venu nous chercher à l’heure à notre hôtel, La première demi-heure a été de récupérer les autres passagers. Ensuite nous nous sommes dirigés comme prévus vers les 2 cascades. Concernant la 2ème partie, pour rejoindre San Cristóbal, nous avons changé de van (pour un bcp moins confortable et plus bruyant) et de chauffeur. Nous avons démarré à 18h et sommes arrivés à 22h30 ! Malgré le pied lourd du chauffeur, il ne peut pas aller plus vite que ce que l’état de la route lui permet. Il s’agit d’une bonne alternative pour rejoindre San Cristóbal depuis Palenque. Les bagages sont restées en permanence dans le van fermé et surveillé par le chauffeur.

Experiencia negativa: We were quite dissatisfied with the 2 day trip. Especially the stay-over in the jungle and the jungle tour was not as expected. Make sure that if you sleep in the jungle that you will be placed in a good 'resort'. We were not, it was quite depressing, noisy because of a huge river, and not clean. The 6 hrs jungle tour is not that interesting that it should take 6 hours. Also - the transfer van was sort of broken, there was a bizarre smell of gasoline inside which did not make it a healty trip in any way. ps. the coffee at the breakfast point was good though :)

Experiencia fantástica: Can't say anything bad. All promises were kept. We felt save on board, with the exception that some people did not mind to wear a mask, even when the (very good) driver remembered them! Also in the talks they made it clear, that they are not vaccined... Anyway, enough time for ancient Palenque (we hired an official guide for 1300, the driver checked him for us) considering the fact, that it is not allowed to go up the buildings or into them. Wounderful ambiente to explore the temples and the surrounding nature. Than 30 minutes for Misal Ha cascade. And two and a half hour for Aqua Azul, also very beatiful but if you are not like to swim, maybe a little too long, but we knew that bevore. Because some people went to San Christobal and we were going back to Palenque, they had to change busses on a roadcross at nowhere and wait for nearly exactly one hour! On the outher hand, it a positive sign, that the company don't let them waiting alone. So, best points and I recommend it really. Also the price was exactly as promised!

Experiencia negativa: A éviter si vous voulez un tour sans souci J ai pris un tour yaxchilan et bonampak pour le 24 décembre dans cette agence Au départ tout va bien l équipe est à l heure A yaxchilan l accompagnateur nous dit en espagnol qq chose concernant le rendez vous pour repartir du lieu . Je précise que je suis là seule non hispanophone du groupe. Je lui demande en anglais si c est bien à 2 h qu on se retrouve pour repartir . Il me dit yes. Je lui redemande pour être sûre  et il me redit en anglais yes. Je pars donc me promener dans les ruines qui sont par ailleurs magnifiques. A un moment je vois des gens du groupe qui me disent c était 12 h 30 le rendez vous.. donc nous courons dans les ruines et en arrivant à 12 h 40 au rdv on s aperçoit que le bateau est parti !!! On arrive en bateau sur ces ruines et l accompagnateur a laissé derrière lui 3 touristes Je n ai jamais vu ça Heureusement que ces personnes étaient hispanophones. Elles ont pu trouver où était le restaurant ou le groupe était et  demander à louer un bateau pour les rejoindre.. Nous avons du payer chacun 200 pesos pour le bateau.. En fait le rdv était à 12 h 10 (les hispanophones n avaient pas du entendre correctement mais moi ne comprenant pas j ai demandé 2 fois l heure en anglais et on m'a donné 2 fois des mauvais renseignements sans doute par manque de maîtrise de la langue anglaise) Heureusement que ces personnes étaient là sinon je ne sais pas comment j aurais fait pour rentrer à Palenque Je suis allée à l agence le soir même leur dire que ça n était pas professionnel.. pour eux il n'y aucun problème ils ne remboursent rien et ils n y sont pour rien !! Bref si vous ne parlez pas bien l espagnol n allez surtout pas en tour avec cette agence sauf si une nuit dans la jungle vous tente !! Je ne comprends pas ce manque de responsabilité. Cela aurait pu très mal tourner pour moi si je n avais pas rencontré ces personnes. C est vraiment une honte.  Cette entreprise devrait arrêter de travailler avec les touristes non hispanophone tout simplement

Experiencia positiva: We did the 2 days tours to Yaxchilan with the night in Lacandona Selva. Our driver Raimondo was great, safe driving and reliable ! The excursion to Yaxchiltan's ruins is really worth it. We had a last-minute guide there. Unfortunatly, the Lacandona experience was extremely deceiving. We thought we would spend an authentic night in the jungle but we ended up in a concrete place, with dirty sanitaries with only tourists. People there did not want to share or exchange with us. The only contact we had was to ask us if we prefered fried chicken or beef with french fries. Everything extra they suggested cost: hourly wifi, dessert, night walk, arcade games (very local...), it really felt like they wanted to milk money out of us :( Furthermore, our local guide, Kevin was just a teenager (finger crossed he was actually going to school as he said) and walked us around with 30 other tourists. We would recommend to do the one-day tour only.

Experiencia negativa: Die Dschungel Tour war schrecklich. Sie kostete ganze 800 pesos. Der Dschungel war ein abgeholzter Wald. Es waren keine Tiere mehr da. Der Guide war ein Kind und rannte durch den Wald. Wir dachten es wäre noch einiges geplant, aber nachdem wir wieder aus dem Wald kamen haben wir verkochtes essen bekommen und mussten über 3 Stunden auf den Bus warten. Es war schrecklich und teuer. Der Verkäufer hat uns etwas anderes versprochen. Der Verkäufer hat das komplette Geld einbehalten, obwohl er seine Versprechen nicht eingehalten hat. Schreckliche Tour! Schlechter Service von Tulum. Sie haben sich entschuldigt aber mein Geld ist trotzdem weg. Geht zu einem anderen Veranstalter. ECO Tour ist besser

Nice driver, best price in town and friendly person working in the office. Punctual pick up and everything as promised.

Experiencia fantástica: Yo también iba en ese viaje del que se descompuso el cluch del van, el operador informó a su supervisor cuando íbamos llegando a Ocosingo del desperfecto mecánico, yo lo considero muy responsable del operador, al seguir manejando unos 10 minutos más ya no dio la unidad y si es cierto que dos personas se fueron por su cuenta porque tenían que llegar al aeropuerto de tuxtla y ya se les hacia tarde, todos los demás esperamos a que llegarán 2 unidades para poder seguir nuestro destino, esperamos un tiempo moderado y yo lo tomo como una empresa seria, los desperfectos mecánicos son impredecibles. Las unidades que llegaron los operadores fueron muy amables y muy responsables.. gracias por sus servicios Juan Carlos Rodriguez

Experiencia negativa: Hicimos el paseo desde Palenque con visita a Cascadas Misol-Ha, Agua Azul y destino final San Cristobal de las casas. Despues de haber visitado las dos cascadas, en vez de ir directamente hacia San Cristobal, regresamos en direccion Palenque para que podian meter dos grupos de viajeros dentro de un servicio contratado (Van mas grande). De esa manera se prolongaba el trajecto para los viajeros de 40min, pero supongo que ellos tuvieron menos gastos. Como el clutch del nuevo Van tenia un problema desde el inicio, ibamos a mitad de la velocidad normal. Luego, en mitad del camino se paró el Van completamene y ya no lo podian arrancar, asi que para llegar a una hora apropiada (es decir 10pm) a San Cristobal, nos tocó pedir y pagar un transporte privado por cuenta propia. Pésima experiencia.

Experiencia negativa: Late pickups and arrivals plus rude, dishonest and unprofessional service. Most tour agencies in Chiapas are more or less the same, but this one was markedly worse. I would recommend going with any other service besides this one. Diana was especially horrible to deal with.

Experiencia negativa: The tours themselves were ok, but the transfer to Flores wans't great. First of all they lied and told me that there was a private shuttle to Flores, but it's just a local bus (where you might not even be able to sit) and a mototaxi to take you into the island. I wasn't expecting a private shuttle and the local bus is fine, but that doesn't warrant lying. The mototaxi takes you to a tour company "El gran jaguar"/"backpacker travel" which is a complete scam (check their Google reviews). You're not forced into going with that company, but Tulum shouldn't affiliate with this type of company

Experiencia negativa: Agenzia che viene consigliata anche dai locali. Personalmente pessima esperienza. Prezzi più alti della media (abbiamo poi prenotato in un altra agenzia in via la Canada) e con meno servizi ma potrebbe trattarsi della loro offerta commerciale. Quello che invece è inaccettabile è la tassa sul costo per pagare con carta di credito pari al 10%. La motivano come un costo uguale in tutta palenque per il provider del servizio ma dove abbiamo prenotato noi abbiamo pagato il 3%. Sconsigliato e commerciale.

Experiencia fantástica: This company takes you from Palenque to Flores without problems in my experience (this is just my experience I had last week, I can't speak for anyone else's) The transport took us all the way, changing vehicles quite a few times but no issues at all. Food & accommodation was good. A few points to note: 1. You have to pay 500 pesos when you leave Mexico if you don't have the proof you paid tourist tax already, the border guy might hassle you a bit even if you have the proof but you have to refuse & stand your ground (this has nothing to do with Tulum tours) 2. If going via Yaxchilan & bonampak like we did, you will be offered a guide, but you can politely refuse & do it on your own 3. When you are near Flores, the driver will tell you that if you need cash you should take it out at a place they stop because the atm on the island doesn't always work- this is actually 100% genuine as the island one was empty when we were there 4. Yes they will drop you at a tour place in Flores & try & sell a tour to Palenque, again you can just politely refuse (we did & ended up going back to that same company to book onwards travel & they were legit)

Experiencia negativa: Be aware! Unprofessional, lies and corruption lease avoid at all costs if you don't want to be ripped off! The whole trip from Palenque to Flores was a terrible experience! I was told when I booked my trip at the agency than the driver will pick me up at 9.00... This guy said wrong, in reality the tour starts at 10.00, therefore I had to wait for an hour at the hostel... When arriving at the border with Guatemala, the driver told us (we were 2 passengers) that we need to pay the tourist fee. I told him that I don't need to pay this fee as it is included in the flight ticket when entering Mexico. Indeed the customs officer requested it to me, without asking if I came by plane (but surely knows) and told him the same, showed my flight invoice and let me go. The other guy in the van payed the fee because didn't know about this. Then we changed the car and the new driver told us than we need to pay 5 dollars to get the entering stamp in Guatemala. Once again this is a scam, I tell him that I got the information from the embassy that there is nothing to pay to enter the country. He follows us to the customs and meet the officers. At the end they did not ask us to pay anything as they knew I was informed about this. The employees and the officers work together to scam the tourists, incredible! On the way to Flores, the driver stopped to pick melons in a private field on the side of the road and tovpick up people waiting for the bus... it is more a public collectivo rather than a private shuttle!! The worst was yet to come, just before arriving in Flores island the driver told us that there is no ATM there and that we should withdraw cash where he stopped. Stupidly we did what he recommended to us and when we came back to the car to reach the hostel another guy got into it. He said that he sells tour for Tikal and we answered that we don't know if we will go there and need to do done investigation about this place. He was insisting a lot and I replied that he can't force us to buy it. Offended, he got angry, asked the driver to stop the car, opened the door and throwed our backpacks out of the van, asking us to get out, 15 minute walk from our hostels. The transfer was supposed to be door to door! We resisted but they said that the bridge is closed on Sundays and we need to walk there. Of course I knew it was a lie. He was even pretending to call the police because we didn't want to leave! I would have love to see then coming... Anyway nothing we can do we ended up leaving the car. As thought the island has ATM and the bridge was working perfectly fine... I have paid a lot of money for this trip as I thought it would be safe but at the end it was the worst!
