Experiencia fantástica: Stitch and Ricardo took us on a tour from the majestic to Chichen Itza, lunch at Kaia, and ended with a trip to a cenote. Absolutely recommend. Stitch was full of interesting information and was extremely personal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Experiencia fantástica: Buenas tardes, en el día de hoy 14/2/25 he efectyel Tour a BACALAR, en mi caso desde Tulum. Debo decir que los guías César y Javier han sido ESPECTACULARES en todo aspecto, puntuales, educados, serviciales, atentos, humanos, graciosos, excelentes y muy interesantes explicaciones dadas en todo el transcurso de la excursión. Felicitaciones!! Excelentísimo Personsl!! Nota: 10 de 10!! El chofer Javier también excelente!!! Manejo prudente y muy respetuoso, amable y cordial!! También nota 10!! El servicio del tour en lancha fue también excelente!!! Y el Restaurante fue todo MARAVILLOSO!!!

Experiencia positiva: Great guide, great locations. Paid extra for package with breakfast, and all they had was ham and cheese sandwiches. Not a good place to be a vegetarian i guess. However there was no option or mention of it on their package. My wife and i gave the food to others. Should have put it there.

Experiencia positiva: Ekinox Tour was great in delivering the service for Chichen Itza. I opted for plus package which included Boxed breakfast and 5 drinks which was great. The guide Marios was super nice and explained the details of each of the site and Mayan culture very nicely. We were amazed with the knowledge shared by him. I would suggest to have a tour with Ekinox because of their overall service start from hotel pickup to dropoff. Only one thing which I felt should be improved was the free time given to the tourists in Chichen Itza was very less (15 min). Since Chichen Itza was the main attraction, so the free time should be given atleast 30 min, for photographs and few shopping from the locals. Tourists were advertized and pressurized to buy stuffs from their collaboration store and not from the locals in the Chichen Itza.

Experiencia positiva: My husband and I booked the tour through our resort. We had great day (aside from the hot weather) on our tour to Chichen Itza, Cenote Ok-Kil, and Valladolid with our guide Jesus Cuevas and driver Juan. Jesus was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and we were truly grateful for how he shared his deep understanding of Mayan culture with us throughout the day. The lunch was good with an unexpected educational experience. The only downsides was feeling a bit rushed to visit all the stops, feeling pressured to buy from the Mayan shop (and not at Chichen Itza) and tip everyone one we encountered. We would have preferred to skip Valladolid and spend more time at Chichen Itza or swimming at the cenote. Overall, it was a good experience and day!

Experiencia fantástica: Great tour and a great price. Amazing value for the price. We spent all day with Mario, Angel and Sergio and they were all great. Very professional, entertaining and informative. We recommend booking through Expedia and definitely not through the hotel. Some other hotel guests paid over double through our hotel and it was advertised that they got a good deal.

Experiencia fantástica: So, yes - it’s a long day. If you’re not up for it then don’t set yourselves up for frustration or disappointment because they pick up guests from all over the area. We stayed in Akumal and did the Coba, Tulum and cave swimming tour with Perfecto Mota. He was great! Be ready for the heat, bring cash and stay hydrated. Perfecto was a great guide, knowledgeable and friendly too. Would definitely recommend again!

Experiencia negativa: Three hours on the bus each way. 6 hours on the bus for a 12 hour day adventure. Not worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I enjoyed every second of this trip. Ricardo was our tour guide. You could tell he thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and history of each magical sight and it only enhanced the experience much more. He also saved us from many tourist traps- the vendors selling the same fake stuff outside (no offense to them) are not to be trusted. Don’t acknowledge or respond to them . He took us to a respected shop elsewhere in a Mayan community (same place we had lunch for part of the tour). Beautiful day, definitely recommend! I do wish we brought a phone bag to take more photos in the water during the Cenote portion (hint).

Experiencia negativa: Cogimos con esta empresa el Tour a Chichén Itzá y no nos gustó nada. La visita de las ruinas mayas fue muy rápida, todo deprisa y corriendo, no nos dejaban tiempo para hacernos fotos por nuestra cuenta o para comprar recuerdos. Nos decían que no lo compráramos allí, que eran fabricados en China. Luego nos llevaron a una hacienda maya y nos dejaron allí un montón de tiempo en una tienda que supuestamente era artesana y los precios eran desmesurados. Se ve que tienen convenio con ellos. Por otra parte, nos dijeron que llegaríamos al Hotel mucho más temprano de lo que luego llegamos. Fueron casi 15 horas de excursión. No recomendaría este tour.

Experiencia negativa: Booked a tour to the coloradas & rio lagartos. Horrible experience, pickup was 1h late, guides did not give enough information about anything, they did not explain anything about the places we visited. To enter the coloradas you need to pay an additional 30 dollars per person! The bus ride home was a nightmare, too hot on the bus and the toilette on the bus was really disgusting. Wouldn't recommend this tour agency to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: No fuimos calientes de su servicio creo por eso y no pagarles esta persona se porto con una pésima actitud contra nosotros y lo peor delante de él grupo de extranjeros que traía a cargo, por el acento creo eran personas de España,solo por preguntar si nos podía indicar hacia dónde caminar a la salida nos contestó "NO SE, NO SOY SU GUIA!" y de más cosas que nos grito, así es de que si estas aquí para ver reseñas del servicio cuidado con que les toque esta persona para su tour,persona grosera y nefasta, pidiendo respeto cuando en ningún momento se le falto al respeto. Esto sucedió en Tulum.

Experiencia fantástica: Nuestro tour a Chichén Itzá estuvo muy bien, agradecer a el guía Luis Barrera y a Héctor y al conductor Antonio. Es una excursión larga, con mucho calor , con muchas cosas para ver y además ir recogiendo gente por el camino, pero ellos no lo hicieron pesado , fueron muy didácticos y amables y super simpáticos !!! Con muy buena explicación de todos los detalles Desde Uruguay un abrazo !!!

Experiencia negativa: CONTRATÉ EXCURSIONES CON ELLOS EN MI VIAJE A MÉXICO, 3 exactamente. PROGO MI EXCURSIÓN A HOLBOX un sábado, mirando el tiempo días anteriores daban lluvias todo el día, NO me dieron opción de cambiar la excursión y efectivamente llovió toda la excursión a la isla, comimos en la misma lancha del barco mojados, lamentable !!!! Y por lo que os podéis imaginar la excursión fue un auténtico desastre porque la isla no parecía ni una isla …. Pedí soluciones y me quedé con una mano delante y la otra atrás !!! Pero ellos el dinero sí que se lo quedaron

Experiencia fantástica: A guia Susana e o motorista Oscar foram espetaculares. Fizemos a visita a Tulum, aos Cenotes na Casa Tortuga e a Playa del Carmen. A Susana era muito simpática e explicou-nos tudo. Apesar do inconveniente da chuva, rapidamente arranjaram alternativas e proporcionaram-nos um dia muito feliz. Recomendo!

Experiencia fantástica: Tengo que agradecer los días espectaculares que viví con los guías ,chichenitza con ángel villalobos y gerry donde se conjugaba ,la cordialidad, las explicaciones de cada sitio , el trabajo del chaman y de Gerry. tulum excelente con Ivone, y la frutilla con ek balam y la sapiencia y fortaleza intelectual de Jesús cuevas, los cenotes los califico de ensueño

Experiencia fantástica: We did the Tulum, Playa Del Carmen and Cenote Tour, it was a great experience. Sol, Karlos & Blanca were great. (They have a fourth member too, but I don't know how to spell their name). Karlos and his team explain everything in detail and incorporate humor in their explanations too, which makes for an interesting listen. They spaced out the activities giving us enough time at every location, unlike some tour companies that rush you all day long. I would recommend them for your next travel to Cancun.

Experiencia fantástica: Muy recomendable por organización, por la atención prestada por los guías. El guía que nos llevó a Chichén izat estaba muy puesto en la materia. Por cierto se llama Gamadiel. Otro día fuimos a Holbox, nos llevó MaNuel Oropesa y José Rivero muy atentos, muy serviciales y muy recomendable ir con ellos a la excursión

Experiencia positiva: As a family we went to chitiniza cenota and the Maya village last Friday the kids didn’t like the tour very much as it was too hot for them but they loved the time in cenota which i thought they should left us a bit more time there , Mario our tour leader was really good we had chico as our driver and I forgot the name of the other tour leader . We went to the craft shop and I bought some stone bracelets and necklace and stone pendant for my self and got them blessed but sadly my necklace it was left on the coach seat we think when we done the last stop and my husband took his camera from the bag he took out the necklace and didn’t notice where me and my husband sat and never recovered :( was really upset when got at the hotel room and was getting out the staff and didn’t find it tried to contact Ekinox but no luck we where on bus 363 other than that it was a nice day

Experiencia negativa: FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE: I HAD TO PAY A USD 300 TAXI REACH MY HOTEL. My recent tour was very disappointing. Although Chichen Itza's majesty is undeniable, it was treated like a race against time, as if the ancient Mayans were chasing us. The architectural marvel was unjustly overshadowed by the guides' remarkably poor time management and their controlling demeanor, which left us little room for spontaneity or personal exploration. The real irony lay in how they leisurely herded us into a mediocre lunch and a prolonged, unnecessary craft shop visit. The imbalance was striking – we spent more time admiring local trinkets than the iconic pyramid. This mismanagement resulted in us reaching 4 PM without having visited the cenote and Valladolid. I had to take a USD 300 taxi ride to avoid a late-night hotel return, which would have been no earlier than 10 PM, missing Valladolid entirely. This experience was a disappointing misadventure in one of the world's most captivating destinations.

Experiencia negativa: I wish if I can gave them minus.. Service and bus are a total shame. Bus is old and driving was not fun. If you are car sickness. Good luck to u. I had to stop the bus and comeback by taxi.

Experiencia fantástica: We toured Tulum and Coba with Diego. Diego was a kind, helpful and informative guide. At the end we were in a rush to catch a ferry and Diego hopped off the bus with us to guide us to the ferry so we made it on time. Definitely would recommend this tour and Diego (bus driver too but i can't remember his name!).

Experiencia fantástica: What an excellent trip. We went from Cancun to Coba, Tulum and a Cenote in a small minibus around 10 people. The driver Rudolf and guide George were excellent, felt totally safe and everything was explained clearly. Lots of free water as well. The lunch is a large buffet of traditional foods - the Tortilla Soup was fantastic! A wide selection. You can go to two Cenotes at the location. Make sure to walk to the second one (3min away) as its a cave and very magical. We learned a lot about Mayan culture and history. Worth the extra few $$ to take this tour over others.

Experiencia fantástica: I had two tours with Ekinox Tours whilst travelling in Cancun. The tour guide for the first tour was Ricardo and the second tour guide was Carlos. Ricardo, Carlos and the entire tour team (drivers etc.) were excellent. The knowledge, friendliness and customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend using Ekinox tours. When i return to Cancun I look forward to going on more tours through Ekinox. Thank you for the amazing experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: Hicimos el tour de Akumal, Tulum y cenote con David. Ojalá hacer un viaje de un mes con él! Nos hizo sentir super a gusto y sus explicaciones fueron geniales: divertidas, interesantes y dinámicas. Es un guia genial! Espero volver algún día y poder coincidir con él.

Experiencia negativa: Hicimos un tour a chichen itza y todo fue bien hasta que el guía Gerardo nos dijo que no compráramos nada en las pirámides que nos llevaría a un lugar con un artesano y resulta que ese lugar eran un robo, todo excesivamente caro y no pudimos comprar nada.

Experiencia fantástica: Hicimos dos tours con esta agencia. Tulum con Akumal y Chichen Itza. Todo perfecto. Los guías Raúl, Estrella y Jesús Cuevas muy muy bien. Fueron dos buenas experiencias. Ningún problema.

Experiencia negativa: Contratamos una excursión a Tulum y a Coba. Nos vendieron una experiencia que nada tenia que ver con la realidad: el guía un prepotente, la carta natal maya, por la que pagamos 30€, la sacaron de internet. Cambiaron el orden de las visitas, la comida fue pésima, aparecieron gastos extras, pedían propina por respirar y para colmo el guía nos llamó impresentables por hacer preguntas… no hay mejor defensa que un buen ataque. Equinox, nunca más

Experiencia negativa: Empezo bien, Buenos Guias, te indican donde conprar y donde no, pero luego todo son prisas, excepto donde ellos quieren que compres, por ultimo se me cayó el movil en el asiento y me di cuenta al bajarme, resulta que se quedan con lo que perdais, dicen que no lo vieron. MentIra.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/5 stars! Mario, Able, and Sergio were absolutely amazing! So much information, and were on the ball for answering any, and all, questions we had. Now for the hater reviews! The whole point of the tour is to learn the Mayan culture, and if you weren't prepared for that, then you should be mad at the company that actually sold you the tour. This isn't your country, so don't expect it to be like it!!

Our all-day tour guide, Nesi (“Water”), and on-site tour guide, Henry, were nothing short of Finntastic!! Their passion, knowledge, and willingness to share made the Ekinox tour something we will never forget. YUMBOTIK!!

Experiencia fantástica: Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento a lsos guías: Niza, Jesús, Minerva y Ángel. Los tours que he hecho han sido espectaculares gracias a ellos. Las excurisones es verdad que en algunos momentos estaban muy llenas de gente, pero es la masificación que hay y no su culpa.

Experiencia negativa: Tourist! Beware of this tourist trap! All the negative reviews that you’re reading are true. I was sadly recommended this trip because I really wanted to go to Chichen-nitza to check out the pyramids. The time management was very poor on this one. If you’re looking to be in a bus more than the activity that they mentioned, then this tour may be something for you. Do not believe them that it will only take 9 hours. This entire trip took from 7 am - 930pm. You will be in the bus driving in total of 10 hours due to having to pick up other resorts and stuffing them all in the bus. If only that I knew that the locations that they were taking us were far away from each other. Hence, to all the driving. I was under the impression that it is all close by. Nothing like they describe on their website. The activities themselves were a total sham. When we went to the pyramids we only got a chance to see a part of it. And we were there for less than an hour. Mind you, the Itinerary listed on their website was 2 hours which resulted to us not being able to take in everything. But I thought this was THE Chichen-Nita’s trip. And were suppose to be there early to get “Early access” but we got there 12 pm. At that point we were all hungry. I gotta give it to them that the Cenote experience would’ve been nice if it wasn’t crowded with so many people. You are better off checking out other cenotes, this didn’t feel as close to natural or an authentic experience. The worse part was this little Mayan “village” they dragged us into. (It wasn’t) It was so cheesy, and staged. The host that we had was hyping it up saying that they’re making amazing food which was pretty average. We’re just happy to eat at this point since it was already 3 pm and promised us lunch. They’re little shop of all the stones and crystals they had were very expensive; the least expensive item that I found were bracelets for 35 bucks each. I’ll give it to them since it’s obsedian and they had a “shaman” cleanse it for you but insist you to tip right after. Our last stop was the Valladoid town. It was a beautiful little place where locals seem to hang out and where a super historical church stands. We wanted to explore a little more however they only gave us 20 mins to look, which doesn’t even give us enough time to walk around the little park. I’m assuming because they don’t get incentives for people who buy from real locals. Personally, I would’ve spent my money there than the staged Mayan village. If you are traveling with kids, or just looking for a cookie cutter excursion, this trip may be for you. But if you are expecting to do a lot of activities just as it’s listed here; please be aware that you will NOT have enough time to even take in any of it. If you are going through an agency, which they usually posts up at each resort, please make sure they are clear on what the itinerary holds AND as to who is supplying the activity (in this case Ekinox Tour was the supplier). I highly encourage doing your research and looking up the reputation for the tour. You will thank me later.

Experiencia positiva: Hicimos el tour de Chichén Itzá y Holbox con esta agencia. - Tour de Chichén Itzá: Nuestro guía Jesús nos contó muchísimas cosas demostrando que domina la cultura. A diferencia del resto de guías, Jesús nos comentó que podíamos comprar en Chichén Itzá pero que lo más normal es que fuesen falsificaciones. La ruta por Chichen Itzá estuvo muy bien y el cenote de Ik Kil también. Después llegó la peor parte, la visita a la villa Maya (Kaua) y Valladolid. La villa ya no tiene nada de Maya, tiene hasta una tienda donde te venden de todo...desde tequila hasta camisetas pasando por figuras. Ya nos habían avisado de que era carísima la tienda así que habíamos comprado las cosas en Chichen Itzá. La comida que te dan está bien, pero no es nada de otro mundo. Después viene Valladolid, que tiene una plaza. En resumen, la primera parte del tour está muy bien y la segunda es relleno total pasa hacer caja en el pueblo Maya. - Tour de Holbox. Super interesante. Nuestro guía fue Víctor y junto a Lázaro (conductor de la furgo) y Elías (capitán de lancha) hicieron que el día estuviese muy bien. Holbox si es una representación de la historia, no tiene nada que ver con el pueblo Maya, esto es real.

Experiencia negativa: Pour ma part je suis très déçue de mon tour à Chichen Itza, un tour interminable de 13 heures qui aurait pu en prendre 9 . Durant l'allée, le guide nous dit de se méfier des vendeurs de Chichen Itza. Qu'ils ne vendent pas des choses authentiques et qu'ils vont par le fait même nous escroquer. Que nous devrions attendre d'arriver au village de Kaua pour acheter des objets mayens véritables. Chichen Itza s'est faite en deux heure et quasiment à la course. Le guide nous a même demander de pas prendre trop de photos pour ne pas retarder le tour. Nous avons honnêtement vu qu'une petite partie des ruines car nous étions toujours en train de courir après le guide. Dommage car c'était un de mes rêves d'aller visiter cette merveille du monde. Ensuite c'était le Cenote de Ik Kil, nous somme arrivé passé 13h et on nous donnais jusqu'à 15h10 pour revenir au bus. Le bassin était bondé et c'était difficile d'apprécier ce magnifique endroit. Nous avions à cette heure toujours pas mangé. Et là le comble du voyage, le village de Kaua. Aussi faux que votre complexe hôtelier, même l'école est fausse!! On vous entasse les uns contre les autres sur des longues tables dans un buffet ou on sert de la bouffe ''Authentique''. La qualité des aliments était très ordinaire. Pour le dessert, du Jello. Quoi de plus mayens. Ensuite c'est la tournée du ''village'' où on se fait bénir par un chaman et ensuite on nous montre comment ils préparent leurs nourriture et leurs artisanats. À chaque ateliers on nous demandait de laisser du pourboire, au point que ça devient malaisant. Et pour finir le tour de Kaua , on nous amène dans une boutique où il y a plus de vendeur que de touristes. Tout les articles sont pour la plus part identiques à ceux de Chichen Itza mais avec des prix décuplé. On se rend bien vite compte que les escrocs ne sont pas les vendeurs de Chichen Itza mais bien nos guides, qui par le fait même, touchent une partie du profit. Une trappe à touriste, méfier vous.

Experiencia fantástica: Muy buena agencia, recomiendo mucho. Destaco a Carlos Flota que nos contó muchas curiosidades sobre México y su cultura, nos ha encantado!

Experiencia negativa: El "guia" Enrique pésimo, sin ningún interés por el grupo y sin explicar nada, cambiando el orden de visitar los sitios por que se esperaba lluvia, ellos no cancelan ellos solo a hacer dinero, teniéndolos todo el dia bajo una lluvia tropical inmensa, empapados y tuviendo que visitar holbox bajo la lluvia,en la vuelta gente mayor diciendo que bajasen el aire acondicionado, que íbamos a 17 grados, y le tomaban por tonto diciéndole que el termómetro del bus estaba roto, y cuando logramos que lo quitase despues de una hora helados, empezó a subir, lo único bueno Isaac el capitan que nos llevó y la comida que no estaba mala.

Experiencia negativa: La comida es mala. En el autobús el conductor no nos quitaba el aire acondicionado cuando había personas mayores de 65 con mucho frío debido a que nos calló una lluvia tropical en la excursión. El guía sin ningún interés por el grupo, su atención fue pésima. Lo mejor de la excursión, el capitán del barquito que nos llevó a los sitios que fue súper simpática, se llama Isaac.

Experiencia positiva: Good tour overall. They picked us up on time at 7:50am (only five minutes late) and took us on a big bus, which was comfortable and a great option given it was a 2.5 hour drive each way to Chichen Itza. But, there were a few things that were not ideal. One, lunch was not served until 4pm and they don’t give you much time to get food when the chichen itza tour ends at about 2pm, so we were all starving. Two, at about 8:30am or so the guide woke us up with an annoying alarm noise to talk for an hour and try to sell us a Mayan calendar of some sort which seemed to be just a piece of paper. Three, the Valladolid stop was unnecessary in my opinion. There isn’t much to see, you’re surrounded my tourists traps and people trying to sell you stuff. We were all exhausted by that point it was already around 6:30pm and just wanted to go home. We didn’t make it back to Cancun until 9pm. We had a good driver though and it was all well organised, despite the inconveniences.

Experiencia negativa: Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el autobús estaba dividido en dos partes una para los que hablasen español y los ingleses. Los que hablaban español iban en la parte trasera del mismo. Nos sentimos discriminados porque en todos los autobuses te sientas donde quieras segun llegas y además tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo a unos extranjeros que no vinieron y dejaron el espacio vacío. Los asientos súper estrechos y no llegaba el aire acondicionado. En definitiva tratan bien como siempre a los ingleses y americanos. Por otro lado el guía en sus explicaciones de la cultura maya ofreció una versión antiespañola colonialista que nos ofendía. De hecho este tour ya lo hicimos hace 4 años con otra empresa y no coincidió con lo dicho. Luego hubo una tormenta y no paro para resguardarnos . Nos pusimos empapados. Al cenote nos llevaron después. No nos informaron antes de salir de que llevar y no llevamos chanclas de playa y tuvimos que bajar dos pisos descalzos y con el suelo resbaladizo. Demasiada gente en el cenote. Cuando fuimos la otra vez a este mismo cenote no había casi gente y pudimos llegar con los tenis hasta allí. La comida muy bien pero tarde. El guía Fernando mal educado . No se puede hablar tan mal a quien te da de comer.

Experiencia fantástica: Genial las dos excursiones realizadas. Hacer especial mención a Adei, Fernando y Ariadna, son muy sueltos y te hacen que la excursión sea mucho mas amena si cabe.

Experiencia negativa: Contratamos un tour a Chichen Itzá, cenote y otras cosas más. Fue interminable!! Hiper aburrido, repleto de gente y nos llevó 12hs!!!!! El almuerzo fue a las 16:15hs! Increíble! Insoportable todo! Te llevan a lugares que tienen arreglos para venderte cosas todo el tiempo! El guía Gerardo, sinvergüenza, intenta venderte una porquería de calendario indígena escondiendote el precio que tiene acordado con el negocio para turistas que tienen montado. ESTAFA!

Experiencia fantástica: We toured Chichén Itzá and it was INCREDIBLE. Luis and Fernando were both great, Luis was the guide for the English speakers. He was so knowledgeable and super engaging. Great sense of humor, made the entire tour so fun. The tour never felt rushed, I felt like we were given ample time for pictures and sight seeing. Luis and Fernando were the best tour guides I’ve ever had, I cannot recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I booked a tour with you to Chichen Itza on the advice of Rafael at Live Aqua tour desk. Our tour guides and driver were Nizza, Al and driver Francisco. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and conduct of these fine individuals. The trip itself was amazing, I have been wanting to come and see the Mayan ruins for a very long time and I was not disappointed! If all we did was come to Mexico, take this singular trip with your company and these three gentlemen and return home I would have been satisfied. We are planning a return trip to the Tulum area and will book additional tours with your company exclusively. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Experiencia positiva: La excursión a Holbox muy bonita, lo mejor de todo nuestro guía, Víctor, un saludo de Thiago el aventurero si lees esto!!! Increíblemente amable y atento, muy top. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque hicimos otra excursión a chichén itza, en la que el guía fue también bueno y amable, lo único que nos juntaron en el autobús con un grupo de franceses y no explicaban las cosas en español porque éramos poco y nos sentimos un poco marginados, por lo demás todo muy bien.

Experiencia negativa: Hemos hecho 2 tours con la agencia, el primero a tulum cobá y bien pero el de xichen iza en primer lugar llegaron tarde y después en las ruinas todo rápido y apurados sin poder tener tiempo de ver bien todo y/o comprar para luego perderlo en la Aldea maya que es un timo en toda regla la comida malísima y el restaurante como cualquier otro nada típico ni nada interesante eso si 2 horas en una tienda clarísima donde unos pendientes de plata que no son hechos a mano ni mucho menos 400 doláres y con eso compro oro y brillantes . En fin me sentí decepcionada del tour. Ah donde la guayabera No es mexicana. Se le atribuyen varios orígenes .....

Experiencia positiva: Hemos visitado EK Balam, Chichen itza, el cenote de ikkill y el pueblo de Valladolid. Lo primero el autobús que era nuevo y muy confortable y luego el guía que era un crack. RAÚL se expresaba tan bien y sabía tanta historia que nos hemos quedado encantados de todo lo que hemos visto. Hemos tenido desayuno en el autobús y luego varios snaks y luego la comida típica en un pueblo que fue riquísima. Yo le doy un a esta agencia y más al guía RAÚL que se merece un 200
