Experiencia fantástica: We used Yamevi travel for both transport from cancun airport to hotel and from hotel back to airport. The prices were the best we found out of all transport options. Our transportation guide was awaiting us when we arrived in front of the welcome bar just like he said he would be, he was very friendly and professional. This was supposed to be a shared transport however there was only one extra person in our vehicle so that was nice. When booking our return transfer to the airport I simply messaged them on WhatsApp and it was a seamless process. Our driver was on time and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Prenotato shuttle Aeroporto-Cancun (zona hoteliera) ma a causa ritardo aereo li contatto via whatup fanno finta di cercare rimedio ma poi ops non ce soluzione veicolo privato extra 26$ dollars ...invece quando sono arrivato aspettavano altri passeggeri di altri voli per shuttle condiviso ma a me avevano detto che non era possibile. Finite col pagare 50 dollari... stress al minimo problema. EVITATE YAMEVI TRAVEL PICCOLI IMBROGLIONI DI 4 SOLDI ....

Experiencia negativa: Pésimo servicio, al llegar al aeropuerto se tardaron 1 hora en llevarme a mi hotel y estuve parada esperando. De regreso si llegaron puntual pero sorpresa, se quedaron mi gabardina la cual iba amarrada a mi carry on, lamentablemente me di cuenta al pasar los filtros de seguridad y al reportarlo solo dijeron que no había nada.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT BOOK WITH YAMEVI TRAVEL!!! This company left my travel partner and I stranded at the Cancun airport and refused to help find alternate transportation. They are now refusing a refund for the service they DID NOT PROVIDE.

Experiencia negativa: 0/5!!! We flew into cancun and as directed, look for a person in a red top with our name on the sign. In a crowd of many people with red shirts and signs, none had our name on it. I asked a couple people in red if they were there for us. I finally found a girl in street clothes with a red shirt and sign with a bunch of logos on it and she was waiting for me. Not helpful seeing as though I was directed to find a person with our name on it. When we were brought to our shuttle, I noticed there was no car seat as requested for our toddler. They said it would be a couple hours till we get one so we just passed and requested one for the return. 4 days before our flight/transport back, I downloaded the whatsapp to communicate with Yamevi and confirmed there would be a car seat. At pick up, THERE WAS NO CAR SEAT, AGAIN. I asked the driver but he just shrugged. He asked us which airline we were leaving from and I said Southwest. He said "terminal 3," and dropped us off at terminal 3. When we walked into the airport, we were told it was terminal 4. Terminal 4 is a 35 min walk. So we had to get into a taxi that cost $50 american dollars plus $10 tip. I reached out to the company for a refund and they pretty much went silent. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. And quite frankly, shame on any travel agent that continues to use them with this review.

Experiencia negativa: We had a terrible experience with this tour operator, our flight landed on time, however, it took us over 90 minutes to clear customs and get out of the airport and YAMEVI TRAVEL considered us a no-show and our transfer from Cancun Airport to our hotel left without us, we then had to pay for another transfer/taxi out of pocket that was triple the price, when we finally found their representative (it took us an additional 15-20 minutes to locate this person) they claimed they tried to contact us several times but I only had a single missed call on my phone, we had no way of communicating with them since the wifi at the airport was close to non-existent. I would recommend booking transfer services through other tour operators. Horrible experiencia con el servicio de este tour operador. Nuestro vuelo arribo a tiempo pero nos tardamos en pasar por aduanas mas de una hora y media y cuando finalmente salimos del aeropuerto nos costo encontrar a la persona representante de YAMEVI TRAVEL y cuando finalmente la encontramos, nos informaron que habíamos sido considerados "no-show" y nos toco pagar por un taxi con un costo de mas de 3 veces lo que ya habíamos pagado, la representante nos dijo que se había tratado de comunicar con nosotros varias veces pero solo había una llamada perdida en mi teléfono y nosotros no nos pudimos comunicar con ellos porque el wifi dentro del aeropuerto no te conecta para nada y no teníamos otra manera de comunicarnos con ellos. Les recomiendo contratar servicio de traslados con otros tour operadores.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience!!!! it was a Nightmare!!! bad service, bad vehicle, the driver doesn't know the routes, he hadn't money to pay the tolls, we ran out of gas, we had to wait almost 2 hours in the middle of nowhere, we arrive at the hotel suuper late because all this !!! VERY VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY !!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Don’t ever book with this company! They scam people. I booked a shuttle from Cancun airport to a hostel with this company and when I arrived they claimed the reservation was made for the following day even though I had proof right in front of me on the receipt. They told me they didn’t have a ride for me and then walked away from me and didn’t help fix it or get me a ride at all. I was all alone at the airport with no ride and had to scramble to find a new one. I contacted them multiple times afterwards very respectfully asking for a refund and NEVER received it. Don’t trust them.

Experiencia negativa: Hicimos una reserva para el traslado desde el aeropuerto de Cancún al hotel. No se presentaron. No teníamos conexion a internet ni posibilidad de llamar. Nos mandaron un email diciendo que estaban allí más de una hora y media después del aterrizaje (lógicamente ya habíamos buscado otro medio de transporte). Hemos reclamado que nos devolvieran el dinero y dicen que no porque "vinieron" (casi 2horas después del vuelo....)

Experiencia negativa: Un pésimo servicio al cliente . Tuve la desdicha de pagar el servicio por anticipado; resulta que me dejaron tirada en el aeropuerto porque supuestamente fue excedido el tiempo de espera (aunque hice todos los trámites de migración, lo más rápido posible). No hubo forma de que brindarán el servicio, aún cuando el encargado de la empresa se encontraba en el aeropuerto, tampoco me devolvieron un solo centavo. Un servicio deplorable, que no le recomiendo a nadie.

Experiencia fantástica: Booked Yamevi travel for transportation from Cancun airport to our hotel via Viator. The price was very reasonable for last minute booking ($9 per person, whereas others were asking for more than $35). The person responsible to receive us (Leimy) was very patient and waited for us for more than 45 minutes because our baggage was delayed. We did wait for another 20 minutes before we left the airport for the next departing shuttle. Would recommend them for airport to hotel shuttle. Not sure about from Hotel zone to airport.

Experiencia negativa: Pedi que la unidad llegara por mi a las 9:30 para ir al aeropuerto y llegaron a las 10:04. Me hablaron 10 minutos antes de la hora de llegada diciendo que llegarían 15 minutos tarde y fue aun mas tiempo que eso que por cuestiones de trafico. Cheque el google maps de todas partes y ningún trafico se veía fuera de lo normal. Ellos no esperan mas de 10 minutos si es que no estas ahi pero me toco esperarlos mas de 30 para ir al aeropuerto.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars, I would. We booked a tour one month in advance, and on the day of, we were waiting in the hotel for them, and they never came. Didn’t send us a message or a call, we had to message them via WhatsApp and they let us know they had an internal error and simply didn’t come for us. They wanted us to take a taxi to another hotel and told us we had to be there in less than 20 minutes, but the hotel was 15 minutes away. We were willing to take the taxi, but they said they would not wait for us the amount of time the taxi would take. We should’ve looked at these reviews before booking as the same situation keeps repeating itself… how do they make money if they never show up for their clients?

Experiencia negativa: Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto de Cancún estuvimos más de 1 hora esperando el transporte que contratamos y pagamos con anticipación. Ningún cartelón, ninguna señal, nosotros tuvimos que buscar a la persona para que nos diera información y nos indicará en donde estaba el transporte. Al terminar nuestro viaje, para regresar al aeropuerto el transporte llegó al hotel, ya estaba la mitad de la familia ahí y nosotros tardamos 10 minutos en llegar y nos dejo a TODOS, bajo las maletas que ya estaban en el transporte sin avisar y se fue. Nos comunicamos para ver qué pasó y nos dijeron que tenía otro servicio y no podía regresar por nosotros ( el transporte era privado para nosotros solos) Nos dio mucho coraje que nosotros SI tenemos que esperarlos a ellos pero a nosotros no nos pudieron esperar ni 10 minutos. DE VERDAD PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Tuvimos que contratar un taxi del hotel y volver a pagar!

Experiencia fantástica: Showed up at 2 to my hotel to take me to the airport with a same day reservation. Could not have made my flight without them. Very responsive via WhatsApp. I recommend you download it before you travel international because it's highly used. I can't be more thankful for the prompt arrival and swift driving through Cancun. Will use again.

Experiencia negativa: Muy impuntuales, marcamos cada 5 minutos y después de 30 minutos de la hora de llagada dijeron que tomáramos taxi por que no pasarían por nosotros, pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo por que si lo contratan pueden perder su vuelo por retardo. Mejor no arriesguen.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible unprofessional service taking more than 2/3 hours to even see a shuttle for pick up. If you are thinking about using them for transfer from cancun airport I absolutely would advise you to look somewhere else.

Experiencia positiva: We used them for our airport transfers in Cancun. Had some difficulty finding them after landing, had to wait for a while for the van, and they were not flexible with our return time when we tried to adjust it the day before. Shame on us for prepaying. But avoiding the taxi hucksters is still a good idea.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased a round trip transfer and they refused to pick me up on the agreed upon date even after I called and confirm my departure date and time. I was very disappointed with the customer service. I had to shell out more cash for a cab to the airport.

Experiencia negativa: Una estrella porque no puedo menos, espere unos 40 minutos con mi niño en brazos para poder abordar la van y después más casi 90 minutos hasta llegar al hotel, de vuelta no pudieron asegurar que llegaría a tiempo a mi vuelo, así que tuve que contratar otro servicio, mejor hacer directamente con el hotel o un taxi.

Experiencia negativa: Landed in Cancun with a 3 hour delay, beyond our control and no phone availability on the plane to confirm. Full flight details were given before with the booking, to be told that the transfer now wasn't going to happen as we have been on the ground for 3 hours, which is complete lies! We are now stranded at the airport with no way of getting to our hotel. Booked via Hoppa and will never, ever trust them again! What is the point in giving flight information for them to completely disregard live flight arrival information and then have the audacity to lie about it, leaving a family of 4 with 2 young children stranded. Disgusting!

Experiencia negativa: Viator refunded us fully and and this tour company did eventually pay for our taxi - but I still felt the need to share this experience because I think people need to know what to expect from employees at this company. We booked Yamevi for shuttle transportation to our hotel for 8 of us. They never messaged us, texted us or gave us any former communication on the day before we arrived or morning of. When we boarded our flight to Cancun I messaged them directly myself via Viator and the tour operator responded that the driver will be there. We arrive in Cancun and exit and are waiting and no shuttle. There was a yemevi representative standing outside but he wasn’t even holding a sign nor was he trying to find anyone. Anyways he told us the shuttle was in terminal 4 which is where the rest of my family was waiting. We messaged our family there and they said their Yemevi rep told them that the shuttle was in terminal 3 (which is where we were). We also had family in terminal 2 (we all came from different countries) and their Yemevi rep informed them that their shuttle was in terminal 4. None of the reps could speak english (which we specifically requested to prevent communication issues of course). We kept asking about the shuttle every half hour and our rep told us the shuttle was stuck in traffic between terminals (which was a complete lie). Long story short, my family and I lost three hours standing outside Cancun airport waiting for this shuttle. What bothered me most was the fact that they were consistently lying, over and over to us. Our rep told us there was “traffic between terminals”, my family in terminal 3 after yelling at their Yemevi rep and informing them they were taking a taxi were told that the taxi they requested was “being cleaned”. What’s crazy was even after two hours they decided to ditch the transport and take the loss and just book a cab and the Yemevi rep would walk up to any cab rep that they would speak to and tell them to not give them a ride in Spanish. It was absolutely ridiculous. This entire time, there was no shuttle ready and they were delaying us. Also; there were multiple other parties booked with Yemevi who also waited an hour+ at the airport. In the end, after a literal confrontation, they paid for us to take a cab. But that doesn’t buy back the 4 hours we lost at the airport with time wasted. We landed at 11 AM and got to our hotel at 4 Pm which is absolutely crazy. I fly to Cancun every year and have never had this issue with any previous transports booked. I will never tolerate dishonesty and backhanded behavior - if you don’t have the shuttle or it’s running late, just own up to it and communicate. But to lie to all of us and keep us waiting AND prevent us from getting our own transportation? Yeah, that’s a 1 star. Think twice before you book this airport shuttle, because that cheap price definitely isn’t worth it.

Experiencia positiva: I had a private transfer from Cancun airport booked with this company. The person coming to pick me up was 15 minutes late. After finding him, I was, made to wait an additional 30 minutes until I was in a car. There was no explanation or apology for this. The car itself was very clean and the ride pleasant. Overall, I should have taken a taxi, as a lot of professional registered services were available and waiting at the airport.

The guy told us that they need to pick up 3 other guests after us which is a lie because the driver went straight to the airport. We ended up waiting in the airport for almost 3 hrs. It only takes 20 mins from our hotel to the airport. I learned my lesson. Next time I will not choose Yamevi Travel for my transfer. I booked this transfer through Viator

Experiencia fantástica: I have booked a transfer form CUN airport to PDC area. They sent a WhatsApp the day before with instructions and when arriving in CUN it was exactly as described. The driver, Abel, was amazing and super friendly! He gave me a lot of tips for the area. He called my host at the destination because I didn’t have a Mexican SIM card and even waited with me until my host picked me up. 5 star service! Can only recommend!

Experiencia positiva: Upon my arrival in Cancun Airport, the guy from Yamevi travel was on time (4:30pm)and had a sign with my name on it -which was good. However, I didn't get in the vehicle and didn't leave until about a little over 5pm. I knew prior to booking that this was a shared transportation to the hotel zone, but I didn't know this particular company shared with other companies as well. I was in a van with other people booked in different transportion companies which explains why we waited outside the terminal for over hanf an hour, so they could gather everybody before transporting us to our respective hotels.. it was still worth the $6 I spent on Viator, though!

Experiencia negativa: Mal servicio, prometen cosas y no las cumplen. Cuando llamé para reclamar, solo me dieron un número de WhatsApp que jamás contestó mis mensajes.

Experiencia fantástica: Reservé con ellos un transporte redondo del aeropuerto de Cancún a puerto Juárez. Todo a través de Facebook 7 meses antes del viaje y, un día antes del viaje se comunicaron conmigo para confirmar. Todo excelente. De ida nuestro operador fue medio mamón y mal encarado, pero de regreso, el otro operador fue una bendición. Nos hizo ahorrar mucho dinero y tiempo. Consejo, si vas de Isla Mujeres a Playa del Carmen, la recomendación es que de Puerto Juárez vayas a Playa exprés, son unas vans que te cobran 42 pesos por persona y a dos cuadras de la 5ta avenida.

Experiencia fantástica: 10 puntos, se mantuvieron en contacto continuamente, y cumplieron con efectividad los horarios. Sin duda la relación precio producto es la mejor!, No dudaría en contratarlos nuevamente.

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente! Contratamos el servicio de traslado, trato muy personalizado desde el momento que haces la reserva se comunican por Whatsapp lo que hace todo más sencillo. Santiago atento en todo momento, a la llegada José nos fue a buscar al aeropuerto súper amable, entretenido y puntual. También contratamos una excursión y cumplieron con todo. A la vuelta tuve un inconveniente con el vuelo y Berenice soluciono el traslado de forma inmediata. Súper recomendable.
