Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful experience with the private full day tour to Chichen Itza. We booked through the Marriott in Cancun. Saul was an amazing tour guide, and he was a wealth of knowledge of Mayan culture and history. Definitely recommend this tour. Absolutely worth the price!

Experiencia positiva: Todo un acierto contratar las excursiones con esta empresa: En el hotel Riu Caribe hablamos un par de veces con Gustavo para que nos explicase las muchísimas opciones que tienen disponibles. Fue muy servicial, amable y eficaz. Al final elegimos realizar el viaje a Chichén-Itzá, Valladolid y visita a un cenote donde pudimos pegarnos un baño. Según mi opinión, en esta excursión, merece la pena escoger la opción Deluxe; la diferencia son unos 20€/$ y las atenciones superan con creces ese precio. Un autobús nos recogió en el hotel y nos llevó a la estación de autobuses donde nos esperaba el siguiente autobús rumbo Chichén-Itzá conducido por Mario, muy servicial y atento con todos. Durante el trayecto se nos repartió un desayuno frío. Al llegar a Chichén-Itzá, se repartieron botes de agua con colgador para combatir el calor junto con sombrillas. Realizamos el tour por la zona arqueológica con nuestro guía Mario, un guía sobresaliente en todo lo posible. Y se dejó un poco de tiempo para visitar por nuestra cuenta y hacer compras. A la llegada al autobús, se repartieron toallas húmedas para combatir el calor junto con refrescos y cerveza Corona. Luego fuimos a comer a Valladolid a La Casona, un breve paseo por la ciudad y después al cenote donde pudimos visitarlo y nadar en él; se incluye el acceso, vestuario, ducha previa, taquilla con candado... Al finalizar, viaje de regreso a nuestros hoteles. Otro día, hicimos el viaje en barco a Isla Mujeres y Contoy. Totalmente recomendable. Ellos se encargan de la gestión del transporte hacia el muelle, las plazas para el catamarán o barco y los guías y tasas turísticos.

Experiencia negativa: TUI is a scam don’t go to coco bongo it’s a money trap Javier Nava from rui peninsula sold us good member tickets unlimited drinks VIP service and table but when you arrive all seats are taken over sold. So you’re forced to upgrade to tables which you still stand on the floor or a more reserved area costing you additional $500 usd. This is a money trap to take your money beware of coco bongo and it’s money trap the place is super small nothing vip about it you pay 165$ usd per person just to enter and so call unlimited drinks and no place to stand or seat. I was assured I was going to get a refund by front desk and sales person but once left resort they didn’t care only want your money

Experiencia negativa: Nous avons réservé une excursions à cancun pour aller plonger avec les requins baleine. 420 dollars la prestation. 1:30 de bateau offshore aller, 45 min à tourner en rond pour chercher les fameux requins baleine que nous n’avons jamais vu puis 1:30 retour. En arrivant sur place plus de 40 bateaux moteurs tournant pour la même prestation avec 10 à 15 passagers…, un vrai business au détriment de la préservation de la biodiversité ! en guise de repas un pauvre semblant de jambon beurre et de l’eau … certains ont été malade et nous avons pris une insolation plus mal de mer ! À notre retour nous demandons au prestataire le remboursement ou le remplacement. On nous dit que parfois ça arrive à cause du mauvais temps par contre l’autre groupe a bien plongée et est partie en même temps de nous ! Le capitaine et le guide ont fait un rapport qu’ils refuses de nous lire ou montrer ! Une réclamation est en cours. L’agence qui a organisé blues caraib tours nous a complètement méprisé. (Agence à fuir) que l’argent qui les intéresse ! Les capitaines durant notre périple se sont moquer de nous en espagnol. Le guide a dormi tout le trajet et a passé tout son temp sur son téléphone. Nou exigeons le remboursement intégral auprès du prestataire depuis presque 2 jours. C’est opaque et les clients sont pris en otages. Inadmissible C’est des voleurs !

Experiencia negativa: Can't complain about anything other than having to pay to sit next to the people in your booking on a long haul flight. TUI masquerading as a high level airline and at the end of the process you still need to book your own seats like on a budget airline. It beggars belief. Would have been 5 stars but wanting extra money for something that was once automated and sat next to the people on the booking brought it right back to a budget 2. How this wouldn't of been factored into the price of the holiday is an amateur move, looks so bad selecting seats.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased shuttle transportation which was assigned to Tui. After arriving late due to a delay getting our bags we were told they could not accommodate us. Even though the delay wasn’t our fault. They put us in contact with a taxi service that charged us 4 times the normal rate. Please don’t use their service, a complete scam.

Experiencia negativa: Wir verbringen gerade unsere Flitterwochen hier und ehrlich gesagt ist es schrecklich! Wir haben zwei Ausflüge gebucht und beide wurden abgesagt. Es wurden auch keine Alternativen angeboten. Wir wollten an einer kostenlosen Shoppingtour nach Cancun teilnehmen, diese wurde auch abgesagt nach Anfrage von unserer Seite zu einer Alternative, wurde uns die gleiche Shoppingtour für fast 90 Euro pro Person angeboten. Wie soll man das den verstehen?!? Die kostenlose Tour geht nicht aber wenn man bezahlt dann schon, hää?!? Mittlerweile glaube ich das hier Kunden angeworben werden und kein Angebot wirklich umgesetzt wird. Genauso ist nie ein Tui Mitarbeiter vor Ort, uns wurde auch nicht per App mitgeteilt wann ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort ist, obwohl dies vorab im Tui Chat geschrieben wurde.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! If I could rate zero stars, I would. We booked an excursion thru our hotel for an Isla Mujeres trip that included snorkeling and paddle boarding. On the day of our trip, we were informed both of those activities were canceled, but the trip to the island was still on. Since all activities originally promised were not being offered, we requested a full refund. Tui refused and cited the port being open and boat ride still being offered enough reason to refuse our cancellation/refund request. The terms of the agreement were broken. That is always enough of a reason. If I ever see Tui involved with any kind of excursion or trip in the future, I'll be dammed if I ever sign up for it.

Experiencia negativa: CUIDADO CUIDADO. Me hicieron un robo gigante en mi maleta. Rompieron el candado de la maleta, me robaron todas mis joyas y perfumes. En el aeropuerto nadie da razón, pero habían 2 personas más a quienes les robaron en el mismo vuelo de Bruselas a Cancun con parada en Varadero.

Experiencia negativa: Attention! Risk of fraud!!! We booked in Hotel RIU Palaca Costa Mujeres an excursion with TUI tour guide Cancun (Judith) for 210 Euro. She charged our credit card but gave no receipt, on the grounds that wifi for printers would be bad. She embezzled the money and Tui hasn't refunded us to this day!! So no money, no excursion and no information from tui! All documents and evidence are available.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible company they lied about a flight took our money and then when we showed up to Cancun Airport the people told us there was no flight we called these people they didn't answer we had to call the European phone number and then they told us that they would give us a voucher for another flight which we told him we would never be using them again and wanted a full refund so now we're $3,000 down the hole it still stuck in Mexico

Experiencia negativa: Juste là pour vendre des excursions ensuite il n'y a plus personnes. Malhonnête et mal organisé (rendez vous à 5h du matin au lieu de 7h !, le transfert ne vient pas ! ). Réserver ailleurs si vous voulez de la qualité.

Experiencia negativa: TUI cancun ist eine Katastrophe. Nach Annullierung unseres Fluges und der damit verbundenen Verspätung von einem Tag. Keine Unterstützung, kein Service, Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich. Mitarbeiterin vor Ort im Hotel sehr schlecht informiert und nicht erreichbar. Besonders die TUI Mitarbeiter David Cetina und David Torres waren sehr unfreundlich und haben alles komplett abgeblockt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle nie mit TUI buchen, wenn man in solchen Ausnahmesituationen komplett alleine gelassen wird. Keine Werbung für TUI und keine Werbung für Mexiko. Null Sterne. Schade.

Experiencia fantástica: Actually I am not Tui's customer yet. But I saw the young guy from Tui who works in Moon palace is really a responsible great staff. I will never choose moon palace again which is another story but I will choose Tui somewhere else.
