Experiencia negativa: Our trip to big bear was the worst experience they knew the weather was gonna be bad and decided not to cancel the trip we got of for 2 hours and a half with horrible weather. Our tour bus got stuck in the snow for 2 hours, the other tour bus broke down once and the second time it got it wheel snow chain stuck so we had to delay another 3 hours in total we spend 10 hours in the bus and 3 hours of the bus with horrible weather they drop us off in a place where there was nothing to eat just one restaurant which was pact.

Experiencia negativa: Excelente atención. Sin embargo el camión suele llegar tarde.
