Experiencia fantástica: Excellent tour. Eugenia was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of useful information. We visited 3 wineries and had lunch at a 4th. What I really appreciated was the fact that they honored my booking regardless of the fact that I was the only one on the tour. Just keep in mind, the cost of the wine tastings are not included, and each winery has its own price list. Luckily most wineries accept payment by card.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I we're celebrating our Anniversary and decided to visit the Valley of Guadalupe but did not have any information about the region. We booked with The Wine Route Napa Valley, what a great decision. They picked us up at our hotel on time and set a personal tour for my wife and me. We visited boutique wineries and large wineries. Eugena and Luige were very friendly and accommodating not only did they explain the valley and the wines but shared experiences of living in Mexico. I plan on utilizing The Wine Route in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: The tour was amazing! Eugenia and Rick met us at a beautiful Cultural Center near the cruise terminal that was just a short walk. Rick took my husband and I on a customized tour since we really wanted to visit El Cielo Vineyard and we wanted to have grilled octopus on this day. Rick catered to us the entire time! He took us to amazing wineries including El Cielo which was breathtaking. We did their underground cellars wine tasting with 4 great wines plus a “Mexican champagne “ they make there! They explain everything so well. The underground cellars are breathtaking ! Eugenia made an amazing recommendation to try the chocolate wine pairing. Absolutely amazing and must do!!! We enjoyed our day to the fullest and can’t wait to come back and try other wineries in the Guadalupe Valley with this company. Oh and Rick took great pics of us! Absolutely recommend this company for a complete Guadalupe Valley wine tasting tour at the greatest value!!❤️ Thank you!! We will return!❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Me encantó la experiencia, Luigi es muy amable, te explica la historia del lugar y te lleva a conocer diferentes lugares, te ofrece agua y un box lunch, el día de nuestra llegada tuvimos un problema con el avión que se retrasó y nos esperó, así no perdimos nuestras reservaciones y no se perdió el viaje, la verdad estamos muy agradecidos con él. Además nos apoyó en tomar algunas fotos y nos daba espacio para conocer el lugar sin presiones. Si volvemos a Ensenada, no dudaremos en contratar nuevamente los servicios de la empresa. Experiencia fantástica: This was the best decision we made the entire trip! Jorge took us to La Bufadora in a nice car and gave us a lot of information about the area as we drove along. He provided water and snacks. After seeing all we wanted to see at La Bufadora, he drove us back to the museo riviera and gave us a tour. Afterwards, he sent us pictures he'd taken for us! He also recommended a local taco cart for fish tacos and they were the best we've ever had! Thank you, Jorge! PS. We were three females in an unfamiliar place and Jorge made us feel safe and comfortable!

They make us feel safe and comfortable during the trip while explaining different area of city and town. Once we at La Bufadora, they guided us to good drinks, food and shop before we start roaming on our own. They are also making sure that we have plenty of time coming back so we don’t miss our cruise. Experiencia negativa: Contraté tour de los vinos y el primer viñedo donde me llevaron era uno super básico donde explicaban sin ganas, le comenté al señor que yo ya había ido a valle de Guadalupe y quería ver otros viñedos más grandes y bonitos le mostré mis fotos y por ejemplo para el viñedo de las nubes se negó a llevarme xq según no abrían y se necesitaba reservacion en ese momento llame al viñedo y me dijeron que estaba abierto y con esa llamada entraba pero el señor se notó molesto para llevarme. Hablamos y acordamos en ir a baron balche y De cantos los Google y vi que si eran lo que yo esperaba así que fuimos. Durante el camino si platico de la historia del lugares y varios datos curiosos. Al siguiente día fuimos a la Bufadora ahí solo nos dejó en el lugar y no explicó nada. La verdad es que no lo recomiendo su actitud de enojarse por no ir a los viñedos que el quería no me agrado nada ya que eso hace pensar que recibe dinero por eso, además que la degustacion en ese viñedo era más cara que los demás viñedos de mayor calidad. Para la próxima es mejor solo rentar un chófer y listo. Lo único bueno es la puntualidad y que lleva aguas. ***REPLICA *** Yo ya habia ido a los viñedos y no es suerte xq nunca he reservado, a usted que le importa sino compre un vino más caro yo no iba a documentar eso en el avión, o no me iba a poner borracha en el hotel , y mi hijo no bebe. En la bufadora ofrece guía así dice en su web y lo que hizo fue solo de CHÓFER. Que desagradable que responda con críticas por conteston 1 estrella. Ah y a mi que conocer a un eneologo ..

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing trip, start to finish. Our guide, Eugenia, text us the night before to review pick up spot (pictures included). We were on a cruise boat, so we met Eugenia at the Cultural Center, which was a short walk from the ship. It was just me and a friend on the tour, so it felt very personalized and intimate. Eugenia drove us around in a comfortable minivan and we were able to control our own air. From the start of our tour, Eugenia was personable, customized our trip to match our wine preferences, and was kind. She even took pictures of us along the route. We visited 4 wineries, each very different and unique. We loved every winery we visited and even got to drink/hang out with two of the wine makers! We had a charcuterie board at the second winery and lunch at the fourth winery. Eugenia provided water and snacks along the way and gave us a gift (wine glasses) at the end. We learned so much about the Ensenada wine region and the history of wine making there. Six months ago, I booked a wine tour through the ship. There is no comparison. The Viator excursion far exceeded my expectations and the ship excursion. Hands down. I can’t wait to book this trip again. I will request Eugenia and visit new wineries, as there are so many wineries in this region! Five start isn’t enough.

Experiencia fantástica: The tour was amazing! We had a small mishap with our driver, but they found us a replacement and boy was I glad we got Eugenia and Adam. They were amazing the entire time. Took us to amazing wineries. Explained so much about the wine and region and even made an amazing recommendation for dinner. We enjoyed our day to the fullest and can’t wait to come back and try other wineries with a Eugenia and Sam. Oh and they took great pics of us.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say ENOUGH good things about this tour company! I just booked my 4th tour with them, and will continue to recommend to friends and family. The best part is they can either plan for you, or you collaborate on what experience you’d like/occasion. Ask for Eugenia and Sam as your tour guides! You will not be disappointed. They’re also one of the few companies I know of that offers tours to Ojos Negros which was totally worth it. TLDR: use this tour company!

Experiencia negativa: Where do I even start. This tour was DISAPPOINTING. Not what I had expected. You're basically PAYING for someone to drive you around. Nothing is included but the driver a basic T-shirt, snack bag(with crackers, peanuts and water), and that is it. Lunch is not included and it's not even lunch it's like an early dinner. Lunch isn't till 4pm and you don't even get to pick where you want to go, they decide for you. It's an over priced "experience" you can get the same looking for a driver on your own and much more affordable. I would recommend anyone to simply hire a driver who will charge you $100 a day and take you anywhere you want for the WHOLE DAY! Please don't waste your time or money with this company! They are just milking money from tourist. One thing though, our driver was great. I have no complains of him. But the over all company could do a lot better for what they charge.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience on our La Bufadora tour. Our tour guide Oscar was beyond amazing. He was friendly and very informative of all the sites we were passing by on the route to La Bufadora. Amazing view of the coast. Once we got to the site, Oscar guided us to the flea Market up to the blow hole. He helped us bargain and communicate with the local vendors. Oscar was very helpful. He was also kind enough to take pictures of our group. They all turned out great. We had a blast.

Experiencia fantástica: Eugenia is awesome, we love everything about the tour. Due to cpvid we had a private tour just to 2 of us, and Eugenia even accommodated the restaurant we requested. She took us to some of the more private boutique winery that gave us some of the best wine tasting experience. Highly recommended and hopefully I may visit here again.

I would definitely recommend going with them instead of with the larger groups or shore excursions organized through the cruise lines. It was so much more personal and relaxing.

Experiencia fantástica: My 8 friends and I spent the day wine tasting in the Valle de Guadalupe. We had a wonderful experience with The Wine Route wine tour. Jorge was an incredible tour guide and host as we drove through the valley tasting wine. He is bilingual and spoke in Spanish for those of us that wanted to practice, and spoke English to those who didn't know Spanish. Jorge was very knowledgeable about the region and told us the history of each of the places we visited. He had organized the whole day with tasting at 4 very distinctly different wineries and a stop for lunch in the middle. We really appreciated that he reserved us a shaded spot with plenty of room for our group of 9 at all the places we visited. Additionally, the tour provided us with souvenir face masks, ice cold waters, and snacks in the van as we drove around. He also took fantastic candid photos of us throughout the day and shared them with us at the end. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Jorge and The Wine Route wine tour. I would highly recommend this company if you are booking a wine tour.

Experiencia fantástica: We had such an incredible day with Eugenia on the Wine Route. The tour included everything we could have wanted... and then some! We visited four really outstanding wineries, and stopped for a bite to eat after our tastings. Eugenia had a great itinerary planned for us, and all of the logistics were super easy.
