Experiencia positiva: So, good and bad... The room is cold in the winter, in part because you can't close the window in the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom is also very, very low, I'm 182 cm, and could not stand straight without hitting my head. There's also an electrical outlet literally in the shower, which doesn't seem very safe... When i arrived I had to contact the management because I had still not received information for how to check in, it took a good while to arrive, should be automatically sent out ahead of the check in time, not something the guests have to hunt down the management to receive after the check in time has already been. The good part is that it's close to the center, and clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Relación calidad-precio es excelente. El lugar es sencillo pero limpio y cómodo. Nuestra habitación contó con todos los servicios cama cómoda, agua caliente, televisión. Vinimos en Noviembre y las cobijas que ofrecieron fueron abrigadores. Esta caminando unos cuantos minutos del centro y a la vez a perfecta distancia para estar en un lugar silencioso y descansar adecuadamente.Si no quieres gastar mucho en hospedaje pero no pasar incomodidades este es una excelente opción

Experiencia fantástica: El lugar está céntrico, caminando llegas al centro de San Cristóbal. Es súper bonito, y cómodo. Todo muy limpio. La atención de las señoritas es muy amable, cálida e informativa.

Experiencia negativa: ישראלים לא להתקרב - אנטישמיות !!!!!!!! בעלים מגעיל !!!! זורק אחריות !!! אנשים בלי כבוד !! לא יודעים לארח !!! ככה לא מנהגים ללקוחות ! מזעזע ! לא להתקרב !!!

Experiencia negativa: Lugar impactante Propietario impactante, tiene muchas propiedades en la ciudad Hazte un favor y no te acerques, ¡es un hombre malo! Los servicios en el apartamento son impactantes, las fotos mienten y, sobre todo, ¡la actitud es terrible!

Experiencia negativa: הגענו לדירה אחריי תיאום מספיק זמן מראש ותשלום מקדמה , כבר היום האירוח החלו בעיות כאשר בעלת הדירה הבינה שאנחנו ישראלים התחילה להעיר לנו הערות אנטישמיות בחרנו להתעלם כי סגרנו עם בעלת הדירה תשעה לילות . כאשר סיכמנו את התנאים שאלנו מספר פעמים האם יש מים חמים במקלחת ובעלי הבית יתחייבו שישנם מים חמים 24/7 , דבר שהתברר כשטות גמורה לא היה אפילו יום אחד קצת מים חמים!! שהודענו לבעלי הדירה על הבעיה הם זרקו אחריות ואיימו לגרש אותנו ,הם הזכירו מספר פעמים שאנחנו יהודים ויש לנו תמיד בעיות כי ככה זה בעם שלנו! לאחר יום נוסף חזרנו לדירה אחריי יום של טיול ולא היה לנו מים כלל!! הבעלים התנער מאחריות ואמר שזאת בעיה שלנו!! ואם אנחנו רוצים אנחנו מוזמנים ללכת עכשו! לאחר שהסברנו לו שאין לנו אופציה אחרת הוא בחר להתעלם מהמצוקה שלנו שוב!! יום למחרת הסיפור חזר שוב ושוב לא היה לנו מים כלל!! שדיברנו עם הבעלים הוא לא הסכים להיפגש עימנו ובחר לאיים עלינו שוב ושוב , שהוא יעיף אותנו מהדירה , לאחר כשעה וחצי ללא מים הוא הגיע עצבני וצרח עלינו לעוף מהדירה כי אנחנו כל היום "מפריעים" לו , לאחר שניסינו לדבר איתו בנועם הוא תקף אותנו פיזית והמשיך להעיר הערות אנטישמיות ממש ניסה להרביץ לנו! (יש לנו סרטון שמתעד אותו תוקף אותנו ..!!!!) ולאחר מכן הזמין משטרה בכדי לגרש אותנו!! באמצע הלילה בעיר שאנחנו לא מכירים!! מצאנו את עצמינו ברחוב באמצע הלילה , מאויימים ומפוחדים ! אני מבקש ממכם תמנעו את העוגמת נפש שלכם!! אל תתקרבו אל המקום הזה , ואל כל הנכסים הרבים שיש לאיש הרע הזה!! מצרפים את סרטון התקיפה

Experiencia negativa: Do not approach this place and certainly not the owner. You will not have water in the taps and certainly in the toilet. The antisemitic owner and a bad person did not come to fix and also got upset. I recommend you look for another place to stay this is not the first time I have heard of such a case. Do not make a living from this place!

Experiencia negativa: לא נוטה לכתוב ביקורות כאלו ואחרות, אבל המקום מזעזע! ברגע שהבעלים של המקום קלט שאנחנו ישראלים,האנטישמיות יצאה ממנו. התחיל להיות אלים אפילו. פשוט מזעזע!! זה נגמר בזה שהוא הזמין לנו משטרה והעיף אותנו משם! לא להתקרב חברים! לברוח כמו מאש!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I come here for the co-working. The space is really nice there’s multiple seating options plus they have free coffee, tea, and water. The internet is super good! I can do zoom calls and not have to worry about the call dropping or anything. If your in Airbnb with terrible internet I recommend coming here. The owners are super nice and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Studio bien situado (menos de 10min del centro de San Cristobal), limpio y espacios. Muy buena relacion calidad/precio. Claudia y Hugo son muy amables y serviciales con sus huespedes. Recomiendo este alojamiento y también la pizzeria que han abierto recientemente al frente. Los productos son de buena calidad y muy sabrosos.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The first time I came to Chiapas I wasn’t sure on what to expect, but the hosts were very welcoming and they practically made traveling easier. During the months that I’ve visited, it’s a little cold and raining, but the rooms are very comfortable, they have hot water 24/7, and the internet works perfectly. I’ve visited San Cristobal twice and I’ve stayed here both times. I’ll definitely come back and stay at Kukul Ik.

Experiencia positiva: Decent option for shorter term stays. The hosts are easy enough to communicate with through WhatsApp. They upgraded the internet cables at the end of my stay which made it more stable. But once the internet was better I had trouble working there during the day because of barking dogs. At night the dogs are usually quiet, though, so sleeping wasn’t a problem. The location is pretty good-an 8-10 minute walk to the center. And there are a few neighborhood restaurants open until 730 or so. Drinking water wasn’t included so I had to buy my own and haul from town and then up the stairs. Sometimes the nearby tiendas ran out of large bottles! I overpaid for the room, 7500 for a month and a 3,000 deposit in low season. Above market price for a basic room. The room was clean and well equipped with a small kitchen and a nice view of the mountains. Also the return of the deposit was kind of stressful. They told me I could only get it back if everything was in the same kitchen as at check-in, presumably leaving no room for little deductions. And I had to wait for an hour and a half for the manager to do the walk through. Everything was fine and they did return the entire deposit. Overall I wouldn’t do another month stay because no drinking water is available, the high price and required deposit, and barking dogs. Updating in response to reply. Glad to hear the dogs are leaving. The internet was much improved as of a day or so before I departed. I agreed to that price given that the internet was represented as fast & reliable and the property as well suited for working online. As it turns out it was not while I was there. The manager's reply mentioned I didn't "complain". I don't see how complaining would have resolved these issues. A friend of mine looked into renting there for a month and was told water service in the room was not possible. And no one told me it was either. I took this at face value and toted my own water. Now the manager says it is available. I am glad to see that honest reviews can have positive change.

Cuentan con pistola de aire Está a solo 3 cuadras del centro de san Cristobal Al llegar no hay letrero o algo que te diga que ahí es , solo una puerta negra , así que con el número te guías Ahí te dan consejos de donde ir a comer y que visitar los cuales fueron muy acertados .

Experiencia positiva: The rooms here are rather spartan. You get a platform bed, a futon styled loveseat and a small table and chair. On the plus side, there are plenty of hangers and ample room to hang your clothes. Also, there was always hot water for showering and at the bathroom sink.
