Experiencia negativa: BUYER BEWARE. We used Trafic Tours as part of a Delta Vacations booking on our trip to Playa Del Carmen. Heading to the hotel - it was great, however once at the hotel - their agent Andres told us we had to meet him in our lobby order to get our ride back. He would show us more excursions. His required time was while we were offsite and he required us to prove we weren’t at the hotel or we wouldn’t get a ride back. He LIED. He wanted to sell excursions. He wouldn’t admit the lie once he got caught. I had to spend 2 additional hours of vacation to get confirmation that we weren’t ok and didn’t need to sit through his sales pitch to get a ride back to the airport. IMAGINE THAT….we paid them and would have to sit through a sales pitch for more stuff!?!? WHAT!? Andres wouldn’t confirm our ride, but I was able to connect with Delta Vacations. BUYER BEWARE.
Experiencia negativa: This is the second time I used these folks for airport transfers only because it was part of the promotion by the Ocean brand. The first time it was 'complimentary' but after waiting for our ride from the terminal for an hour, we bailed and booked something else. The second time I booked a private pick up and paid $99 for a round trip transfer foolishly thinking it would make a difference. After hearing "10 more minutes" over 4 times, we were fed up. They FINALLY took us to the hotel after about a 45 minute wait. Then they were over 30 minutes late picking us up from the hotel after saying it was mandatory that we be ready by a certain time. I will never use them again and recommend either paying at the airport or finding a more reputable transfer company.
Experiencia negativa: Used these guys for two Tours, one to Hardrock Golf, another shopping trip. Both sadly disorganised and spent more time in buses or waiting than doing. Was escorted off Golf Course before I finished best avoided. Staff in buses friendly.
Experiencia negativa: We did an excursion on 16 Jan while we were on vacation at Iberostar. Mauricio sold us the excursion to Isla Contóy though we originally planned to go to Cozumel for the day. We were traveling as a couple with elderly parents one of which has limited mobility. At the beginning of the excursion, it was very clear that we had not been made aware of things before booking the trip. When looking at options, we specifically said that we had already been to Isla Mujeres and did not want to go back because of the distance from our resort. Knowing this, he still booked this trip for us. We were unaware that we would be stopping at Mujeres. We told him that we didn't want to be gone all day because we would be leaving my Mom behind who is disabled. He told us we would be back at 4:30. We did not arrive back at the resort until after 9. He told us that we would see/swim with the turtles but didn't mention that it wasn't the season to see them. My mother made the decision to not go with us because she wasn't interested but he did tell us that it would be OK for her to go as there would be handicap accessibility. This was the biggest lie. She would never have been able to do this excursion. Although the island was beautiful and the crew in the boat were fabulous, this was quite possibly the worst excursion we have been on in the seven years we have been taking the same trip to Mexico. We have never had someone push so hard to sell us certain excursions. It was a waste of well over $300. I tried to reach someone at Traffic Tours but they have yet to call me back.
Experiencia negativa: RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN. Share this poor excuse of a company to every social media platform. These crooks owe me $400 and I see many other people as well. I have friends world wide and will not stop letting everyone know what garbage this place is. I was injured and screwed on this trip. They refused to refund the next excursion I that I couldn’t attend due to the injury We took a sunset cruise and they crowded the boat. They asked about food allergies and ignored mine. They ignored the fact I was crying and injured from that 280lb man falling on me because they were so crowded on the sail boat with no seating. I am now walking with a cane. Oh and the pictures are not what it is. You will sit on a piece of mesh and pray to not get wet. It was the worst and most traumatic excursion I’ve ever been on!!! If they say they with delta they aren’t and they will con you to booking with them I’m filing a federal claim against them. But they are disgusting for an agency and a joke. Never again. Share this garbage everyone and destroy them before someone else gets hurt Here are my purple feet from part of injury
Experiencia negativa: At first, they were able to get us to our resort on arrival. For our departing flight, We showed up to our arrival time that was given to us on the confirmation ticket 10 minutes before the time. We waited 15 minutes after our arrival time and realized something does not seem right. We contacted one of their agents and said that we were marked as a no-show. I don’t see how that is possible because we have arrived early for our arrival time and the hotel staff confirmed that no one from this company arrived to pick us up. We were told by the agent to send an email about this issue. I sent them proof that we purchased a taxi to the Cancun airport, as well as letting them know that they caused us a great inconvenience of having to purchase transport to the airport and possibly making us late for our flight. I got a response back, saying that we were still a no-show despite stressing to them that nobody showed up to pick us up and the hotel staff even confirmed it. They even had the nerve to write a fake “no-show” ticket. This company is incredibly unprofessional and based on all the other reviews that I’ve seen, they are scammers and cheating people out of their hard money. Please avoid using this company at any cost.
Experiencia positiva: They got us where we needed to go. And the drivers were great. Their scheduling sucks. We arranged a different pickup time due to our original flight being canceled. We received a confirmation of our new pickup, but they weren’t there when we arrived. They had marked us as a no show on the original time. So we had to wait a while for them to dispatch a new driver. We booked a private shuttle on the return to the airport and they had our pickup time 5 1/2 hours prior to our flight. They were unwilling to change it. So we had to sit around the airport since it was too early to check our bags. I won’t use them again.

Excursions extrement cher pour la prestation, on vous promet de voir plein de choses et vous ne faites que du bus !!! On vous vends une viste de musée de tequila et en fin de compte c'est une dégustation dans une boutique où on vous oblige à acheter !!! Agence à fuire absolument !!! Personnel désagréable, un jour c est oui, un jour c'est non, un jour il faut envoyer un mail !!! Aucun suivi.... Attrape touristes GARANTIT !!!!
Experiencia negativa: AVOID using this company. Trafic Tours is completely unreliable, has ZERO customer service and FAILS to honor its refund policy. They do not deliver on their promised and pre-paid services. I strongly recommend choosing any other transport company!
Experiencia negativa: Terrible shuttle service. Took two calls and an hour late for arrival. Departure shuttle was late, took another mode of transportation. The customer service never addressed any of the issues and charged full price despite. Do not use!
Experiencia negativa: these guys are a joke. First, when we booked we received no information. No confirmation nothing. When we got here, there was no signs or communication. We’ve now been waiting for two hours and no car. DO NOT USE THEM. RUN FAR AWAY.

It’s pretty SCARY!!!! have 14 clients will be vacationing in Cancun within a few days, I booked with DELTA VACATIONS and transportation is INCLUDED I hope and pray my clients aren’t caused any inconvenience!… with their airport transportation!… today is Sunday- planning to contact the company tomorrow for confirmation- I’ll be back for an updated review!!!!
Experiencia negativa: Booked a sunset cruise was told by Frida we needed a minimum of 20 people to a max of 30 so we got 22 people. all paid and put in our email subject line “Sunset Cruise Saturday Nov 23” what Frida told us all to write… bus came picks us up and they started to demand we pay $200 usd more because they only have for 20 people because Frida didn’t count correctly and give them names on who was coming so our poor pregnant bride was put through so much stress trying to figure it out and stress on a pregnant person is not good for the baby the damage that could have done… well the bus driver said after an hour of trying to figure out what was happening said by the time we get there we would of missed the sunset and that they had to go… and now the company is refusing to give refunds for there error for Frida’s error…. This company is a scam… Frida is a Scam… don’t book with them… the end.
Experiencia negativa: We booked a sunset cruise advertised at our resort for a group of 22, fully paid with proof of payment. On arrival, we were told only 20 were confirmed and were asked to pay an extra $100 USD per “missing” person. The drivers and “coordinator” caused so much delay and arguing that we ultimately had to get off the vans sent to collect us, knowing we’d miss the boat, the sunset, or both. This ruined what should have been a perfect destination wedding for all of us, but especially for the 6 month pregnant bride adding unnecessary stress and frustration. Despite the brutal escalation process she was put through, the company has still refused to refund $140 CAD per person they’d stolen from us. Save your money and your blissful vacation and skip on doing any excursions with this company. You’ll likely have a better sunset view from your resort anyway.
Experiencia negativa: Do not book with this company. We booked with 'Frida' and paid for 22 people to attend a sunset yacht excursion. Upon departure from our hotel, they advised they only had proof of payment for 20 people and demanded an extra $200 before we could leave, despite our proof of payment for 22 people. They still insisted on more money. After 45 minutes of back and forth with Frida and the transportation company, we finally exited the bus that had been parked outside our hotel. It was only then that they relented and allowed us to go on the excursion. By this point, we were already late for the sunset and had missed 45 minutes of our excursion! We were all in a horrible mood after waiting on the bus for 45 minutes, arguing, and trying to prove that we had paid for 22 people. This was an absolute scam and money grab. Frida was completely unprofessional, was not efficient or organized, and ruined our evening. To make matters worse, our friend who organized the entire trip had just gotten married the day before and is 6 months pregnant. This was extremely stressful and unfair to her, and this ordeal put a damper on our entire trip. I would NOT recommend booking with this company unless you want to risk being scammed.

Experiencia negativa: We recently booked a Delta vacation that included transfers to and from the airport. Upon arrival, we were given a paper with a time the next morning to meet one of the TraficTour reps so they could try to sell us tours. They didn't give us an option on the time, despite us already having other plans. I was told they would not provide transportation back to the airport if we didn't show for the appt. The rep at the airport was incredibly rude. The driver never did show up to take us back to the airport at the end of our vacation. We had to pay out of pocket for a taxi. We will never use this company again. Rude and very unreliable.
Experiencia fantástica: Delta vacations uses TraficTours as their preferred vendor in Cancun. I got nervous reading these reviews - but I brought a group of 72 to Cancun, many arriving at different times and days, from different places, and we had no issues whatsoever. Israel, our destination expert, set us up with a club experience for a fair price and was helpful with everything we needed. I cannot speak to booking trafictours directly - but when booked through Delta I can say they were excellent.
Experiencia negativa: My family and I booked two excursions with Andres Miguel Hurtado Garcia which was the Buggy Tour and Private Party Boat. Once we arrived to the buggy it was two separate lines one was for VIP and one was regular which is the one we were in. We were never given the option of being VIP which were the better cars ie: Can Am, four wheelers etc.We had a stop so, they could sell their products but the thing I had a problem with was every person had their own price for the same items. So, that discouraged me into purchasing anything because, now you’re trying to get over on me. Secondly, was the Private Boat tour. Before we even got on the boat you can see the weather was cloudy and it had started to rain before we made it to the boat. I asked the young lady who took our pictures on the boat was it a chance that we could cancel and the request was ignored. Once she saw that my family was not enthused to get on this boat they started rushing us onto this small boat in the rain. Once we got on the boat we asked again could we cancel and they said they were taking us away from the storm. It started raining like cats and dogs out there. Once we got to the desired part where I guess you can snorkel and swim the sun finally came out. But it wasn’t no snorkeling or anything. They pulled out the fruit, chips and salsa and drinks. Once we started to finally enjoy the boat I noticed other people from the water coming on to the boat drinking and enjoying the music that we were playing. We maybe had 30 minutes of sun and it started back raining and never stopped. I personally asked could we just go back and they said in 45 minutes. We were just standing on the boat miserable in the rain. Another thing that was unpleasant and unprofessional was the young lady that took pictures. She tried to get over on us with changing the prices for the pictures that we never asked to take. We continue to ask her for the price which we never got until she was done and she wanted almost $400 USD for pictures but it was no frames no prints she wanted to transfer the pictures on Airdrop for that type of money. It was so disrespectful and unnecessary. We all have iPhones that takes very good pictures but she wanted to rip us off. It was such a bad experience. If only they would’ve just been real and said the weather is too bad let’s cancel for another day or return your money. People are so selfish and greedy that they would sacrifice the integrity of their business for a few dollars. Never Again!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Did Buggy rides and private party boat with snorkeling and nature pool stop with this company setup with expert: Andres Miguel Hurtado Garcia. Now Andres did a his job setting up the attractions. But the experience of the private party boat was not so private it was a group of 8 and we paid for the boat to be private BUT IT WAS NOT!! We only stopped at the nature pool could t enjoy that because of the bad rain. The crew allowed solicitors to get on boat they was serving them drinks that was suppose to only be for our group. It rain the whole time one of the crew members she took photos of our group never gave us the CT it of what it rule cost. So as we were returning she then told us that it would be $500 in office or something then said it if we paid her it would be $300. And then it turned into a back and forward negotiating nightmare for pictures that she could have been upfront about when it came to the cost instead of just taking pictures! After sharing a private boat that we paid for and them allowing their friends to attend they should have been free. Not only was they allowing them to eat and drinks what was provided for our private party the crew was even drinking drinks we brought on the boat. I will be contacting company about this terrible experience and with all the rain that ruined the boat trip they should have allowed us to cancel but they didn’t it was all about getting your money!! LESSON LEARNED!!!
Experiencia negativa: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will scam you out of your money! Santiago Portillo was our agent at breathless Cancun and the information he provided to us was incorrect and he refused to take accountability for his mistake. Instead he lied and blocked our phone numbers!
Experiencia fantástica: I want to make a note of the excellent service my family received this trip. Santiago has been the perfect point person. Our trip started less than ideal with my husband having a medical issue on the plane, which caused him to have to come on a different flight. I asked Santiago for help and he made sure to take care of everything. With every need, his reply is “consider it done.” He always responds fast and did everything to help us and make sure what we wanted happened. One a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being best, he would be a 100. Our tour guides for Tuesday (Chang) and Wednesday (Jesus Morales) were also amazing. Chang changed the schedule and came with the van for drop offs so our daughter would be able to spend time at Aqua Nick. On Wednesday, Jesus noticed she was scared at the cenote and made it his job to help her not feel so scared. The staff has been amazing - Delta Vacations indeed exceeded all expectations.
Experiencia negativa: here is my histroy with this terrible company. I will share exactly as I texted them and i am not receiving comunication. This is Yodany Martinez. Last week I scheduled a reservation with your company to be transferred from Tulum Airport to Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya and back as you can see in my voucher attached to this email. Unfortunately during the transfer from the hotel to the airport this past Thursday (08/04/24), your driver left my family (9 people) in the hotel without reason. Here you have a copy of every receipt when I check out in the VIP lounge (as evidence). Even the people from the hotel (and the VIP lounge) were aware of this and they agreed that we were on time in the hotel lobby (as you can see in every check-out ticket I sent you here (9:16 am, and 9:52 am). Also, they immediately called you and sent your company an email regarding this situation. Even when I know (because I know he/she sent a video as a prove) that your driver recorded a video shouting out our names, we never heard him/her. Also, our baggage was at the hotel's main entrance since 8:55 am, which can be corroborated there. In this matter, I can not understand how shouting out for a person's name should be the main way to look for somebody in a hotel when your company has my email and also your company usually communicates with the VIP lounge (we are Socios of the hotel). Also, we have phone numbers which you guys can contact us for this. Because of a lack of communication, your driver was so irresponsible in leaving us back and this terrible action made us spend $347 (dollars) which is the responsibility of your company and it should be refunded. The worst company ever. also their cars are terrible. I dont recommend them .

Experiencia negativa: A free shopping tour from our resort to Playa Del Carmen ended up costing up $700 pesos for taxi cabs. They put other people on our shuttle from the Jewelry store to Playa Del Carmen with an explanation of "we were shopping and missed it". Instead of waiting for an hour for the next one, they told us we could take a taxi. Once in Playa we realized that we had no idea where the shuttle would pick us up. We worked with our Butler at the resort and the tour desk and were sent a Google Maps pin location and time. We walked the 38 blocks to the pin, arrived 20 mins early, waiting another 30-mins after the set time and ended up in another taxi back to the resort. We were asked to put the experience and costs in writing, but never heard anything from them. I would just invest in your own shuttle/taxi and go to Playa on your own and avoid this whole "jewelry store" sponsored free tour. The Jewelry store stop is just about high-pressured sales and a really pathetic excuse for a tequila tasting room with really low end tequilas.
Experiencia negativa: Do not use this company. I booked and excursion with them and they did not show up at our hotel to pick us up. Their rep at the hotel only said “he doesn’t know why we didn’t get picked up when we should.” When I asked for a refund, they claimed that they processed it, but it’s been a month they keep saying there’s an “issue” with the bank and it’s not in their control. The company is a scam.
Experiencia negativa: Do not book them. We waited 1 hr to be picked up from the airport. On top of it they had a incorrect resort name so I ask them to update so that we won't have any issues while returning. The agent said they updated it when I went to confirm to the traffic tour agent in a resort he told me yes everything is confirm. The day of departure no one showed up when I went to check with the traffic tour agent at the resort he kept saying driver was stuck in a traffic. I ended up doing personal taxi and spending $80. They did not refunded my money.
Experiencia negativa: Our flight was changed and there was no way to get in touch with the company to change pickup time. Our travel agent was trying to contact the company our hotel was trying to contact the company. The company would not respond to any of us. We ended up going through our hotel transportation to get us to the airport for our return trip to the Cancun airport. We are paying for the ride to airport and our travel agent will reimburse us. This is a shady company! Do not use this company! Between our agent, the hotel guest services and myself to change a pickup time. It took most of the day and never heard from them. Awful!
Experiencia negativa: Llegamos el lunes 13 de mayo, pesé a haber confirmado dos veces y tener el ticket con n° de confirmación, nunca nos fueron a buscar a la terminal, tampoco se hicieron cargo del viaje en taxi, que nos indicaron que hicieramos al llamar a la empresa, al final respondieron que no trabajaba quien hablo con nosotros por teléfono (incomprobable ya que es el número que ellos te dan) y que tampoco tenían ninguna obligación en cumplir ya que era un servicio de "cortesía" ofrecido a través del hotel. Pésimo! Lástima que vimos tarde la calificación en Google. Horrible experiencia, no los contraten porque después no se hacen cargo de nada de lo que suceda por su inoperancia.
Experiencia negativa: The driver never came or came late and put a false time on the no-show slip. The contact was a no-show in the hotel and disconnected their phone. Do not book this company in a package or standalone. The company is shady and the whole experience was awful. if it is booked for you, I suggest planning on backup options in advance or else you'll pay an exorbitant amount for transportation. i could give negative stars i would.
Experiencia negativa: What a scam of a company. Hotel rep David did not answer despite multiple calls. The driver Jose lied that he was waiting from 12 to 12.22. We were standing right there, our luggage outside the hotel already. Needless to say we ended up taking alternate transport to the airport: First rate scammers.
Experiencia negativa: Es una vergüenza de Tours. NO LO CONTRATÉIS!!!!!! Hicimos un Tour a Chichén Itzá con bebidas incluidas, y no nos dieron ninguna después de haber pagado un plus por ello. Cuando le comentamos al guía lo de las bebidas, lo único que hizo fue decir que él no sabía nada de eso, contestándonos fatal. Son unos maleducados. Al finalizar al tour nos medio obligaron a dejarles propina, y si no les dejabas lo único que obtenías eran malas caras y malas contestaciones. NO CONTRATÉIS A ESTOS SINVERGÜENZAS!!!!
Experiencia negativa: La semana pasada, jueves 9 de mayo, compramos el tour «Underwater World y Blue Caribe» en Akumal a realizar el lunes 13 de de mayo a las 12:20. Ese día, nos llamaron a las 12:00 (20 minutos antes de la supuesta hora de recogida) para decirnos que el tour se cancelaba por razones climáticas. Nos ofrecieron cambiar el tour para hoy miércoles 15 de mayo a la misma hora, lo cual aceptamos. Hoy nos presentamos a la hora acordada en el lobby del hotel. Después de esperar 25 minutos decidimos llamar para ver qué pasaba. Por un mensaje por whatsapp contestaron que el tour se había cancelado nuevamente por razones climáticas. Queremos expresar nuestro más profundo descontento y enojo por lo que ha pasado. Hablamos con los concierge del hotel y con otros tour operadores de la recepción y nos dijeron que las condiciones climáticas les son avisadas la noche antes. Si sabían esta información, podrían habernos avisado con anticipación, por lo menos a primera hora de la mañana, para darlos la opción de hacer otra cosa. En cambio, no sólo perdimos la mañana del lunes y la posibilidad de hacer otra actividad (podrían habernos ofrecido una alternativa), sino también la del miércoles, último día de nuestra estancia. A pesar de que nos confirmaron que nos reembolsarían el dinero, lo cual veremos si se cumple debidamente, no nos devolverán los días perdidos y nuestro tiempo, que son lo más preciado en nuestras vacaciones. Además del mal rato que nos han hecho pasar en nuestras vacaciones. Tampoco nos ofrecieron nada en compensación.
Experiencia negativa: Very shady business full of scammers and thieves! Especially Watch out for Adriana who stole our money, using 2 different debit machines to take our payment ! Please be careful when using your credit cards . When we tried to pay for an excursion for our family we used one credit card which apparently got declined. So we used another credit card and it went through . We then realized that the first transaction did indeed go through on our end and the traffic tours insisted that it had not gone through on their end and told us to call our credit card company as it should be resolved within a couple days . A couple days went by and our credit card company told us that the money was indeed taken by them but they are denying any such transaction. It’s been 6 months of disputes to figure out who took that money . Also the day of the excursion our shuttle bus never came to pick us up . Thankfully they did end up paying a cab for us to get there . The excursion itself was decent . But if we knew the drama that it would bring us we would’ve never went . Update : Visa wasn’t able to return our funds as this company lied to visa and told them we paid for 2 trips so we could take 2 trips on the same day which is outrageous ! Visa believed them and not us ! These people are scammers and thieves please be aware !

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT USE. Pay for a shuttle, it's work the money rather than this free shuttle. Arrival: They took 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport, despite having our arrival information. There was no sign for our hotel so we had to start asking everyone outside. They asked us to wait, but we had to wait outside in the heat frlor over 45 minutes for anyone to arrive. We waited where we were told to wait, but no one let us know when the shuttle was there until I started asking 45minutes later. Departure: They refused to drive us to the airport when we asked pretending other people we taking the shuttle, which they were not. Because they refused to listen and take us when we asked, we arrived so early to the airport that we were unable to check in for our flight. Not only did we lose precious time at our hotel with our family, but it was wasted in the lobby of the airport because they would not listen.
Experiencia negativa: The worst company I have ever used. Our coordinator, Melanie, gave us the wrong time for our transportation which results in us almost missing the flight. I was charged $40 for a taxi that should be reimbursed, but she is not helping me with the issue. I DO NOT recommend this company and will be informing my Travel Agency.
Experiencia negativa: Do not book through this company for hotel shuttles or really anything else. Marvin, working at Ocean Eden Bay, refused to leave his work desk to address a matter related to a shuttle booking. He was trying to charge me an additional $20 dollars to book a shuttle back to the airport when it was already booked and included as part of my hotel booking through H10. He referred me to guest services and then hotel reservations and took no responsibility for the issue. I told the hotel to not partner with companies like this that have terrible customer service and bad reviews on Google. It’s not a good look for the hotel. In addition, I sent emails to both the hotel and shuttle company for days with no response.

Experiencia positiva: I am editing last years review to this years review. I went from a 3 star to a four star. Maybe a 3.5 star. For the most part our transfer went ok. The only problem we had was having to wait at the airport for over an hour waiting for a ride. A short wait, maybe. They were very busy but they need to plan ahead for private transfers better. Another concern is getting picked up a the resort for the return to the airport was 4 hours before our flight. It only took 20 minutes to get to the airport. During construction two years ago, sure. There were many unknowns. There is no construction now. The return transfer hasn't changed since covid. 4 hours is excessive.

There was a family of 5 there, we were told they were going to be taken and it would be 15 minutes. An hour and half later, after being told 5 more minutes about 15 times....I purchased another shuttle service. This was a terrible experience after traveling all day with children.

On the first day of our vacation, she called us to the room at 8 am, requesting us to visit the front desk for an urgent matter. Upon arriving, we waited in line for 45 minutes, only to be informed that our presence wasn’t necessary anymore. This wasted a significant amount of our time, especially with my 5-month-old baby accompanying me. To exacerbate the situation, when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the time wasted, Adriana responded by raising her voice and suggested we seek better service at “Las Velas” hotel, which was entirely unprofessional. This experience has deeply tarnished my perception of customer service standards. I strongly advise reevaluating your partnership with such agencies to prevent future encounters with unprofessional individuals like Adriana.
Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give 0 stars. Booked an airport shuttle, our flight got cancelled so we had new flight information. I sent the new arrival time to the contact email that was on our voucher. Our shuttle never showed up. They told us on the phone they would compensate our taxi. Spent $150USD on a taxi for them to deny saying that they would compensate, reassuring us that they don't do that, the shuttle marked us as a no show, and the email that was provided is "just a platform" no one sees those emails so no one can respond to them. Why provide a fake contact email? Extremely unprofessional and 0 customer service.

Mi reservación fue a las 930am. Estábamos en el lobby y le comunicamos al bell man que traffic tour venia a recogernos. Estábamos esperando desde las 920am y cuando a las 945 llega el transfer , el bellman nos fue a avisar y el chofer decidió irse. Su nombre es Alberto, lo trataron de parar en seguridad y se decidió ir. Una falta de respeto al Cliente .

Experiencia fantástica: We were picked up at the airport on time. The van only seats 8 people so if you have extra stops it’s not bad. The driver stopped at a store for us so we could get a drink. We stayed at the Riu so we were dropped off first. The way back we only had to pick up one couple. Very nice drivers

Experiencia negativa: Wasn't pleased at all with the service. We were told that the tour would be a total of 4 hours and ended up being 9. Heading back we were placed on a bus with no heat and one of the passengers fainted. I noticed her arm went limp and luckily my sister is an EMT . We also had a nurse on board and my mom had a cup of ice that saved her a trip to the doctor. Not how I wanted to spend 25% of my trip. Won't use the company again. Delta vacations might need to do more follow ups before booking this place for their guest because it left a bad taste in my mouth.

They were supposed to pick up us from the Resort at 7:00am we were at time, our bags were already in their car, but check out was slow, so we were late couple minutes, they didn't wait, they drop our bags and left without notification, eventhough we were a few steps away from them. We were forced to take a taxi and pay extra $108. They blamed us that we were not at time.

Although it was odd that when we got there the agent said that it would be at least 30 mins until our shuttle came, but when we asked for them to give us a buzz when it came so we could sit down in the airport, the shuttle actually came in 15 minutes. At the hotel we were at, Traffic Tours sold us a HORRIBLE “shopping trip” which was really a ploy to get people inside a jewelry store and other store and leave them stuck there for 1.5 hours before taking them to Playa del Carmen. For our return to the airport, they made us take a transfer 5 hours in advance and refused to change it, telling us we could take a taxi if we wanted to. We got to the airport 4 hours early rather than spending a nice morning at our hotel.

Our hotel is only 30 minutes from the airport so we tried to reschedule our pickup time but they refused. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t change the time since it’s a private transfer. We cancelled and went with another company who let us pick our pickup time, absolutely do not recommend this company. They were rude and not accommodating

Experiencia negativa: My friend and I booked a trip with this company in Mexico from our hotel in Playa del Carmen to Chichen Itza and 2 other stops. The bus did not pick us up on the reserved day. The hotel helped us to call the agent we booked with. He tried to blame it on us, and then blame the driver. It was clearly his mistake. He finally rebooked us for the next day. He told us it would take 2 1/2 hours to get there (we would avoid the construction). It took 2 hours just to pick up and drop of people heading south toward Tulum (which was not one of our stops.) It took another 2 hours (total of 4) to get there. We were told we would get back to the hotel by 8. It was after 9. Our 3rd stop was cut very short because of the xtra time in the morning. We were told by the agent (in a text) he was the rep. from the airline for booking tours and not to book with anyone else. This was a lie and misrepresentation. When I emailed the company, the response to all of this was “Sorry for your inconvenience.” I will never book with this company again. I wouldn’t have given it a 1 if I didn’t have to. The WORST customer service. Buyer beware!!!

Experiencia negativa: Upon arrival in Cancún I found our transit provider but the light blue shirts like it said in my paperwork when I booked the transfer were not easy to identify since multiple other tour companies were wearing light blue shirts. They didn't have my information for my private nonstop and had us wait to the side. We sat for 25 minutes while another couple came up and were whisked away after only waiting for 2 minutes. I asked the gentleman who said he was going to take care of us why we had to wait for 25 minutes and they just walked up and got their transfer and he literally argued with me saying that wasn't true. They ended up having another tour company take us which isn't ideal when I had no information on the other company. But, I was already getting sunburnt so we went with the other driver. For the return transfer I got a text to meet my onsite rep but I texted back and advised I was having the kind of vacation where I didn't want to go anywhere or do anything and politely asked if she could schedule it via text. She never responded so I ended up calling and got basically scolded for not just meeting with my rep onsite and arranging my return trip. Overall, we got there and back in one piece but customer service/experience definitely needs improvement.

Their representative "Jose Luis Arellano Sanchez" employee number P37260, kept saying "5 minute" and "1 minute" multiple times. Each time we waited, the promised time passed with no car appearing. After more than 50 minutes waiting we ended up paying a taxi company $110 USD for the transfer. They had a car there waiting - it took 5 minutes to arrange. Why couldn't Trafictours do that? Too much traffic was the only excuse offered. That's not acceptable.

Experiencia negativa: We booked a airport transfer to an from an H10 hotel, which was free when buying the hotel stay directly. We had a very mixed experience. Our flight from London wad delayed by over an hour, which meant that our connecting flight left without us. We were transferred onto the next flight into Cancun which was 2 hours later than scheduled. With 3 hours notice, I called the USA and Mexico numbers for Traffic tours to let them know of the change, but no one answered. I emailed. No answer. I contacted my hotel for help but they didn't want to. So,we arrived 2 hours late and no one was there for us. We ended up having to get a taxi from Cancun to Playa del Carmen at the cost cost $100!! Really not impressed that you cannot contact someone to let them know of a change to schedule. Our ride back was flawless.
Experiencia negativa: If you read nothing else, Take extreme caution with this company's excursions regardless of their affiliation to Delta Vacations. Don't pay them in cash and pay credit card. Save receipts/get everything in writing if you decide to still work with them. I had a great experience with their airport shuttle to/from the resort. (This is what earned them the second star) There's a very slimy side to this business though and that's their EXCURSIONS... and I shouldn't have trusted their affiliation to Delta Vacations because they will sell that part hard. Upon arrival (at the airport pickup), you'll receive a small confirmation card regarding your departure pickup times. They will also have an appointment scheduled for you to discuss the details of your departure pickup at the end of your trip. This appointment is the largest waist of time and you will only be pushed into purchasing a tour/activity package. Needless to say, nothing was said about our departure and we were sold a "12 hour trip to go cenote swimming, snorkeling, four wheeling, and ziplining AND lunch". We instead received a 2 hour trip to go cenote swimming for <10 minutes and four wheeling in circles + a cup of chicken soup and a bottled water. Without receipts and documentation, I would have been royally screwed, but thankfully my credit card company sided with me and gave me a full refund in the dispute.

Tras discutir con el representante diciéndole que me parece inaceptable, que me debe dar otra solución, me dice que si quiero, tome un taxi, algo que hice y por lo que tuve que pagar unos 120 USD. Tras hacer varias reclamaciones en la oficina que tienen en el hotel, una semana después nadie me da una solución ni se me abona lo pagado por el taxi. Si pueden, eviten esta compañía

A la vuelta nos recogieron 50 min tarde, teniendo que llamar e insistir porque no nos venian a recoger y podiamos perder el vuelo… nos recogió una van y no un transporte de lujo tal y como habia solicitado y pagado previamente. No es la primera vez que tenemos problemas con esta compañia y no lo recomiendo para nada. El agente que tienen en el hotel TRS Coral es maleducado y poco resolutivo. Un desastre de experiencia.
Experiencia negativa: Ik had een reservatie gemaakt, deze werd last minute gecanceld want de activiteit was overboekt en wij konden niet meer mee. Na een hoop discussie werd ons een andere excursie voorgesteld, bij het terug aankomen in ons hotel zijn wij direct naar het bureautje gegaan dat daar zat waar wij de excursies hadden geboekt om onze excursie van een paar dagen later te annuleren omdat deze bijna hetzelfde inhield als wat we die dag hadden gedaan. Na weer een hoop discussie hebben ze dit in orde gebracht, althans dat dachten we. De dag van de excursie werden we om 6u uit ons bed gebeld want ze stonden ons op te wachten om te vertrekken. Wij hebben duidelijk een document gehad en ondertekende dat wij de excursie hadden geannuleerd. Tot op de dag van vandaag heb ik nog steeds geen geld terug gehad en reageert er niemand op mijn mails. Erg teleurstellend, ik ga hier dan ook mee verder in de hoop dat ik mijn centen ooit zal terugzien.
Experiencia negativa: Their representative at Oceans Riviera Paradise gave us FAKE Money! Not only did I have to get a doctor's note because I was obviously sick and couldn't go on the excursion. Their rep Nikita, refunded us our $300.00 cash payment with fake dollar bills! He knew we were leaving that morning and in a rush. We didn't notice it until we tried to use them in the airport! This guy almost got us in trouble. They got a 1 star because the guy that sold us the package answered all my questions but I'm almost certain he's as big a crook as his associate that gave us fake money! DONT SO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. Just because they ate posted in the hotels doesn't make them good or safe or trustworthy.

We checked with the driver at 12:30 and our car came at 2 pm. your reservation email states that it will be up to 45 minutes wait. We were waiting way longer than that. Upon arrival on Wednesday no one either at the front desk of grand Palladium resort or from your company told us we are required to confirm our pick 48 hours before departure. Your email clearly states its recommendation is not requirement The only communication we had was an email Dec 2nd 9 am telling us time to pick up the next day. There was zero communication otherwise. And one of my guest had an early departure which due to this lack of communication from your company she had no other choice but to take a taxi which cost us additional $65 n top of paying for private transport with your company This is a poor service and I would like you to compensate us for the hassle and stress this caused on our 2 day break. I spent more time trying to sort this with the front desk than spending time with my family.

And laughed about it and said ok Lady so rude did not care at all!!!! I even asked could the time be changed and they act as if they don’t kno what you are saying

Experiencia negativa: To our visitors in cancun mx, please avoid. Nosotros pagamos un transporte privado, costaba 100 dlls. Pero casualmente (y digo esto de forma sarcástica), había mucho tráfico y teníamos opción de esperar los 45 min del voucher o subirnos al colectivo que era gratis. Esto se nos hizo super sospechoso y hasta cierto punto abusivo porque claro que uno quiere salirse ràpido del aeropuerto para llegar a su hotel, claro que te orillan a irte en el colectivo y ni te regresan el dinero. TOTAL nos esperamos, pero a pesar de que cuestionamos al personal y le pedimos explicaciones no hicieron NADA. Muy abusivos la verdad. No compren servicios especiales, nosotros esperando mejor trato, nos salió caro.

Had an airport shuttle from the hotel at 12:35pm and they came in over an hour before, tried to call them and they said they changed the time and notified me but never did. Went to the lobby to try and find a solution and was rudely told by their representative that we would have to take a taxi. Experiencia fantástica: I needed accessible transportation from the airport and Trafic Tours was a winner. When I received my baggage, it was easy to find the representative and in just a few minutes the van pulled up and I was on my way. My only complaint was a problem getting phone calls returned.

Experiencia negativa: Vergonzosa gestión.no recomiendo este operador en absoluto. Fuimos de viaje de novios la primera semana de Agosto al hotel Palladium, en Riviera Maya. Contratamos con Nuria(la persona de trafic tours encargada de vender las excursiones en el hotel) una excursión a Holbox. La excursión deja mucho que desear: un guía penoso y un paseo en carros de golf que no se realizó pero si cobro. Esa fue nuestra reclamación. Perdimos dos dias en contactar de nuevo con Nuria, realizar un escrito explicando todo lo ocurrido, etc. Finalmente, antes de irnos, Nuria nos confirma que la reclamación se va a hacer efectiva y que nos será reembolsado el dinero del coste del alquiler de los carros de golf. Aún estamos esperando el dinero de la reclamación. Y por supuesto, Nuria, ha dejado de contestar a nuestros correos electrónicos.
Experiencia negativa: I had an excursion at 7 am at TRS coral hotel. This company (trafic tours) told me that there will be transportation at 7 so don’t be late or you will miss it. I got there at 6:55 am and I waited for the shuttle. At 720, I told the rep with trafic tours that I want my money back and she said she apologizes and that we would be compensated for something. She said the bus is here. Shuttle did not arrive till 7:30. I had to miss breakfast to be at the shuttle. Breakfast starts at 7, I could have had breakfast. I had a headache the entire time of the excursion because I did not eat (I am a diabetic). When I got back from the excursion, trafic tours said they tried to talk to the company of the excursion but they could do nothing. They had no issue taking $218 from me but can’t compensate me for being 30 minutes late. Don’t use this company. They are scammers
