Experiencia negativa: Terrible airline. First of all, my booked flight was cancelled for no reason from Cancun to Veracruz. They rescheduled me for the next day and I have to pay extra for a hotel next to the airport. They would not offer a hotel overnight even due to their fault. Unbelievable. Then when I return from Veracruz, whole day the app won’t let me check in. The app and online website all says I have to select seats but there no seat to select so I can’t check in. I called the airline the Mexico number, no one answer. Asked me to wait for 15 mins then count down, then 15 seconds over and over. I waited probably more than 30 mins with no sign anyone would pick up the phone to help. I am still cannot check in. I am so worry about my flight and I do not want to make another change. I would not buy ticket from this airline anymore.
